No longer smell I the breath, see the chest rises;
No longer do I see those beautiful hazel/brown eyes;
Never on this side of heaven, shall I hear the voice;
Nor will I feel the soft warm vessel the skin.
I mourn for the flesh her vessel, gone nothing be, SPIRIT

My dear sister
How I miss you so much
Your sweet essence
Would always touch my heart
Your hugs of love
What a wonder of feeling it
Hearing your beautiful laugh
Was your signature autograph
Endlessly makes everything
Look like a still photograph
The kindness of your words
Was like hearing the songbirds
Your smile
Lasted a roman mile
Life without you
Is a Lilly without a nile
Back fifty-three long years ago, she left;
my Mom- at the young age of fifty-five.
Yet, she is always with me every day;
my heart and memories keep her alive.
Three growing grandkids she embraced and loved;
her gentle heart they shared for just a while.
Then, years flew by- two generations grew-
to crown her Great-Great Grandma with a smile.
I feel her presence in the things I do,
as part of her still grows and lives in me;
and everything she taught me carries on,
as I, a Great-Grandmother now, can see.
In clouds, I often see her gentle face
and know that she's with God, and not her grave-
for she's my Saint in Heaven- there to be
the inspiration I will always crave.
All I can do now is think of you
Every breath I take without you, is killing me
I need you, standing by my side
It’s the only truth I’ve ever had with someone
You’re my only one
I can’t take it anymore
Life without you
Is killing me
I’ve lost my spirit to keep on going
I need you by my side
I’m going through hell
I’m losing my mind without you
I don’t want to step into heaven without you
Two years ago you ascended
Heaven became a better place
You made my life a dream
My cherished gift with all your grace
My poetry tells our story
You inspire the words that convey your glory
The wonderful Angelic woman that captured my heart
My eternal love that pains me to be apart!
Today I am feeling so sad and blue
You were fighting for your life, I didn’t know
We just talked about the old days, time flew
You were my best friend and I loved you so
I got the dreadful call this early morn
The grim reaper came and took you last night
When I got the news my heart was so torn
Now you are heaven bound, enjoy your flight
You were so brave and you suffer no more
Why didn’t you tell me, my amazing friend?
Watching you was bravery to the core
You didn’t want to burden me in the end
Til’ we met again on those peaceful shores
I’ll recall our camp days and many s’mores

My Dad would tell me that there would me many men in my life. Be sure who I want in my life.
The one man I want in my life is YOU Dad. Remembering our lives together make me want more.
Only in my dreams and in my heart am I able to be with you now.
You left me suddenly and the only address I have for you is "HEAVEN" !
I pray that one day I will be by your side once again.
I love you Dad...see you in my dreams !

I stand at the gravesites
this is not where you're at
only your bone and dust your remains
below this grave for you real self
is in heaven is your spirit soul resides
I miss you wife, dad and mom...

My Mother is way long gone....
But I wish I could hug her and sing her a song.
As her birthday this year is on Mother's Day.
And we cannot blow out the candles this May!
I have written about Irene before.
A most fitting name for a woman who wanted peace
forevermore.
She lives is God's golden city,
And, knowing her, making it extraordinarily pretty.
Have a room ready for me, Mom, when I come home.
So that on the stars and Milky Way, we shall forever roam.
Your daughter...Panagiota

Time goes by but the pain is the same
lonely nights I call out your name
I lose sleep, toss and turn
to hold you tight I forever yearn
If life were easy if life were fair
I'ld be holding you each night my dear
Your in my dreams and on my mind
I'll make it up to you by stealing time
Stealing time for our love won't die
an eternity for us won't be denied
For each moment lost I'll give you two
Stealing time to be forever with you
Heaven and hell and the earth between
I'll find you on the winds of wings
Don't cry for me be strong and believe
cherish the time we shall forever be
Stealing time for our love won't die
an eternity for us won't be denied
For each moment lost I'll give you two
Stealing time to be forever with you
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
A rose by any other name
Is disgraceful to the rose
No other flower has such fame
Among all those seen in shows
Whether at a funeral or a wedding
The rose stands out more
At a birth, or a special setting
The rose is sure to score
I have no doubt about this gem
To bring joy to whom it is given
A single rose on one long stem
Is like a small touch of heaven
What's in a name, you say
It's just another flower
It will die and fade away
Yes, but it's the flower of the hour

I know your spirit is finally free
when I scattered your ashes yesterday
Cancer has taken you away from me
solitude is now the price I must pay
When I scattered your ashes yesterday
I said adieu to the love of my life
Solitude is now the price I must pay
I’m now a widow, no longer a wife
I said adieu to the love of my life
I look to heaven and I question why
I’m left a widow, no longer a wife
as seagulls circle in bright azure sky
I look to heaven and I question why
cancer has taken you away from me
As seagulls circle in bright azure sky
I know your spirit is finally free

God knows how much I miss you.
My day isn't complete without a bowl of soup from each of you.
I hope that heaven gives me more time,
So I can still send my warm "hi" to everyone.
I miss you all!!!!!
The azure sky embraces
the beauty of our love.
It’s always you, forever you
I am dreaming of.
I feel your presence in
the cool floating mist.
I recall your tender touch
and how gently you kissed.
I see your picture hanging
on my bedroom wall
and I still feel warm embers
of our love through it all.
I think even in our separation
our deep love still grows.
From my heart to your heart
in heaven, my love flows.
