Labour of hate

Turn on the heating 
It’s getting cold
Why do we shiver?
Just because we’re old
It’s Kier’s labour, who wants us all to die
Said he liked pensioners just another lie

Angels are calling
Is this the end
We are elderly
No family or friends
Can’t pay for heating or any of our bills

You Are Richer Than You Know

Next time you venture out and it's pouring down with rain
Spare a thought for the less fortunate before you complain
Be grateful that you can see and feel its natural beauty
Those who are sight impaired will never see what you see.

Listening to loud claps of thunder that boom in the sky
Hearing sweet music or your newborn's

Greener
cobalt skies, sun
and redbird songs we missed
when flowers are back, so fragrant
and dreamy butterflies waft in splendor
in budding days of renewal.

What is long adds more 
and large portion of huge slice 
to its measurement.

The Rich Get Richer the Poor Stay Poor-

I heard a worried smelly coppering 
Once I said engaged and nickeling 
The Richer poor get richer 
Unrest- unrest- unrest 
The rich get richer the poor stay poor

Nothing left
 All's been spent
 Only this
 And a reservation 
Hush 
What a gold rush
Do you like silver cadets
It's a rich get richer the poor stay poor

Work For Mother Nature

Why do we work
to make the rich, richer
Why not work
to make Mother Nature better

The Sun Rises On a Crisis

The dazzling sun outside on the rise
The doctor through his teeth lies
Cause of death, a newly crowned virus
Making fools of the best of us

They know little; we know a little less
Whatever got us into this fine mess?
A dysfunctional health system gone awry
Our people, in the sun, to fry

The ruling class to the rescue quick

Drug Pushers Getting Richer

Crystal meth, crank and speed.
Making drug pushers rich.
Drugs no one needs.
But some do.
Now.
They have to have it.

Caffeine pills and high energy drinks are bad enough
Getting hooked on crystal meth, crank or speed,
Making drug pushers rich,
And making families sad.
Drugs that ruin people.
Taking away their potential.

Why don’t we legalize them?
So we can wean the addicted off, and

The Government Gets Richer and Richer

The government applauds themselves.
They spout their praises
Saying how they will do everything for our good
They vote in all kinds of great things for themselves
They are supposed to be representing us but they aren't.

The government is made up of rich folks
Who will get richer because once in, they vote for tax breaks
For the rich.

Own sapphires and diamonds to wear on a ring.

Have emeralds and rubies and lustrous white pearls

For the pleasure of owning beautiful things.

But gemstones and gold mean nothing to me

For that which I treasure dims all the above,

Richer am I, than any man living
