Total passivity
Seems to me a relevant strategy
To confront the humiliation that is offered to the large
But some would say small world of askers
All kinds of believers in their right to demand something
Who can’t stop asking and expect hoping
Don't ask, don’t beg and don't ingratiate
This is what they expect from you
To bring you down forever
At best case scenario
Applicants are put in line
For a bowl of mushroom soup with crackers
Do what they don't expect
Don't do anything, don't ask
And I promise you the time will come
When it will be their turn to ask
Let them ask and they’ll answer themselves
Gradually there’ll be more questions
But the answers will be fewer and simpler
The sunrises and sunsets will come and go
Silence will produce the most pleasant of problems

How to make the neat little bin
For the used tea bags.
As some Indians
(dot, not feather)
go to great lengths
to ingratiate themselves
by obsequious behaviour
(bob your head if you agree with me)
could it be the origin
of the expression,
'To curry favour'?
Tho' hunger knows no bounds
forget the fatted calf
despite the nation suffering
from starvation by more than half
they'll curry a horse
but not a cow
those bovine ungulates
are holier than thou
You want freedom
Where tough times freeze
You entangle when love
Disentangle you the most
Where is trust killing you
When nobody is believing
Does it cause you pain
If it suffer your egotistic nerve
Will you still go on life
When no one at your side
You said you love me
And now you are not that be
You failed me, hoping so you change
But now promises you've made
Is now null and void
What life is there all therein
But ingratiate and ungratefulness
This deathbed is sweet tears
To never love again.
if I could but reach
a little bit further,
the Baltic winds, the Irish Sea,
not even the Atlantic
could my need for misgivings divide
what a trespass to be whole!
let no thing restore my soul
not swells of madness,
nor gladness proliferating
in form of second chances
stockpiled in veneration of the return
let not my feet
ingratiate the hums beneath
the home-lit flooring
after peaking Tetnuldi
or even Cairn Gorm.
because what is peace
but the absence of being driven?
let sleep be my portion
of that place, and life
in motion be its own recompense

White dove of peace ingratiate our souls
let us leave behind duplicity and follow
the core beat of our Creator's drum ;

Purple royal breath of sapphire dreams

Inside this inner sphere of sanctified bless
still our minds and activate our hearts

You're Not Worth Spit, My Friend!
(Apart from a Loving God)
As a friend, unpredictable! 'Christian?' Can't spell!
You own nothing but failure for angels to share
(in attempts to defend you) to Love of "I AM!"
It's clear; love is indecent if you're not one served!
But do your acts ingratiate God to your soul,
or is mere thought offensive behavior? Christ knows!
It is only 'God in us' that leads us to well
that can satisfy thirst, shows a brother we care!
Is there profit in knowing you're stuck in a jam,
or is faith (that God's with you) how souls are conserved?
Are you 'Servant of Purpose' or tenuous goal?
May some slip a verse makes, help you stay on your toes!

Beautiful berry bushes have grown renegade all over our yard.
Garden catalogs call them this, it is not a name I made up. They are beautiful, but also strangling.
They have strangled three crepe myrtles, and a couple of lilac bushes, forcing them to die.
One has wound himself around my apple tree,
The apple has given up. She produced less than five apples this year.
Another is climbing precariously close to my largest oak tree.
These beautiful berry bushes are bullies, and I will have to do something about them.
Bully berry bushes, I think, renaming them, to give myself a bit of power.
Beautiful at first, but after they ingratiate themselves, fooling you completely with their prettiness
They strangle all other vegetation in their path, killing bushes and trees, and not caring a whit.
Sort of like a beautiful woman without a conscious, who ingratiates herself into a family,
Strangling it and killing it with her lack of integrity. A beautiful man can do it too, it is not always a woman.
Beautiful berry bushes, not unlike charismatic beautiful people with no conscious feelings for others.
I am looking for my chainsaw now. Best to cut the head off the snake, right?
Fire in my belly
Confidence in my mind
I confront challenges that I tackle daily
In a determined and concerted onslaught to find
Solutions I appreciate
Among several alternatives I explore
To root out hypocrites who ingratiate
Themselves to exploit my generosity more
Than moderation permits
In civilized society
Where a sleight of hand meets
With disapproval where humility
Scores priceless points
When set against a background
Of complex cultures at joints
Where juxtapositions of modernity and tradition abound
In their understanding
Of cohabitation, reflection, reconciliation and restoration
To avoid garrulous grandstanding
In circumstances, settings and scenarios of remonstration and frustration
When a meeting of moderate minds
Accommodating dissenting views
Of credible kinds
Thrives to disseminate among stakeholders cogent cues and critical clues.
I awoke in shock from a nightmare
That flew me to Eden
Riding in glory a martyr mare
That metamorphosed my dreams in Sweden.
Little did I appreciate
The next morning the message depth
I gleaned from the nightmare that did ingratiate
Itself from my mind as traces shook my faith.
I awoke promptly, knelt down
Called Jesus in my prayer
As in pain I struck my eiderdown
In the wake of trials from a faith slayer.
The next morning shaken into disbelief
I consulted my parish priest
Who in high esteem held my belief
Despite indiscretions in my transient tryst.
Grow the glow of love on wings of your domestic dove
Satiate and ingratiate appetites of your petite partner
Pour gratitude with the right attitude into pots of gifts from above
Fete your lover with a commitment cover on the visage of Mount Etna.

Practice perseverance and persistence in your romance

Exercise extreme etiquette to bestow bliss in every circumstance.

Fight for the right to bite blisters of boasts
Exercise extreme etiquette to bestow bliss in every circumstance
At the right time, avail avenues for Tequilla toasts.

Living in the presence of death
How you teach me the ways
With a countenance resembling a thunderclap
You have some sway o’er me
And I skip to the beat of my heart as the sun moves over the West
“I tried to visit it once” you said, “death”
you slowly ingratiate yourself with your ways
and you have sway o’er me
as I lie my head on your chest I hear a heart that booms as loud as a thunderclap
Fields, shields and yields of love heal
Upheavals hearts harassed and heckled in circumstances
Maintained, retained and sustained on a hill
Disown and drown doubts in cocoons that ingratiate impertinence instances.
Fields, shields and yields of love lubricate
Gears and gaskets gleaned from garages of gregariousness
Feted and elevated to sainthood to subjugate
Spirits and writs to wean wads of wickedness.
Fields, shields and yields of love amplify
Overt and covert conduits carried over
From ashes and slashes of creativity to mollify
Hearts that vowed never again to dignify a patriarchal palaver.
Fields, shields and yields of love cure
Hearts on fire with ire to hire an empire
Driven and given to glorifying the lure
They claim names romance recidivists to fire, retire or inspire.
So many fill the world today it’s hard to know where to start
Assisting so many in losing their way by slowly infecting their heart
Day in and day out bombarded from every side
But with me they carry no clout for it is in the Lord that I abide
They woo you softly then suddenly pull you in
They say “you are free and it’s not really a sin”
Oh and the hospitality they find as you ingratiate their stay
But try to keep this in mind that there is only one Way
And as the illusions begin to bicker as to who really took your soul
That light in you begins to flicker as you pay the ultimate toll
No longer shall they exist, no longer will illusion be
Yet He who was right in your midst you will never get to see
Has illusion beaten you for you shall be held liable
Seek what is true written right there in the Bible
As illusion shuts the door in my face so quickly as to keep you at bay
I pray only that the Lord’s Grace will come upon you and your way
Think only Pleasant
As God has given you
His given Grace
To be pleasant
Be contrite for you know
That it is not negativity
Which brings' positive results'
--------
Look for a reason to assure
Not react...
To not command, but
Appreciate and respect
Do not retaliate, but ingratiate
Most of all....
Be well rounded and accepting
Rather attentive and benevolent
And so be it,
Fore it is there-by
By the Grace of God
And to all that which is Holy

Poet/Author
The effervescent glow my smitten eyes ingratiate
The duplicitous shadow your intentions obfuscate
The sparkling twinkle my collateral dreams exfoliate
The superficial glare my residual doubts accentuate
A momentary blink doth my pensive libido inflate
Subsequent roll of your eyes, my fantasies obliterate
An inquisitive glance; a silted pathway doth emanate
Your squinting eyes doth the conduit adumbrate
Satin, silky folds a pure stream elucidates
Dark, grainy cavities; a briny well percolates
Deep, iris blue waves; my horizon illuminates
Pulses of green light skew my compass coordinates
