Serpents, scorpions, owls,
Swingers, stingers, wise old gals,
Dogs, bones, bow wow wows,
Paws, purrs, cat's meows.

Canines, felines, feral creatures,
Headlines, deadlines, double features,
Ping, pong, pink expressions,
Sing, song, apprehensions.

Sows, cows, milk-bag givers,
Scaredy-cats and chicken livers,
Porky pigs and truffle treasures,
Dorky wigs and other pleasures.

Polywogs and rollie pollies,
Gollygogs and holly holies,
Ice cream trucks and cone packers,
Dumb clucks and silly quackers.

Gritty Kitty, kitty litter,
Nitwitty babysitter,
Baby bottles, bubble slumbers,
Rubber baby buggy bumpers.

All around are funny creatures,
Rabbit Ears and bunny features,
Serpents, scorpions, and owls,
Trick-or-treaters call them pals.

Premium Member Goodbye Old Friend

Goodbye old friend
You've been such a part of us all
Of every correct and incorrect call
A diamond for the girls
The boys made it to first base
Heroes were born here
Zeroes too
A place with many faces
The home of "The Brew Crew"
A Robin flew here
One ran like a Deer
Mollie, Rollie and Coop
All would cheer
Wallbangers and bombers
Dreams of the seams
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
In memories
You'll live in the hallows
Of a park with a dome
Remember you'll always have a plate
To call home

Premium Member He Was a Friend of Mine

He was a friend of mine
Was living on borrowed time
He had nothing left to give alas
Had nothing left to do but pass
And he was a friend of mine

He never had use for a wife
Craved for himself a better life
Never travelled too far from home
Never feared death or the unknown
And he was a friend of mine

He always had a tale to tell
I heard ‘em all and know ‘em well
Forty years we were close he and I
Forty years I watched him slowly die
And he was a friend of mine

He never hurt a living soul
Never found peace in this world
Loved a beer and a rollie cigarette
Loved the mates he made and met
And he was a friend of mine

He drank now it’s too late
Was the master of his own fate
His sorrows died with him that day
His living demons all cast away
And he was a friend of mine

I didn’t get to say goodbye
I didn’t know the end was nigh
Got the news from his hospital bed
Closed his eyes ‘til he was dead
And he was a friend of mine

Broke Some Beds 2

This girl of mine,
there's things to be said,
between the sheets,
she's amazing in bed,
she sheds her clothes,
i play her game,
she might just bite,
this girl ain't tame,
seducing me,
sex on her mind,
it was plain to see,
her high heeled kind,
clothes on the floor,
the lights dimmed down,
a smile is all that she wore.....

she sipped my coke,
smoked a rollie,
satisfied,
she led beside me,
every night,
we're always on,
she was always hot,
her blue eyes shone,
she tanned her legs,
we broke some beds,
then combed her hair,
and took some meds,
i fell i love ,
with those blue eyes,
her body, her mind,
and that smile.................

until the next time....

A Father's Influence

Trailing behind the bunch was Her. One whose equilibrium is so far forward, she trips on
her own breath. Her head was hanging low in self-pity, luckily, her rollie backpack was
acting as the gravitational pull, keeping her pudgy feet pan-caked to the ground. She
teetered like the original drinking bird, looked just like her too: well just her swollen
fat ass. She was wearing a Disney sweatshirt. Really! Why do “they” always wear Disney?
Are they the only company selling quadruple large? The irony is truly magnificent. Here:
she is the ugly duckling, the evil stepsister, the turtle that never won the race, the fat
engine that never made it up the hill. There: She was given the glass slipper, saved by
her Knight in shining armor, given the kiss to remove the curse. She is a Disney Princess.

Stuck At the Drive-Up....

Chunkie monkey fast food junkie
sweatin' fat sure smellin' funky
rollie the doughie waistline be flowing
bouncing and pouncing on hips that are going
ankles are creaking as knees begin breaking
arms begin flapping as slabs sound slapping
you got it your way alright,as hunger fights
supersize that order,emphasize no borders
stretching the limit of breakout blemish
should probably go home and make a sammish
stuck in this drive-up,with jack,my best friend
see you tommorrow...again and again........
