Monsoon Vibes

The rain pours like blessings from heaven
The lillies and ferns dance and sway swiftly
The dry soil turns swampy and soft
It glides away all that rests upon it
The feeling is so vibrant and cozy
The hopeful heart flies with wings, far off
Wandering like butterflies...

spring rains can be dis-stilling
...de/spite...

their lacking any strong winds
...winding...

breezes caught in corners will
...fully...

become what a small dust tornado
...does...

when smokers might be engulfing
...puffs...

When the Lighr Pours In

You illuminated me in the midst of my own darkness
And shed on me a second thick skin
Saving me from the state I'm in
No longer bearing the resentment in my soul
A hardened heart made whole
Discarding the creeping evil cold

And so now I dwell a humble man renewed
Contemplating what next I do
I pray my answer soon comes thru
I've surrendered when you called my name
All my life now rearranged
All to bring glory to your name
I know I'm not perfect but I know I've changed

When the darkness returns to bring me to fear
That's when I know you are most near
And on my knees I know you hear
The plea of my fragile heart in pain
As I give it all to you again
And the light pours back in
And washes clean the stain
Surrounded by the spirits reign
 This my Freedom forever

When It Rains, It Pours

“When it rains, it pours”
Often turns out true
For one thing gone wrong
Sometimes starts a slew.

So an E.R. trip,
Which would be enough,
Then a tire near flat
Leads to other stuff.

Like no transport home
From a birthday meet,
Since the E.R. car
Had the booster seat.

Frantic texts and calls
‘Til things got resolved,
But the story then
Gets much more involved.

‘Cross the ocean, flights
Somehow got delayed.
Then a phone got lost,
Leaving all dismayed.

But the downpour stops
And the sun comes out.
All the ups and downs
Are what life’s about.

Premium Member Disrespect Pours Out of a Bully Child

Disrespect pours out of this child on a regular basis.
His classmates would like to see him float onto an oasis.
Where he could enjoy his company and bully himself.
Or high and far away, up on a three-tiered library shelf

That he could not yell mean things to them any more
This child is loud, nasty, racist and a ridiculous bore.
His classmates despise him, they do not know that his mother
Has never made him respect anyone, just like his brother.

Grace in-pours, if in God we trust
The welcome mat is laid
Erst ego cravings bite the dust
Ascension ready made

As bliss pulsations race
We see God face to face
In endearing embrace

Open doors
Grace in-pours

My Pen Pours My Heart Out

My Pen Pours My Heart Out!

I'm a quiet person in all manners yet I speak aloud when I write.
Should I share the secret ,
my pen pours my heart out!
I see everything silently,
Observe each detail,
While I talk, I get short of words.
Yet I'm affluent when write,
The great secret,
my pen pours my heart out!
I can continuously write and write,
Can do this for years,
It's something I proudly bear.
I don't feel any hesitation,
Sketching my ideas on paper
It's indeed the power,
my pen pours my heart out!

The Water Pours

Take it from me, the rain is bored.
Seconds later, the rain would pour.
A rainstorm.

Approaching, lightning and thunder.
We Followed with awe and wonder.
Streets rainwashed.

Cars tried to run and would stall out.
People stranded and others scout.
Deep raindrops.

Rescue operations took place.
Helicopters came in with grace.
Strong rainbands.

The clouds for good.
Colors above were understood.
A rainbow.

nice laws - then Blacks play race card -
merit drowning with discards

eating trash, cardboard -- O drought!

Premium Member When It Rains It Pours

Have you ever heard of the saying…
When It Rains It Pours?

Well that saying became real
in my life a couple weeks ago.
And it made me super depressed.
Everything thing in my house
seemed to breakdown( two things)
I didn't have any money in my
savings or on credit card.
So it's extremely important to
save up money for a rainy day
because one never knows what
emergency will happen.
I learned that the hard. I strive to
do better in the future. As you know
we all learn lessons from life
experiences.
Well you may ask me what broke
down?
Let me tell you what it was……….
My refrigerator and the plumbing
in my bathroom, stopped working
almost at the same time.
Is the problem solved?
I am working on it.
Am I still depressed?
No, although those things
happened it could be much worse.
My kids are healthy,
I have a roof over my head,
lights, gas, food, bed and a deep
freezer( thank God for a deep freezer).
