with heaps of office junk for getting rid,
the usual stuff in cardboard boxes lurked

desperate clinging clutch
held by bloodied cracked fingernail
phantasmagoric tendrils constrict

stoppering me to whisper or wail
yawning abyss menacingly beseeches

freefalling, pirouetting unnervingly,
