Muni-Muni ng Guni-Guni

Wala nang piglas sa bakal na gapos

Gigil na pangil ‘di pigil pagyapos

Poot ay lubusan kong natatalos

Kahit patuloy paring minumulto

Ng anino ng pumariwarang pagkatao

Huwag pong ikukubli mahabaging puso

Kahit ako'y salat na sa lakas

Dahil sa mga sugat ng nakalipas

Huwag po tutulutan na tuluyang malagas

Ako'y nakikinig sa pagbasa ng sentensiya

Mga tenga'y bukas, piniringan man mga mata

Dustain man sa yamot, sa awa Mo'y tiwala

Talim ng ‘yong dila sa puso tusok

Mga aral nito'y pinapapasok

Sa bulwagan ng diwang ‘di pa bulok.

*sentimental mood

unhappy lunch

Unhappy lunch

I could sense as soon as we entered
the restaurant that was a family run business
there had been a turmoil in the kitchen
the servers were father and daughter who
normally worked well together, but to day he
was in the kitchen, his daughter said, when
I asked
There were still many costumers, but they
kept a low profile and spoke subdual when
eating, we had entered a war zone
when our food came it was served on a dish
where my meat was grey like it had been
boiled, fries were uneven remanded of sailor
who had jut made ashore from a sinking ship
falling exhausted to the ground, and the
fried egg had been killed into a hard shell
However the salat, possible made before the
civil war, was good
Needless to say I refused to eat the served
my wife more skilled in diplomatic niceness
told the girl server to pack the food to take home
that I for some reason was not hungry
the lesson is, do not upset chefs in their kitchen

Premium Member Prayer

Prayer is a light
To hearts it is quiet
Hidden inside joys varied
The most sincere servitude

To chests gives cure
To rest for a soul
A drink as a holy water
A seperation between evil and good

Salat is soul's meal
Faithful's meeting with Allah
Holy Throne's cipher
Sky's gates password is salat

With that servant raises to holy God
Prayers reach to house of Lord
Angels get down from welkin when Quran readed
Universe gets silent and listens with all heart

Now let you pray, you too five times a day
Without compulsion and laziness do it by pride
At the judgement day your scales full of good deed
At the recitation and prostration unite with the Almighty God (Allah)

Yaman

Her Birthday

Her birthday.

She awoke before her husband, who was the early riser
she was 80 yrs. old it was her birthday and preparing
a great lunch of filet steak with baked potatoes and salat
A lot of food, her husband said, yes, she lied, I have made
food for several days, and can’t cook every day.
She carried the phone in her apron pocket, but it didn’t ring.
After a long delay, she decided it was time for luncheon
Lovely food; she had even opened up a bottle of wine.
No, she wasn’t hungry; her husband knew why and waited,
she cried.
No one had remembered her birthday; he knew why but
cleared the table, cleaned the dishes and packed the food
away for another day
He couldn’t tell her when one gets to be eighty, the living
relatives are so much younger, the distance between the
aged and the younger people is like a vast ocean of years
it is easy to forget.
When he was 84, no one rang, he didn’t expect any calls
but for him, being cynical about this matter, he didn’t care
about this, but he felt deeply sorry for his wife.

All Powers Belong To You Almighty Allah

When I breathe and beat you know my nerve,
Whether am in trouble or in twisty curve,
Alpha to infinity you knows my pain,
Alas! All my endeavors yet null and vain,
Oh my Lord forgive my err and sin,
Am not more than petite thumb pin,

I am not more then eccentric smoke,
But Neither my pulse vanishes nor I get choke,
What am I? Mere a fickle soul and surreal thought,
Without your blessings, zilch and aught,
You made me concrete yet fragile,
Oh my Lord your mercifulness heaps and pile,

Wish I die while reading holy book kalam,
And meanwhile praising salat-o-salam,
And occult angel may welcome to main,
-abode, But I wish to die once again,
You give us faith and the best,
You the lord of two east’s and two west’s,

Sanctify my soul, make me free from evil,
And demonic thoughts of devil,
And I supplicate that You,
Allah ho, Allah Ho,
Nothing is invisible to you,
Oh My Lord, All powers belong to you!

Hajj

Hajj is compulsory for the Muslims
Who are able to perform it
From every point of view

During Hajj the pilgrims
Wear a white piece of cloth
Which resembles the cloth
Of the Muslim’s corpse
To remind them
One day they will die and face God
It also reminds them
All are equal in the eyes of God
God will see only our works
And the prayers of others for us
On the Day of Judgment

The circling around the holy Kaba
Reminds us of the angels
Who circle around the throne of God

When we say, I am present O God
I am present and so on
God’s body looks at us and listens

When we perform Salat
During Hajj
God becomes more than happy
Because so many people together
Surrender to God at one point of time
In the most holy land of earth

When we run to and fro
On the Safa and Marowa hills
It reminds us of the sorrowful sight
Of mother Hazera
The wife of prophet Abraham

When we throw stones at Satan
It reminds us of the patience
And dependence on God
Of prophet Abraham
And prophet Ismile

At last when we reach
The holy field of Arafat
It reminds us of the joy
Of prophet Adam and Eve
When they fell down on earth
From paradise
And met each other
After a long long time

Fasting

Fasting will enable you to color yourself
With the color of God
It is a wonderful way to go to paradise

During fasting
We do not eat, drink and enjoy sex
We do not sleep and drowse
We do not tell lies
And refrain from talking too much
Because these are some of God’s qualities

During the month of Ramadan
We perform more Salat
Than any other month
Because Salat is the best worship
And it safeguards us
From doing evil things

During the month of Ramadan
We give alms and charity
To the needy ones more than ever
Because God is the Kind and Giver

During the month of Ramadan
War is forbidden for the Muslims
Because God loves peace

In the month of Ramadan
The prestigious night exists
So that we can satisfy God
And become successful

Sufi Said

One Sufi said I AM
and was killed for it
one psychologist said about
God
"I don't believe, I know"
And was praised for it
yet both were uttering the
same meaning
it is not just about formal
dogma such as Salat or
prayer
Those are of course fine
and a must
but going through ife
with just that is just
walking for the sake of
walking
you don't stop enjoying the
things around you
The Natural
                Beauty of it
                           All
STOP

smell the bed of roses
hear the sound of the birds
singing a song just for you
feel the soft wet grass
between your dry toes
soak in the sunlight
that is what Jung and Hajji
were trying to say
Don't just worship God
try to know him
sit by yourself and just
communicate, think, feel
God
that is the ultimate experience
which so many of us
seem to forget
so that the thought is
reduced to memory
stop taking things like that
for granted.
It may be your only
chance to shine.
