THE OTHER WORLD

Here there is no time
All is instantaneous in love
ETERNAL
Here there is no anxiety
All is blessedness and peace
UNCHANGING
Here there is no need
All is thanksgiving and fullness
STILL
This is your heritage
You were created here
Although born there
Within the error of generations
Generated through error
Find your way back here
Stay here within
THE MOTION OF LOVE
It will carry and keep you here
You have returned to your Father
Emptied and refilled with God
Liberated from error’s Dis-grace
Surrenderd into Divine Love and Grace

Alice Reynolds July 3, 2026 at 8:34 AM This poem produces a warm feeling. I like it. But perhaps the penultimate line's "dis-grace" would work better without the dash, as just "disgrace"? That way it would feel less repetitive with the last word of the poem. Perhaps repetition is what you're going for, but I'm not sure it works. I will consider your suggestion on changing "Dis-grace" to simply disgrace. What I was attemting was to combine "dis" meaning "not" and grace then reverting back to grace. I didn't want the usual meaning of disgrace (i.e. shame etc.) to be alluded or enter, because the fall from grace as discussed in poem is a fall from grace through generational error and not from the shame that might be alluded to from the garden of Eden story
