Oh circular scrunchie
How are you ?
You have been tangled up in women’s hair
For far too long
Scratching the long curly beads
Of millions of youngish females worldwide
For decades now
Connecting brunettes blondes and redheads alike
Protecting the very fabric of femininity
Women’s scalps
Oh bless you oh scrunchie
You are a true survivor
A true victor
Worthy of many accolades
A symbol of strong women everywhere
No more need for Bobby pins
Ponytails are a thing of the past
Long live the scrunchie!
Hair today and here tomorrow!

Inez is haughty and stuck up said they
I did not care, decided to meet her and stay
Having heard their strange ideas before
They stereotyped people forevermore
All Africans are this, all Irish are that
All redheads cook with used lard from a vat
All older women eat bland unseasoned food
Their generalizations are simply ignorant and rude
I met Inez who was a delight, not stuck up, just shy
Had supper with her and her lovely African guy
About people I always make up my own mind
Generalizations are ignorant; most are also unkind.

The tulips in the vase,
a clan of lassies fair.
Their buds they hold the gold,
the pollen of their youth
and promise sunrise told,
the tulips in the vase,
they lounge in waisted glass
with petals kidskin sleek
in shades as warm as fire,
oh, glamor girls trés chic.
The tulips in the vase,
romantic redheads bloom.
Their teacup tepals filled;
ideas nouveau riche
with secrets sunset spilled,
the tulips in the vase
as Venus feeds their dreams.
Demure, in damsels’ dupe,
a still-life painting prop—
enslaved for art they droop.

When I stand in the woods amidst the trees
My vibrant head ablaze with copper red
They come to me, I am one with the bees
Circled by buzzing right down to my knees
Here for my genes not ones made of thread
When I stand in the woods amidst the trees
Bursting with self produced vitamin D's
Thinking perhaps I am flower instead
They come to me, I am one with the bees
In the grace if the forests wistful breeze
I bumble along to where they've been led
When I stand in the woods amidst the trees
Slowly I crouch down to leaves where I freeze
Striped black and yellow, I'm still in their stead
They come to me, I am one with the bees
Truly no times more uplifting than these
Drawn to strand petals atop my red head
When I stand in the woods amidst the trees
They come to me, I am one with the bees
I read bees are attracted to redheads, possibly think they are a flower. A nice thought...

At the MC1R Mutation Station
Like everywhere else, we’re fighting inflation
This economy sure does take it’s tolls
A few cutbacks, but within regulation
Just to meet our minimum sales goals
We started shipping product without any souls
They may also come with a few freckles less
Not many noticed, according to our polls
We tried to ship faster to boost our success
With a new promo called the ginger express
Still not as quick as that hot-tempered mail man….
His delivery speed is one to impress
In a cost saving effort for our new plan
The current shipment will only burn and not tan
They can, although, make their own vitamin D
Saves on natural sun light for their life span
There was a shipping error at the factory
The Emerald Isle put in an order you see
We shipped 10 times the amount there instead
They’ll stay as per our no return policy
We soon hope to put these cutbacks to bed
Our product really is as great as they’ve said
Industry led in all things chic and unique
This brand new batch of clever, feisty, redhead
For all fellow Redheads that have trouble with automatic doors, cheers!

To the right of this screen, what should I see?
An ad for a company calling themselves "Rosewe".
They sell clothes for women that are a bit hefty.
The models are the type of women that appeal to me.
I clicked the ad to see a little more.
There were many other women I could easily adore.
Blondes, brunettes, and redheads galore.
These kinds of females do tantalize.
Their feminine charms are in extra-large size.
They were only images on my computer screen.
If they only came to life, wouldn't that be mean!

Poetry is the fashion
The pope, the last bastion
Out with the old
In with the aborted
Crowds gather in anticipation
Poet Arthur recites To Patrick's Nation
England you see
Believes in the Orange and the free
They shout and they cheer
His fans are waiting for whiskey dear
Redheads filled with dragon tempers
A delight to Arthur's Kingdom of pleasure
Buried among the Scottish thistle
One day yee shall find the orange rose
that tickles ones fancy

I know something about being a GLBT Ginger,
the undress and redress of our left leaning politics,
like sacred naked communion
for Therapeutic Warriors.
At my best,
when adolescence urged HisHer ugly ambiguous head
through pubescent tail,
I wondered if other fire redheads
and sun speckled skins
felt this co-passioned love,
desire beyond procreative need
to touch,
embrace,
to smell,
to taste,
but not to own.
How could I have known
difference between my Ginger sensuality
and gay male nervous sexuality
without more comparative communion?
Although,
in hindsight,
perhaps not quite so much commingling
of sacred elements
I invested with integrity
for sorting out these red
and blue-black,
purplish and heated
ultra-violet distinctions
of warm wet rainbow Gay ecopolitics,
with Ginger red-yin differences,
influences,
tinctures seductive and reductive,
distinctions inductive and deductive;
Integrity of wild red unrest.

Brown hills speckled with sage
Between cities in the southwest
A pink sky
A purple mountain
A line down the highway
Turning me brown
I drive my Datsun
Toward nirvana
In the desert
That is where “IT” lives
I have feathers in my hand
And many stand beside me
A caravan of the Dead
Waiting for a concert
The LSD takes its time
We miss you Jerry
Tie died and cigarettes
A road stop
Full of scrounge redheads
Red Rocks.
The Summit
New Orleans-finally
I am gone
Finally I am gone
Color me gone
Color me in purple colors
Just realize that I disappeared
When you were dreaming
I didn’t want to be alone
I cut you a deal
You swore this was killer ****
And I would never have to come back
Stupid choices
Look at the light
I will save you from the confessions of a killer

There once was a man named Bond
Who loved brunettes, redheads and blonde
Till one came, and just say
"Mr. Bond, this is for you"
And she killed him, right there by the pond!

I only like the young ones the beautiful and tall
brunettes or redheads, or bleach blonde Barbie doll
head over heels in love again spin into a daze
‘cause we got different ways
I only like the young ones, the beautiful and tall
if they’ve got it together, for sure I will fall
head over heels in love again always fall apart
with my broken heart
I only like the young ones the beautiful and tall
the fool never sees the writing on the wall
head over heels in love again turned all around
true love never found

In Spring young thoughts turn to fancy
life around us is renewed
ladies wearing gowns all chintzy
Do entice men with a curtsey
careful least it's a wedding bed
in Spring young thoughts turn to fancy
Now the ladies, a few doxy's
love to spin, their skirts all spread
Ladies wearing gowns all chintzy
Love comes courting in ecstasy
the fashion this year is redheads
in Spring young thoughts turn to fancy
The ladies are so full of moxie
lead men on but no maidenhead
ladies wearing gowns all chintzy
Fluttering eyelids so saucy
men their passions this time unfed
in Spring young thoughts turn to fancy
ladies wearing gowns all chintzy

" M " is for Emma
She came into my life
On a bright sunny day
Fluttered around my page
Just like a heavenly butterfly
She had a thing for the redheads
Maybe because she was one of them
Said I should join, I'd be welcome there
I said I really can't do that, I'm not a redhead
Though my sister and brother are true redheads
She liked the form of the female body, as I do
Had a sensual free flowing spirit about her
She was a delicate flower floating along on a
Golden leaf against a sunny blue sky above
In her secrets, she carried life within her storms
She filled the emptiness with love and life
In her words, she carried love to all she knew
Then God called her home on this day
Though we shall meet up again one day
My friend Emma passed 5/ 10 / 2012
She was born with a bad heart, she was 30 yrs old!

"REDALICOUS"
The name is Teresa but they call me Red.
Because of the color on top of my head.
Redheads have a bad temper.
They also cry and whimper.
Nothing for me to dread for being redalicous.
