Alice embraced the warmth
of the bitter-sweet liquid concoction
Curiosity of "drink me" caused this
Swirls began to know no limits
Ground twisting and breaking
The sky accumulating thick constellations
Up through the opening of what appears to be a magical mist
Alice wonders what this is
Quickly, the world changed, or was it Alice
Entering what seemed similar to Saturn
Alice meets a being small and strange
With green and orange scaly skin
Lue is the name
Together, the creature and Alice met many others
How did I find a world of such wonders
the end is near
i sense it
i feel its breath
i hear its pulse
low hanging clouds
above our heads
ever so slightly hover
clipped by the shadow of its wings
otherworldliness circles
somewhat like a vulture
deliberate and devious
ready to pounce
as soon as we let go

Blue- a small word that helps define a color;
the sky, the sea, children's eyes, some flowers.
For me, the color blue pulls me far, far away
into the nebulous world of mysterious space.
I look up; cerulean by day, indigo by night.
What I can't see is that eternal, deepest blue,
splashed with jewels- stars, planets, moons.
We have ventured- 'one small step for man'.
Space voyagers now beam images never seen
as we move deeper into dimensions of space.
Where will this blue otherworldliness lead us?
What will this mystic and majestic maze unfold?
This endless space embraces the vast Universe;
it supports our tiny world- for now, our home.
Unfathomable- blue depth with no boundaries;
unknown futures- what I would give to know.

an emblem of dear
of passion and of longings
otherworldliness

out of
body-
otherworldliness
Beyond those doors, an otherworldly place
presents the quietude of souls at rest;
another world, in time that I will face,
behind that marble wall, inside my nest.
So quiet and serene, this sacred space
this mausoleum, safe from earth's unrest,
where souls observe their outer emptiness
safeguarding them in otherworldliness.
Tingles and numbness of the
extremeties ,an aversion to the
cold, too many side effects, in
practice to be told.
Listless and tired, stumbling on
into the chasm of otherworldliness
where none but you belong.
Enough, enough! the cry said,
fateful or otherwise, the
future unknown, lies ahead.
