When heart be quiescent, free from desire,
mind too rests, since there’s nothing to be done,
ego consigned to the funeral pyre,
breath by breath as we slowly come undone,
the heartbeat of God and ours become one.
Ceasing thinking, our head with heart linking,
we attain pure awareness unblinking.
Heart offers instantaneous knowing,
wherein we do not attain but become
the totality within us flowing,
aligned with bliss beats and the cosmic hum,
free from the urge to seek any outcome.
Our soul evolves, when ego we dissolve.
Orbiting our heart, all the worlds revolve.

she had only asked him to come in for a cup of hot strong coffee
an innocent gesture in her mind maybe an interesting exchange
of thoughts on philosophical matters like love death and existence
yet once they had smoked a first cigarette the smoke clouds parted
like sea waters of Yam Suph in the form of spiritual enlightenment
candles flickered and incense filled the room with sandalwood and musk
serenity and pheromones diffused hardship fear loneliness and inhibition
passionate silence of words merged with quivering lips in fervorous action
and the pulse of their hearts raced in crescendo surely missing a few beats
velvet skin like cinnamon bark feverishly exposed unlimited desire
an immaculate conception of wisdom arose from instantaneous Karma
and twenty years later they still need no picture guide on how to make love
"the clouds parted like the pursed lips of desire" and that meant the world

The Look Is Fast As The Speed of Light
I got the look!
Instantaneous…eyes snap sidewise faster than the speed of light…
Freeze tag pinned in place…
Duh da da duh… I'm in trouble, blown something…
No question… no room for doubt… Yet not really…
Dad's unique cue… falling in between traditional parenting cracks… Straddling between discipline and time to nip this one in the bud…
That I can't believe _____ (fill in the blank) … I'm annoyed… to… well.. fits almost any category
A genetic predisposition… or inheritance?
Who cares? I got it! It's mine!
The girls got the look…
Doug. He's more than a worthy mention. Countless outcries… Don't give me the look!
Too late, once you said “don't” ….it's fait accompli!

In the flow of time where memories float like leaves over the silent river,
I will keep in my soul our kisses, lips burned by the fire of love,
And how you gave me everything you had, every corner of your soul and every dream,
And I offered you what was left of me, pieces of sky and shadows of longing.
I will keep in mind your small room, a sanctuary of our unwritten stories,
Your touch like a caress of light, windows open towards infinity,
The records that played old stories, the books that whispered ancient secrets,
The coffee of our mornings, the ritual of silence in the embracing dawn,
The noons and nights, our bodies entwined in eternal sleep,
The small currents that flowed between us, instantaneous and forever,
Your foot next to mine, your arm like a promise of warmth,
Your smile, the light of the soul that made me laugh again.
And thus, in the silence that surrounds us, we keep the echo of every moment,
For in this silent symphony of memories, we find an eternity,
A dance of hearts that always find their way back to each other.

Why waste time at school and still miss the bus
When ignorance is instantaneous!
In this school we call life,
The best teacher seems strife
That gives great lessons, makes none whatso fuss.

MIRROR, MIRROR
I was in a room,
there, I saw a mirror,
and then I saw him,
I told him to get out,
and he did,
and he took the mirror,
and I was no more.

How long is instantaneous,
How long is the blink of an eye,
How long is a split second when
Describing time taken to die?
Could that perception of time
Take on a whole new state
Could time and mortality
Combine and participate
To expand that brief instant
Into a scale eons long
Maybe of pain and suffering
Before life is finally gone?
The inevitable mystery before
The cessation of life
Maybe a pleasant calm or
One last storm of mental strife.
Answers a body can’t ever know
Until until they are finally gone
When so far as we know
It’s too late to pass them on.
How long is instantaneous
How long is the blink of an eye
How long is a split second
When describing time taken to die?

She laid there not disturbed in her stillness
The frame of her body she touched warm
She lie there physically asleep breathless
Her soul lives on hole in swaddled flown
She is stilled alive in the bosom of the Father
Forever present is instilled in the Father
She laid there not disturbed in her stillness
Unmovable unto me physically sleep breathless
Truest self alive with the Father INSTANTANEOUS

Don't tell me there is no time,
I'm already convinced.
If, on rare occasions
by will power or surrender
I stop my mind,
then time ends.
Yet my love
has become faceless now,
though she has many other faces
she paints upon others.
Her timelessness has features,
not movements, but instantaneous
visions.
Together we pair up,
engulf,
consume
the same star seeds.
No need to talk of my brother Jesus.
He knows stuff
that has been mistaken for secret knowledge,
but all of his parables
point to that Beloved,
She who hunts you down,
when your mind breaks open.

Never thought I'd live long enough to see a holocaust.
A holy slip of land whittled into a divining rod for carnage and death.
The footsteps of Jesus filling with blood and moral decay.
Perfect words lost in the throat of scorched earth days.
If the elders weren't busy
{slaughtering each other gleefully}.
Their children would be playing hide and seek, amongst the olive trees.
There would be instantaneous peace...for the first time in history.
No more boots on the ground or purge in the air...
Only the sound of merry, going round and round without a care.

The second he put on the boxer shorts he began to box.
It was instantaneous, and he was great at it too.
He is amazing said his aunt, who remembered the Fox.
His grandpa Tom, a professional boxer with silk shorts of blue.
It is like he is channeling the fox said his aunt Marsha Lee.
I have to admit, said his uncle Tommy, I certainly do agree.
The four-year-old put himself into a stance invented by Tom.
His audience all cheered for him and called him the “bomb”.

our turnaround time
What is your turnaround time?
A second a conscience decision to change mine mind
A turnaround time is instantaneous if the Father’s received
A turnaround time is granted all I have to do is just believe
Stop turn around and be
Change my life, live for Christ
Hallelujah
Turnaround time is here
Holy Spirit baptized me near
Amount of time it takes to complete a process. One of the most common phrases used for turnaround time is downtime. My request is made known
Now I wanna be reborn
