To My Dearest Souper Friends

God knows how much I miss you.

My day isn't complete without a bowl of soup from each of you.

I hope that heaven gives me more time,

 So I can still send my warm "hi" to everyone.

Had a souper follower once, who seemed to like my lines, But alas, one day she fled, a woman of different climes, And now those lively notes are no longer frequent mine, darkened clouds now obscure much of my writing time. Perhaps she did not like comments, to alter or to fix, an English word, a turn of phrase, but never did I nix the inner thought, poetic scene, she brought to her writing, so now the pheasant peacock blue, refuses more to sing.
