I noticed whilst walking up and down the thing
What's going on here I thought
I had been given a middle seat
In what I consider to be the worst flight I have ever experienced
The two passengers either side of me were trolling
Ghosting me
Two Count Drunkulas in the dark
I got up and sat in one of the flight attendant's seats
I needed leg room and the final frontier
I needed me, myself and rock star parking
Like a suicidal cop
The window seat bloke started shaving
A nudge war after landing to hurry it up
As he was gagging for a cigarette
I was so mentally fatigued
Cream crackered and shagged
That I forgot to make this poem a calligram
As was originally intended
You know, in the shape of the fuselage
Oh what genius
I told friends
They asked what other films were available on the flight
Lethal Weapon 2 I replied

From John Paul Jones, and days of old. To Mel Gibson, on the silver screen. What do patriots have in common, with each other.They choose to subjugate part of their lives and being, in their belief it is necessary to save the nation.What other motivation could justify the actions, of leaving family and friends to carry out the quest. Hoping their example will energize the rest. To be at the top of their game, ignoring the superficial. All areas, personal, and radar in sync. Not the weak link.To see in time the incoming threat. Not playing tag and hide and seek, with an ally not really so meek.

Now I don't say she lied in the course of her book Dolores passion
I wasn't there. She saw what she saw and vice versa.
I'm saying Mel Gibson was errant to base his movie on ANYTHIN OTHRT THAN THE
HOLY BIBLE

Mel, it's too late now
But some things are better left unsaid

So cold the river that runs
through my veins
I float lightly on the current
I want to drown my sorrows
And go back to a better place
A place I ran free with no restraints
My salvation is all I seek!

I wrote this when Mel Gibson was having that little talk with Oksana Grigorieva.
I posted it because Andrea wanted to see it.

Jaguar Paw, a fearless tribesman, had to flee
back to where the waters still flowed crystalline,
escaping horrors of a sick society.
Back he ran, to save his family and start again -
back to life, the pristine world that was his origin!

Mel Gibson movie, "Apocalypto."

Here I nestle, against a pillow, all by myself;
As I wait for you, I‘ve finished watching
A Mel Gibson film; the title
I can’t even recall, for my attention is on you;
Oh, something like this “what women really want?”
Anyway, does it matter to you?
I’m waiting…waiting and still waiting,
Yet, you don’t want to come near me;
You float somewhere out there; outside this world,
Surely, where we can’t be together;
But if you heed me, on this water bed
We can share what you wanted to write;
How long should I wait?
Or, should I go ahead?
Just a good night kiss is all I ask;
Is that too much, too hard to give;
But your tapping sound is all that I hear;
Crumpled papers, too many; the light’s still bright,
Should I dim it, for you, to be more romantic?
Ah, I can’t take it any longer!
Will I be waiting here forever more?
I don’t think so, ‘cos my eyes, now sleepy;
Honey, good luck on your writing…
And me, I will close my eyes to sleep!
