My Salvation

So cold the river that runs
through my veins
I float lightly on the current
I want to drown my sorrows
And go back to a better place
A place I ran free with no restraints
My salvation is all I seek!

I wrote this when Mel Gibson was having that little talk with Oksana Grigorieva.
I posted it because Andrea wanted to see it.

There is something dirty about Mel as a person I don't like. It's a combination of the characters he takes on. They are not role models. I did not even know who Oksana G was until I researched as a result of this. She is a great artist in her own right and a charming person. I guess we can all do better when we are away from a relationship or entanglement that chills us. Recovery is a slow process and is the test of our inner soul. You have great incite. I wish you well and much freedom.

interesting theme here babe.... our spirit lightly flows, tween toe n toe, and keeps the life force in it, the stronger will, keeps on the go, vibrates 6 times a second so, it don't escape this so n so, till death takes the spark of dim-wit... Don re: "My salvation" Debbie Duncan

I don't know if this was a scene from a movie or some other situation so I don't really know about what the poem was about..Enjoyed reading it ..I do believe that there are people who do have a cold cold cold heart and can do anything and have not a single guiltly feeling about it..Great work describing the non-emotion..Thanks for the visit to my work..Sara
