Hey, ho ~ They both gotta go!
Biden's waist-deep in corruption
Soon to come, a legal tidal-wave eruption
As for his mental and physical fitness
One or two video clips are enough to witness
More than a snake has Harris wiggles
when defining 'culture' with inane giggles *
It seems that her goulash-like explanations
may just impress rocks and crustaceans
So get thee to the elections in 2024 for sure
who needs four more years of these clowns to endure

Excess weight demand
Exercise in hesitate
Many people can relate
Body fat
Before and no after fact
The couch being the guest of human weight
For Heaven’s sake
The problem of give and take
Get up from the couch
Some people become a slouch
Exercise is the way to get rid of fab
Physical Fitness tab
Give the couch a break
If the couch had words, it would be “Get Up”
Start walking
Get that fat off
Stop being lazy
It is just crazy
All the couches banned together, and have stated, this is a couch potato war
We the couches refuse
We are tired being used.
Top of the world, Ma —
See those little fingers down there?
Those tiny rivers runnin’ thru the valley —
You fall, you won’t be repaired
Gimme pickaxe, gimme rope-ladder
Gimme both McKinley and Everest
I think best at highest altitudes
I’m hottest at my grooviest
Sheer fall —

spiritual, more praying
social, more playing

It does a lot make one barmy,
Asking women to join The Army,
For torture with its classic pain,
For the captured does drive insane,
And her bravado jail with chain,
Military secrets for fast leakage,
A whole Army for speechless wreckage!
One is already quite the Barmy,
Enlisting women in one’s Army,
Muscular Eve’s sad losers at sex,
Often a sight that soon starts to vex,
Feminity the one to now stay atop,
And with muscular kisses plant the crop.
No woman should near An Army,
Unless prepared to answer Sammy,
On a consuming island marooned,
Or in as consuming forest cocooned;
Her camouflage for the longest wear,
After tied knots one child bear,
As the body ever is a dreaming witness
Of violated physical fitness.
H-ealth standard stops the threat,
A-s what the experts think;
Z-one of hygiene and wellness
E-liminates the lethal
L-ink.
C-ommunity's health standard
O-bliterates the destroyer;
R-ight protocol of cleanliness
N-icely includes soap and water.
E-veryone should remain alert,
L-et all people stay on guard;
L-et humans have physical fitness,
A-lways observe the health standard.

gazing right at the West.
Make your both legs twist.
Turn back: Look to East.
Breathe in looking at South.
Breathe out through agape mouth.
Physical fitness you should check.
Turning North, rotate your neck
five times without any break
Good exercise, not just fake.

E-ssential to male and female;
R-equirement for better health,
L-etting not the body
A-il.
C-omplete physical fitness
A-ims to make human happy;
B-ecause of the good effect,
R-esult, fruit, and corollary.
E-arly nineteenth of January,
R-ight exercise carries wellness;
A-lmighty God has ordered to have a physical fitness.
E-xercises and games of sports
V-alidate one's physical fitness;
M-ind, heart, soul, and spirit shall be strong in wellness.
C-amaraderie and brotherhood are elevated,
U-nity and solidarity are also enhanced;
P-layers from different teams won't waste to take this chance.
B-asketball, volleyball, and other events
I-ntensify the friendly competition so deep;
C-hampions as well as the losers
O-f the games for celebration they
L-eap.
Bears
coming
through…
graceful
giant bears
coming
through.
Twirling,
swirling…they
waltz: One, two, three.
One, two, three.
Laughing
bears
dancing
together,
right on
through.
Off they
go!!!!

Entry for Contest: Shall We Waltz?

*in the Air Force we had a program for Airmen who were struggling to meet the physical fitness requirements, which we referred to in a sort of tongue-in-cheek manner as "The Dancing Bears" program.
Six youthful dancers at the peak of physical fitness,
But time was cruel: their beauty withered and arthritis set in.
They will remain young and beautiful for ever in the photo.
