Premium Member Indonesia Pearl

Indonesia Pearl, queen of the Pink Rose Frogs
Intimidated all the rest of us including barnyard hogs.
She had a trusty spear and a poison blow gun too.
She would annihilate armies of others, before she was through.

She was a stealthy fighter, and marvelous at camouflage.
She would be upon you before you could flinch, scream or dodge.
She hung out in the Amazon, scaring cobras and alligators too.
She had a ruthless streak, there was nothing she would never do.

Javan Rhinos

Javan Rhinos are listed as, critically endangered
and live in Indonesia’s, Ujung Kulan National Park
they have a dusky grey colour, with a single horn mold
and a very lose skin fold, that looks like body armor

Humans are encroaching, into the Javan’s forest habitat
with poaching and deforestation, to greed development
and incoming natural disasters, will destroy their pastures
with a tsunami, volcano eruption, or just human overpopulation

There is also global warming, that creates sea level rising
that could wipeout their home, of their amazing habitat
and potential inbreeding, and wild cattle disease is climbing
while the human density syndrome, has turned us, into a rat

Save Indonesia

No need specially pray for Jokowi
as the man will be the winner on
Indonesia's 2019 Presidential Election. No need at all.

Because we are all indonesian people
Let us pray to God, we all together should pray
for better future of Indonesia
for Indonesia at the best
Just pray for "God Save Indonesia", our country.

So, you will know
that the chosen winner name must be not
the one of Prabowo.
Sure.

Premium Member Indonesia Is Closer Today

Indonesia is so far away.
I may not have ever met anyone from there.
Yet my heart is there right now, feeling sad, feeling empathy.
That so many people are hurting because of Friday’s tsunami.
Everything swiftly changing in a red minute,
A reminder to the rest of the world to hold every second of every day
As tightly as we can, cherishing the good, appreciating it for all it is worth.
Someone else’s sorrow is a heavenly reminder to us, the ones unscathed,
To love our love ones as much as we can every second because life is
Elusive, taken away suddenly, slipping off the edge of time in a whispery second.
When we take a deep breath or look away for a second, everything changes.
Indonesia seems closer than ever to me today.
I am praying for you, Indonesia.

Indonesia

Indonesia

In 1965 I read an article in Newsweek
a mass killing of communists,
about a million, men, women and children.
The writer of this article concluded with:
the communists had brought this slaughter
upon themselves.
But the aftermath of this atrocity still fester,
and the truth has to be told if this country
is ever to find redemption.
Today Bali is a mecca for history ignorant
tourists, who soak up the sun on a beach
that once soaked up the blood of the innocent

Its a Wonder It Dont Snow In Indonesia

It’s a wonder It don’t snow in Indonesia

I made a friend yesterday
And she was so kind to me
Just like a guiding light
To a sailor in the sea

A bubbling personality
Like a can of spite
A sparkle in her eyes
That can light the night

She is so beautiful
Like a movie star
And she is so cool
It’s a wonder it don’t snow in Indonesia

My hearts been broken
And I couldn’t smile
But she made me forget it
For a while

She likes to read novels
She’s just a simple girl
Any one will be lucky
To have her in their world

And from the city of Bali
To the streets of Jakarta
She is so cool
It’s a wonder it don’t snow in Indonesia

She got a smile so bright
Like a shining star
And she is so cool
It’s a wonder it don’t snow in Indonesia

Premium Member Indonesia and Poland

An Indonesian flag is a Polish flag upside down.
The capital of Jakarta is a long way from Warsaw town.
On the islands of Sumatra, Java, and Borneo,
sauerkraut and kielbasa is something they don’t know.
Has the average Indonesian ever heard of Thaddeus Kosciusko?
Does anybody know a good Indonesian joke?
People tell Polish jokes until they choke.
There is little to compare between these two countries.
Poland and Indonesia bear very few similarities.

Indonesia Is In Grief

Indonesia is in grief
many lives taken in a matter of seconds
the earth is shaking, the floods are everywhere
the mountain starts erupting, is this the end of the time?

tears are falling, many lives missing
this heart is broken, only prayers freely spoken
though you have everything, life seems so interesting
but when the earth shows its anger, we turned vulnerable

i watch the television, parents lost their children
no more smile in their faces see their houses thorned to pieces
we can't just neglect the truth, their sadness is our sorrow
can we still pray for a hope of a better tomorrow

maybe it's our call to over think of it all
maybe we've lost our way, always tried to fulfill our greed
now God has decide, nothing else we could do
but to accept, to understand, to learn, to help and to change

i can only pray for this country
i can only pray for a better future
i know its power can save this planet
i know this is where the children will grow
so they can be more wiser than us
more caring for others, loving their planet
