Lightning McQueen

Cloudy sky
Freezing temps
Winter tires
With a grip

Enter the curve
Hit the ice
Start to slide to the right

Foot off the brake
Jerk the wheel
Not to the left
But hard to the right

You have only a second
No second chance
To stay on the road
And not crash

Sometimes the opposite
Saves our life
Even when it
Doesn’t feel right

Good advice that must be hard to act on unless practised in a skid pan. This is the epitome of counter-intuitive in panic mode. J :)

It is! When the movie came out, my son talked about that over and over. It stuck in my head. Very counter-intuitive to drive like that.
