Premium Member Demetri Wears Pink

Demetri, designer Dracula was not fond of orange at all
He has consulted fashion giants since ten years ago last fall
Armani never wrote him back, McQueen gave him some tips
He dresses in pink and black, his shiny shoes are tie, not slips

The other Dracula relatives make fun of him I guess
But the murder of crows and bat colonies love him, I confess
They invite him to their festivals, where he is the fashion king
He does not care about his relatives, using adjectives obscene

Premium Member Velvet Gown for the Halloween Queen

We have created a velvet gown for the Halloween queen
It is lovely and beautiful, just wait said my friend Fashion McQueen
I had to concur when I saw the concoction that he had created.
It was exquisite, more gorgeous than promised, pretty much underrated.

Premium Member Lightning McQueen

Cloudy sky
Freezing temps
Winter tires
With a grip

Enter the curve
Hit the ice
Start to slide to the right

Foot off the brake
Jerk the wheel
Not to the left
But hard to the right

You have only a second
No second chance
To stay on the road
And not crash

Sometimes the opposite
Saves our life
Even when it
Doesn’t feel right

Offerings

You offered me nothing new
You didn't have a trace of gold in your sandals
You merely came to my four walls
but we became confused
about the things we couldn't heal
Steve McQueen and Patricia Neal
came a jolting
All our yesterdays awoken
Paddling down the stream
did we care anymore
Changes the preordained way
Apologizing if i stayed too long
waiting outside

Premium Member Merry Halloween

Merry Halloween Shelly McQueen sang.
Merry Halloween! Loud, with a bang.
That is Christmas the naysayer said.
He is always a downer; his name is Fred.

Merry Halloween! Shelly McQueen sang out.
This time it was louder, like a giant shout.
Merry is for Christmas, spoke the nasty snot.
He would not know what merry was if it bit him Shelly thought.

Premium Member The Catwalk Strut

Here comes the expert at the catwalk strut
His tail is swishing along with his big butt
He is wearing a coat designed by Alexander McQueen
Don’t make fun of his sashaying because that is so mean

Premium Member Thank You Alexander Mcqueen

quintessential monarch Barbie doll model
wore ultimate gown fashioned by the ultimate dresser
took fashion week to a whole new level
thank you Alexander McQueen
for making this vision possible

Premium Member She Is Flashy and Weird

she is so artistic said one of the other bridge club ladies.
I knew she was dramatic, but had no idea she was also artistic.
she showed up at the next meeting wearing a splendiferous gown.
designed by whom? Versace? Gucci? Alexander McQueen?

she began to do a dance she had invented and we were mesmerized.
moved like a prima dona ballerina, not a bridge club lady.
she is odd, weird, too flashy for me, another woman said.
I resolved to grow up and try to be her; she amazed me at seven.

Premium Member Movie Fever

Take me to the movies,
Let's catch a film together.
Once you're in the theater,
Who cares about the weather.

Nothing like the big screen,
Can bring the show to life.
The effects are so real,
It cuts you like a knife.

My first was a drive-in,
Both parents side-by-side.
The speaker really screeched,
Watching Bonnie and Clyde.

Whether comedy or drama,
Or one already seen.
Just make it entertaining,
And cool as Steve McQueen.

I really like old westerns,
And even horror too.
But one unpleasant fact,
Is gum stuck to your shoe.

With friends or alone,
Plus favorite salty snack.
Until they tear it down,
I'll just keep coming back.

Premium Member Turkey With a Shotgun

He came at us in the middle of the night.
Carrying a shotgun, and it was not light.
He shot at my husband but was way off to the right.
I saw it was the turkey and knew we’d have a fight.

I hid under the bed and refused to pop out my head.
I knew that gobbler was waiting to make all of us dead.
Then I heard the little ones climbing out of their bed,
So I dashed down the hallway, and hid with them instead.

Bam! That gun off. The turkey was a killing machine.
He took out the boarders, Mr. and Mrs. McQueen.
I yelled “Turkey, we were going to have ham, not turkey lean.”
He came into the room; his eyes had a wild mean gleam.

He took that shotgun and put holes all over the wall.
Then he strutted out, looking at least ten foot tall.
Never get a turkey whose been on steroids again,
I told my husband, who had been hiding from him.

Premium Member Pleased To Meet Your Acquaintance

Hello my name is Marilda McQueen. You were not invited. Please return to your ship.
Politeness rules in this land of fools.
Howdy do Marilda. I am Tom Twiddlepacker. I am taking over Earth and your dog.
Good manners are ever so important.

Pardon me Tom. I am Marilda’s mother. This is a lazar gun. Put Fluffy down immediately.
Etiquette being what it is,
Pleased to meet you Ma’am. I am Tom’s wife Tilly.
I am taking your teeth now too.
The ones I am wearing or the ones in the velvet case? Both.

Hello my friends. I am G13YM2 your captor greeter. Please get in line and be quick.
That is the way Earthlings talk, right?
G12YM2, my name is Marta. Where are you taking us?
That is not your business my friend, and you are welcome to meet your acquaintance.

Hello my name is Ted Twiddlepacker. I am the one who contacted you.
Please let me know that you have my pepperoni pizza.
Glad to meet you Ted. Get in that line if you want something tasty.
Polite, mannerly, showing etiquette, they tricked us into a smooth abduction.
Yes, we are that easy.

Premium Member Up To No Good

You’re Steve McQueen cool, or so you believe
But you’re up to no good and it’s easy to see.
There is no disguise and you’ll never be misunderstood.

You think double O’s ain’t got nothing on you.
You play what you’re dealt like you’ve nothing to lose.
One look in your eyes tells the world that you’re up to no good.

You’re Yul Brenner tough and you’re hard as a stone
Your demeanor just screams, better leave me alone!
A mean individual ruling the whole neighborhood.

A gun in your pocket, a plan in your head.
The ladies all love you. The guys want you dead.
A smile so cruel and the world knows you’re up to no good.

Premium Member A Bully Named Mean

There once was a bully named Mean.
I am kidding, his name was McQueen.
He took classmates’ lunches,
And slapped them in bunches,
Until he was fined by the queen.

Premium Member Ernestine and the Wolverine

Ernestine and her friends sweet sixteen
Jean Irene Josephine and Pauline

Dolled up in glamorous aubergine velveteen
Dreamt of being harvest queens on Halloween

Living it up Eugene drove their limousine
Directly to the drive-in theater widescreen

And there He was larger than life The Wolverine
With his deep hypnotic eyes of aquamarine

Twists and turns unforeseen in out and in between
For something not much bigger than a magic bean

Escaped the guillotine somewhere in the Philippine
Plenty of action all for a figurine of Byzantine

Hearts pitter patter larger than life The Wolverine
With the dreamiest hypnotic eyes of aquamarine

Back home Ernestine tossed her poster of Steve McQueen
The pristine one torn last week from a hip teen magazine

There was a new heartthrob on the scene
Sweeter than a bowl of ice scream topped with praline

Sitting to write her love letter to The Wolverine
Seal it with a kiss colour and scent of tangerine

         Dedicated to Lightning McQueen

Lightning McQueen is just like a star

Who likes going fast and goes very far.

Look at his shining and red colored skin

I know all the races he’s sure to win .
