The weatherman gets it right

is partly sunny, partly cloudy
It depends on whether the President’s navel
is an ‘innie’ or an ‘outie’
Longer term, the skies are clearing
the truth will be made known
That lipstick on POTUS' collar? Heh-heh
He attracts female drones
There once was a man called POTUS
Who said God sent him to save us
But most people knew
That this really wasn't true
And they said they preferred the Locust
Some call him a fascist
Others, a racist
Still others, a misogynist
He seems impervious
~ The ICE-man cometh
The Oval Office looks gaudy
And outshines the King of Saudi
Trump’s ugly deco
Gives off an echo
Of a bordello that’s bawdy
"Oh King Charles Philip Arthur George,
how do I see thee?
Let me count the ways...
Tho' beauty is only skin deep,
and in the eye of the beholder,
or so we have been told,
yours is more, it goes to the bone,
a sore sight for eyes to behold,
now you have acceded to the throne.
As, like diarrhoea, it seems,
it runs in the genes,
and, if POTUS is President of the USA,
would you be he, KOTUK,
King Of The UK?"
'Surely you jest,' quoth he in dour reply.
Tho', not joking nor feeling surly,
"Some things you simply can't deny,
ours not to reason why," said I,
"and please don't call me Shirley!"

Making The Nation
Great Again, he’s erupting
Our democracy:
Oppressive lava flowing
Hot power-mongering blood:-
HIS AND HISTORY'S TALES
There is his story,
and there's also history;
bloody lies, skewed truths:
Wow! 100 days!
Thunderstorms of injustice;
Human rights are drowned:-
he lies
unwise
makes threats
folks fret
trade war
what for?
unfit
should quit
mind's dim
sack him
I hold all the cards, so obey and bow low
And don't dismay pal Putin, he's not my foe
Your survival's at stake?
Yawn, give me a break!
And fork over your lunch money before you go!
Mercy?
Care? Compassion?
Empathy? Decency?
He just does not get it, does he?
So sad.
It nigh but happened in the US,
LOTUS almost bloomed unto POTUS.
If things turn as they do,
Ere Trump has any clue,
If he loses peace and focus.
