The bigger/the richer/the faster the peach,
the better the chance to catch up someone's speech.

The light gets richer
approaching the end
Warmth trumping distance
—goodbye an old friend
(Dreamsleep: April, 2020)
Putin is richer than rich.
Does he have to show his taxes?
Is this just a USA glitch?
Like our new sport of throwing axes?
Who is the richer for being?
The one who is beautiful, being observed-
Or the one who is observing the beauty?

serendipity makes man
all the more richer
fine wine distilling and champagne
cultivated
curiously imbibing fortune
robes the wino
Us neanderthals drag knuckles
and share our anamorphic chuckles
while rich get richer
so we can *****, ‘er,
take another notch in our buckles
Bill Gates may be a little richer,
so what! but I'm a better writer!
although a few billions poorer,
I can't ask for anything better.
So many crooks like old Madoff
From trusting folks they get paid off
The economy fell
Yet their pockets still swell
and as for me, I am laid off
The rich are getting richer,
the poor are getting poorer...
they call this meritocracy
and they still ask for and win votes...!
In a wealthy country forced cheap labor helps the rich become richer

Rich get richer as they
ride shamelessly over
rights, and equality;
remorseless profiteers,
reaping their lust for gold,
reduce the rabble to
rats in a maze of debt.
Money Machine
Money does not make us
More
Not the richer
Nor the poor
Money makes us all
Less
Than we are
Inspired by Christie Moses.
For me,
one time is not enough
Canyons widen
neath mountain bluffs
For me,
each time lay unforeseen
Magic transient
—a richer dream
(Montrose Colorado: September, 2021)
The rich get richer,
The poor get poorer,
Gimme, gimme, gimme,
What we crave,
Is never enough,
Break the backs of the people,
To get more stuff, stuff, stuff.
Love lingers beyond the neon,
it’s dazzling light will never flicker.
With each collected moment
developing that richer hue,
fresh paint on a landmarked sign
filled with history.
Coco Chanel gel
Fifty dollars = six ounces
Sample last how long
Rub a little on
Each morning just feel richer
Ackchu allergy
Too rich for my pocketbook anyway
The little girl’s soul
Unfolded her ethereal wings
And
Through the morning mist
Soared to heavens
Thus
Making them richer
By
One angel!

who steals my identity?
it's something, my life
it's mine, was mine
till someone took it
but whoever took my good name
and robs me to make themselves richer
makes me stronger in the end
Some paint a picture
Of the glory of war
The rich will get richer
The poor will stay poor
The mourners will mourn
From shore to shore
The dead will stay dead
Forever more
What richer state than content?
What sweeter life than quiet?
A gratified mind rests on its laurels!
Three line poetry-"Derelict Beauty"

In spite of the snow, in spite of the cold
I'll be surfing in Hawaii, such joy untold
Well maybe in dreams
Hear girlies cute screams
Dreams, my friends are much richer than gold
In a world where we weigh by ranks in the society
The richer the better
I am trying to see my self
For all that weighs in my inner me
But at times
It is hard
I have hard time visualising myself.
Pearls in eyes , Silver in hair
Gold coated on teeth and bones
Crystals and gems ..Sugar in blood
kidneys filled with precious stones
Tales of pride with pride untold
We do get richer as we grow old
We seek a richer Metaphor,
a paragon and quintessence
of intenser, more legendary lore:—
pregnant in meaning and in present tense!
Aye! Give us, too, high suspense;
and a tale worth dying for.

Pope Francis died,
Thus
Poorer leaving the earth and humanity in pain,
While heaven,
Celebrating is, for becoming richer by one saint.
