Movie Fever
Take me to the movies,
Let's catch a film together.
Once you're in the theater,
Who cares about the weather.
Nothing like the big screen,
Can bring the show to life.
The effects are so real,
It cuts you like a knife.
My first was a drive-in,
Both parents side-by-side.
The speaker really screeched,
Watching Bonnie and Clyde.
Whether comedy or drama,
Or one already seen.
Just make it entertaining,
And cool as Steve McQueen.
I really like old westerns,
And even horror too.
But one unpleasant fact,
Is gum stuck to your shoe.
With friends or alone,
Plus favorite salty snack.
Until they tear it down,
I'll just keep coming back.
