Premium MemberA Most Precious Thing

Real true love is such a precious thing
Unequaled in our human emotions
Certainly way ahead of hate and mistrust
This feeling of absolute devotion

Like no other since the world was new
So honoured and tested by time
Like a soft summer breeze on a starlit night
Like the smell of sweet roses divine

Nothing equals the feeling of love
Not even sweet chocolate fudge
Uh maybe chocolate fudge is pretty close
Naw, love's much sweeter, nudge, nudge

Ahh, I've thought of something sweeter
The smell of a newborn infant
Now who could contest that my friends
Totally divine, like heaven sent

Dance of Genesis

In the beginning, atoms a d photons made a Covenant
"We will always dance, even if with complexity,"
And so it is to this day: from newborn infant
Of human or animal, insect or mineral, electron or selectron
Everything is dancing, inside out
But humans are too busy about the conclusion
No dance rushes to the end, it's about enjoying the steps along the way

Premium MemberJuxtaposition 1: Prelude and Fugue

JUXTAPOSITION 1
Prelude for a Dying Loved One
Faces stricken,
painted in grief,
peer through the glass barrier
into the room,
as ventilators is removed
from a loved one, and
last breaths are expelled.
Mother Earth awaits,
her arms opens to embrace
and cradle her child.

Fugue for a Newborn Infant
Faces, wonderstruck,
painted with excitement,
peer through the doorway,
into the birthing room
as a newborn infant is
laid in a bassinette, and,
the first of many breaths begin.
The child’s mother awaits,
her arms opens to embrace
and cradle her child.

And In the Sky I See Black Thunder Mad

Like a newborn infant left on rocks
My skin feels tender and my heart is sad
I’d like to creep inside an empty box

I have turned away my every clock
Whilst I try to improve how I’m clad
With my a newborn infant on grey rocks

The people of this world seem like lost flocks
Like sheep, they folllow men who’re dumb and mad
I’d like to hide inside an empty box

Against my ribs my loud heart seems to knock
I gasp for comfort even from folk bad
Like a newborn infant left on rocks

I feel akin to prey, like the red fox
Which o’er long moors and meadows has just fled
I’d like to hide inside an metal box

This sorrow seems to sap my own red blood
And in the sky I see black thunder mad
Like a little infant left on rocks
Without your heart’s embrace I can’t come back

Joy In Every Place

R-esting sun in the eventide
H-as come out from sleeping tight;
O-pening the early morn,
N-ew dawn sets things
A-right

M-oon in the midnight
A-llows the morrow to come;
E-vening stars lend their twinkle to the morning lights so calm.

T-wenty-fifth in the calendar
O-f cold December rain;
R-ise of the newborn infant
R-elieves life's woes and strain.
E-xpression of pure delight is painted in the world's face;
N-ight of loneliness has turned into a day of joy in every place.

Premium MemberGod's Precious Blessing

A newborn infant is a gift of God’s
Ten fingers and ten toes are so precious
There is no greater gift or sweet blessing

This treasured new life brings a blessing
Soft skin so smooth hints of a gift of God’s
His hand is on this wonder so precious

Whispering intimacies so precious
Such a miracle sent down as blessing
A rare joy touches the hand of God’s

A bubbly baby, God’s precious blessing

Nearing My End - Hit the Brakes

Ahhhh….Here’s a wound to mend
Ahhhh….Please, put my mind at ease
Ahhhh….You don’t see me, nearing my end…
Ahhhh….Nearing my end…(you’re left without a clue)
Pre-chorus #2: You turned out to be so mean…you were so heartless… (you
make me feel like nothin’…make me feel like someone…somethin’ – your words
pierced me like a pin on the floor)
I’m not haunted by your callous night…don’t pick a fight (with me…we were
innocent like a newborn infant)

I feel this strange insecurity & hopelessness
Why are you looking for traumatizing troubles and countless commotions?
Give me a second to breathe in and out & step out of the abyss
The tears are drowning my eyes…is there any healing potions?

Give me an excuse or a reason
To overcome these waves of emotions
Stop making me feel sorry for your mistakes
Stop blaming me for your crimes..your terrible crimes
I’m not guilty for your wrongs or your lies – hit the brakes!
I’ve paid the price and rolled the dice countless times

Nearing My End - Friends Come and Go Like Season To Season

Ahhhh….Please, put my mind at ease
Ahhhh….You don’t see me, nearing my end…
Ahhhh….Nearing my end…(you’re left without a clue)
Pre-chorus #2: You turned out to be so mean…you were so heartless… (you
make me feel like nothin’…make me feel like someone…somethin’ – your words
pierced me like a pin on the floor)
I’m not haunted by your callous night…don’t pick a fight (with me…we were
innocent like a newborn infant)

You can’t catch a g-glimpse at my tragedy…I don’t worship your derision!
Lost in a multitude…for good…
You can’t find out my alienated ambition…my sunlit glee…it is my mission
To have the attitude of gratitude…

Give me an excuse or a reason
To overcome these waves of emotions
Friends come and go like season to season
Dealing with vile clashing commotions
