My future has a funny name
It sounds like Good Morning
She cares about to look the same
And takes away my yearning
I am a man of working glass
I drink to fill the time
Between the future and the past
And it works out fine
Then comes Good Evening, dressed in blue
She is my past time lady
All through the day I thought of you
But darkness grows too shady
My eyes get dim as fades the light
It’s time for lullaby
But as you've gone, it can’t sound right
So wouldn’t worth a try.
It’s a ruthless heatwave darling
Temps are thirty plus these days
Though it’s May, some leaves are falling
Baked to gold and brown phase
Saw banana moon last night
Hanging in the darkened sky
I imagined that you might
Have spotted it as well as I
But I guess you see the moon
From a different angle now
And its shape may change too soon
Sooner than this yellow bow
That I saw, will become rounder
And the big fat moon will rise
Upon us - we’ll sing about her
Like we did in good old times..
Her heart
Soft as dawn, she hums the lullaby,
hands that mend small storms and tie loose bows.
Her spirit
Bright as noon, she teaches courage, maps, and truth,
laughing at skinned knees, cheering every bold step.
Her soul
Deep as night, she keeps the quiet watch
a steady lighthouse, fierce and tender,
foundation of home.
When your two bright eyes look at me,
I wonder what they seek to see,
when your face hosts mystery smile,
it lingers on for quite a while.
those whisks of greying in black hair
speak of stacks of wisdom to share,
face serene fresh as of a child,
hiding a prank, yet joyous mild.
when you share your deep thoughts with me,
you knock me down on to my knee,
wonder should I admire your charms,
or be enriched by words, be calm.
whatever is has to be love,
more powerful than God above,
i love the warmth of your being,
gives my world a whole new meaning,
Stop smiling at me from that photograph,
Join me in my life, let’s live, love and laugh.

At first, a kiss of morning dew~
then hunger. Orange teeth that chew
through girders, bolts, and battleships,
through forgotten coins, through fingertips.
Patient as a waiting noose,
it loves the things we let slip loose:
the tractor in the broken field,
the knife no hand will ever wield.
It writes in cursive, slow and deep,
a love the strong pretend to keep.
Time’s own tongue, it licks the edge
of every vow, each steadfast pledge.
And when at last we all descend
to join the nails we failed to mend,
rust will sing its lullaby~
soft, so soft, the way things die.
My darling, its full moon tonight
From deep and darkened blue
The moon shines down so dazzling bright
Reminding me of you
The lullaby we sang along
Plays in my weary brain
The sounds of the bells, ding-dong
The angels come again
You’re one of them, who came to care
You’re smiling from the skies
And looking up to see you there
I sleep with open eyes..
Love God and love me
I am Peace, I am human
Pray for our children
My heart, my love, sweet child O’ mine
I would if I could, free you from all confines
And bring you back home to a love so genuine
No one will love you unconditionally
No not one man
No one will ever cherish you like a mother can
A mother to her child is like beach to the sand
Your face is my face, your hand is my hand
You will never find blood as thick as mine
You can search all the land
In case, you think I forgot
Let me make this fact known
I will always be here when you get back
And gladly welcome you home
Shhh…don't listen, don't listen, to what they say.
They try to deceive us, distract us,
let them do what they may
Stay calm, deep breaths, as they foster unrest.
They want a reaction; they’ll give it their best
We are not enemies though we look not the same.
They try to confuse us, amuse us, promise us fame
Don't listen, don't listen to what they say,
We are not foes though we come from away.
Hush now darling, don't lay awake remunerating
on your fate
Have some faith in your fellow man
and trust that God has a plan
and if I die before you wake
know my life I did not take
So, don't listen, don't listen to what they say
Peace through love can be ours one day
if only we don't let them have their way
Day is done and night now comes;
flowers fade and birds sleep.
Hear the wolf, he sings a love song;
through the darkness deep.
Hear the shadows weave their lullaby;
weave a soft melody.
As you dream, they sing their gentle song;
sing for you and for me.
As the day fades, and night begins;
let your dreams arise.
Watch as the starlight dances along
through the midnight skies.
Hear a howl at the silver moon begin;
hear them cry so mournfully.
As you dream, you'll hear them gently sing;
sing for you and for me.
Today I’m grateful for lullabies.
Those love songs our parents sang to us
each night before we slowly closed our eyes….
Those same lullabies that even now
when a new days about to start
still play softly in our ears
and soothe our waking heart
If I could, I would fetch you the moon on a spoon..
Dipped in the shimmer of midnight’s lagoon.
I'd cradle the stars in the palm of my hand..
And scatter their light like the soft golden sand.
I’d weave you a robe from the breath of a star..
Threaded with echoes of realms from afar.
A crown made of fireflies, twinkling and bright..
To dance on your brow like a spellbound delight.
I’d summon the winds from the mystical deep..
To sing you soft lullabies while you sleep.
For magic is boundless, and love is its tune..
If I could, I would fetch you the moon on a spoon.
I’m a saddest man on earth
Though I didn’t mean to be
But the only thing I worth
Is your empathetic fee
If you didn’t care to pay
You don’t have a coin
Maybe next time you will say
Hi, my beggar boy
Don’t you look so down and sad
Let us drink some wine
Well I hope you understand
I didn’t have much time
I feel better, how are you?
You look rather pale..
I will answer yes, I do
And I’m feeling frail
I spent countless days alone
Sleepy all the time
You were out for so long
Couldn’t send a line
Let us say good night my love
I know you don’t dream
But I dreamed more than enough
It’s the same old stream
You just fall and there you flow
Down the wind ahead
And it blows about your home
Brings me to your land..
My sweet little baby, don’t you cry,
You are Mommy’s sweetie pie.
I love you a bushel and a peck,
And a big hug around the neck.
I love you to the moon and back,
Even more than a duck that goes quack-quack.
But most of all, I love you morning and night,
And I love you with all my all might.
Let me whisper in your ear,
I love you there, everywhere, but most of all I love you here.
Now close your eyes and go to sleep,
Dream of puppy dogs and bahbah little white sheep.
Don’t be weak brown eyes don’t cry
Have to be sterling silver strong deny
Purple pain when it’s lupus vanity
Nothing to gain but mood swings insanity
Why don’t they get it I am tired
Of pain from the bullet of gun misfired
For my body turns in on itself
Could I use pain as a melody for health
Buck lupus you wild white wolf
I sing a song of denial to be hooked
On meds that led to more side effects
Feds won’t let us be cured I guess
I see hope in the future
Not so much in meds but in nurture
Maybe a cocktail of lavender love
And a cure so pure from heaven above
