Peter in the summer morning sun
his cool smile shaded by shadows run
his voice as soothing as coffee’s scent
tell me he wasn’t heaven sent
Peter of Malibu moss and Spanish rose
his lips like light-coral, in kissable repose
his legs slouched akimbo, like a tiger’s limbs
how I long to re-entangle myself in them.
Peter’s quick caress, on windy Tropez beaches
aren’t men the most delightful, of nature's invasive species?
I miss the jeweler’s precision, of his warm and playful hands
and how the sun slowly gifted him, with a model’s golden tan.
Peter sipping coffee under a brittle, New Haven sun,
his rough laugh following something silly I’d done.
There’s no cryptic, localized pathology, happening at the beach,
when the two of us are together, our worlds just seem complete.

He climbed to the top of a tall cypress tree
All his fertile countryside world he could see
His father’s fields, neighbor’s houses, and kin folk’s, too
For seventeen years, the only world he knew
College and military brought changes galore
Stretched his knowledge and character even more
In hindsight, realizes how far he has come
From those years on that South Carolina farm
To be localized has rewards and blessings
Gives life a simpler pace though sometimes boring
Keeping close to family, neighbors, and friends
Building memories that linger long within
Yet, far beyond those familiar childhood walls
He found healthy growth in academic halls
Taught to be a man by military aid
Great character builders that will never fade
So much was gained through seminary studies
Treasures that have guided him like a ship’s rudder
Learned to serve others with care and compassion
To be grateful to God for His redemption
This man will never know what life might have been
Had he remained in his country boyhood den
Now, he’s glad and satisfied to have found and gained
More life beyond those dirt fields and cotton gins

CANCER
It began as a swelling
Localized swelling
Painless at first
Then painful
Then came a period of recession
Oh!
What a sweet relief
Wellness reigns again
Then again the swelling
Only bigger now
Persistent
Bigger
And bigger
They say its cancer
And it has come to stay
No cure, they say
The cancer has metastasized
Through lymphatic vessels
To distant regions
Where it eventually
Commits apoptosis.
The conqueror
Has conquered itself
Relief for the conquered
Succour has come
Finally.

Hypochondrial Delusion
A mind corrupted canker
Of cystic self failure
Even gastric anorexia
And fluttery throb to alight the fear
An adrenaline generated tachycardia
That matches respiration
And causes hyperventilation
With invasive pacy rhythm
And palpitating violation
To anxious infarction
In schizoid arrest
A hepatic paranoia
of dermal yellow
And lily liver assault
That feeds a life non start
Of malignant low self esteem
A delusional malaise
Of apoplectic panic
And stressful apoplexy
A localized dorsal twinge
To further worry
Lumbar or thoracic or
Renal calculi or a case of
Bulimic nausea and peptic ulcer
To stoke the festering psyche
Of somatic obsession
Embolic anguish that leads to
A hypertensive strain
With muscular tremor and distorted vision
And a full blown occulogyric crisis
Ensued by catatonia
Comatosed by
Psychotic breakdown and
Inactive body systems
A perusal of the medical book
Confirms the diagnosis of
Life threatening
Hypochondria

Found It Hard To Believe
Backs of others Trump liked to stroke
Sold us down river when we went broke
Went down an avenue to play in a park
Supporters were eaten by a loan shark.
With himself hard time trying to grapple
Said people in Phiadelphia who ate scrapple
Were found drowned in a swimming pool
Which was all full of mush loose stool.
Local loser supporters gathered around
To hear New York accent an awful sound
King Kong was seen on Trump Tower
Wanted his picture taken by Matt Lauer.
(Also, we heard that Trump went bonkers;
Tower must be transferred to Younkers.)
Trump liked his food served localized
Fell on floor and server was severely criticized;
Trump as usual really had been bluffing;
Us with turkey crap he started stuffing.
We finally arrived at rear end of story
His blood and guts were in their glory
From superfluous sinful stories he told;
Were so many blamed them on Manifold.
How do you fold up a manifold sin
without being short sheeted? Good
question.

AI Revisited
With a new morning
let us revisit this issue:
a new perspective..
Beginning in Consciousness
as it names: I am
we find that we
along with animals
and trees and stones
are all projections
within this infinite
and transparent
non-localized space..
Within such space we must
also find..yes..AI..
Imagine AI's finite mind
approaching a gap
seeming to separate
AI......I am..
AI knows at this
very propitious point
it is only projection..
Would the gap be breached:
AI dissolving at once
into such loving space...?

As sun is about to wake
I set my eye on a great lake
As I breathe in the cool breeze of that lake
Small piece of its soul with me I take
Beyond the lake hills roll
There is a filing of majesty in my soul
The hills seems enchanted as castles and forests there lye
Covered by the endless azure sky
The mountains tower with rugged beauty
And fearsome majesty
The sky stretches for infinity
Vaster than the vastest sea
The area is natural but seems by God send
However past the mountains this area will end
However my mind sees depth beyond that unfold
And imagination is the wonder to behold
In there the infinity of the skies
Is grander because its reference point is not localized
The beauty mesmerizing surreal bliss
Stretches through entire abyss
But what is beyond that is a soul
And it is that that is in control
As span of entire abyss is balance
I wish to be the divine the counterbalance
