One Day

One day I will be just bones,
And wrapped in rotting skin,
So everything I used to own,
Won't matter to me then...
One day I will be just thoughts,
In someone else's head,
A memory that's always caught,
Before my name is said...
One day I will be the same,
Still image of myself,
Living in a picture frame,
Up on the mantle shelf...
One day I will be the space,
That's next to you in bed,
A pillow left in the same place,
With impression's of my head...
One day when your time has come,
I'll meet you at the gate,
Standing with the Fathers son,
To take an angels place...

Premium Member What Easter Means To Me

His day had come, and so He went and prayed.
The woes of all mankind upon him weighed.
His brethren slept; He knew what would befall.
His enemies conspired and did not stall.
A midnight kiss, and He would stand betrayed.

First seized, reviled, then stripped and flayed;
A scarlet robe on broken flesh then laid,
He bore the brutal cross and drank the gall.
His day had come.

A final breath. . . . the sacrifice was made.
The land then quaked. God’s sorrow was displayed.
The Son in linen. . . . on the earth a pall.
But in the sepulcher, His final call –
To conquer death! Man need not be afraid.
His day had come!

Premium Member Purgatory

Purgatory is a place according to Catholicism,
where we go after we die to pay for our sins.
If your sins haven't been atoned for
you're not getting into Heaven's doors,
but again, according to Catholicism
during the Holy time of Lent you can atone for your sins.
40 days of atonement and sacrifice however is what you must do
in order to successfully atone for the sins committed by you
and during Lent it's not surprising to see Christians wishing that they were Jew
because during the Holy time of Yam Kippur, only one day of atonement is all you need to do.
I can just hear all of they of the Jewish faith
secretly laughing at the Christians during mid Lent withdrawal state.
I'm on my 5th day of Lent and I'm ready to bale.
Even in sin, all Christians tend to pay in retail.

The Distinction - Chapter 25, Verses 26, Holy Koran

The Kingdom on that day shall only belong to the Kind God
And a hard day shall be it for them who disbelieve the Lord.

A Man In Our Town

There’s a man in our town from Galilee,
And I know for a fact he can set you free.
This man is like a pure white pearl,
And he walked among the prophets in this world.

One day he changed water to wine,
And one day he made some evil spirits go into a heard of swine.
With 2 fish and 5 loafs of bread,
5,000 hungry folks this man had fed.

I heard them say “I’ve got to go and see”,
This man in town from Galilee.
Everything stops at his will,
He once told the storm peace be still.

By his word he made the lame to walk,
And the dumb to talk.
Yes, there’s a man here from Galilee,
And he came to save you and me.

He wasn’t a big time pastor or a college scholar,
And he’s the only man that ever walked on water.
The bible says that every tongue will confess and you will bow on your knee,
To this man from Galilee.

I heard that salvation is free,
Just go and ask the man from Galilee.
He was sent here for one mission,
To heal the world of it bad condition.

This was a glorious man from Galilee,
Who gave up his life on Calvary.

Premium Member His Legions Now March

The day has arrived, his legions now march
From Hades through the crevice to earth he'll leave parched

Almighty flames will his soldiers follow
Never caring who they engulf, no remorse for their sorrow

Town after town, from city to city
He'll carry Hell's torch, never to wallow in their pity

And when the strong succumb to his wrath
Followers of the white will in turn change their path

No more will you see colourful pastels of hue
Or even the skies and it's innocent blue

The greened rich lands farmed for thousands of years
Will die dry decrepit, no rain for it's tears

Civilizations will be swallowed never to rise
Even thunder will be silenced whilst the masses death cry

The day has now passed the year twenty twelve
It's time for the dark master to once again delve

Lord Let Us Not Forget!

Lord, let us not forget,
The devil and his greatest trick,
That we can err without regret,
And the lie that he doesn't exist!

The Lord came to us with a gift,
Full of love and the power of the grace,
But amongst us exists a rift,
'Twixt those who do and don't have the faith.

Once you find your way,
And the Spirit fills you up,
With grace and lights the way,
So that you may share the Love.

The Lord in all of his splendor,
Awaits the glorious day when,
All people will bow and render,
The joyous love they have for him.

And on the day the word is read,
When our Lord rides from the East,
Each of us will then bow our head,
The great even unto the least.

Nearness

the lord is never nearer than when he seems to be away
in times when we are tempted and apt to go astray
in times of hurt and sadnessheis right there by our side
with his love surrounds us when we in him abide
when problems loom above us too big for us to bear
we " turn them over to jesus"who resuces from despair
we can know his presence trust his word that he is near
that to him we are precious he will protect us from all fear
we must trust him in our weakness lean on him from day to day
for he is never nearer than when he seems to be away

Live and Let Die

I once had a dream,
that i was cast out to sea,
to dream and be free,
for all eternity,
under your guidance,
and under your blue skies,
i learned what it meant to live and let die,
the day u cast me out,
the day I fell to the ground,
the day my soul floated on,
to the greater beyond,
i learned what it meant to live and let die,
because on that warm summers eve,
you lost the courage to tell me why,
to tell me why it hurt to call,
to tell me why we were about to fall,
to tell me why all the feelings left,
to tell me why you had to end it like that,
i learned what it meant to live and let die,
the day i met Christ,
the day i lost all might,
the day i opened up,
to be allowed in the gates,
for your soul, is the only one who really knows,
what it means to live and let die,
