It’s a truism that you get what you pay for
Or vote for or ultimately what you deserve…
But when we pay illegal immigrants
To stay in five star hotels with pre-paid debit cards
And the homeless to just hang out with food stamps,
Cash handouts and Obama phones
What do we expect will happen
But for the problem to grow!
And so we watch a nation crumble
Under the weight of its own excesses
Fueled by bleeding hearts,
With blood collected in taxes
And just poured into the streets
And down the drain.
Where does it end you wonder,
Wherever the sewer takes US.

they say it`s all the boomers and X`s fault-
into the wound they rub the salt.
we planted a seed and watched it bloom-
never expected any handouts upon a golden spoon.
we had to save real hard-
just to buy our very first car.
every day was lived hand to mouth-
to buy-and to furniture the house.
without technology we created our own fun-
and if it went wrong-we learnt by the outcome.
no words could ever tear us apart-
we didnt cry, didnt take anything to heart.
we learnt you had to earn respect-
and nothing was given or to expect.

We set upon a journey
That would make us great
We decided to love our neighbors
Instead of embracing hate
We opened our hearts to the poor
A roof over every head
We measured our speech
Considering what we said
Discriminating unacceptable
Not afraid of history
Truth not a fabrication
Helping others our ministry
We took back handouts
The rich had enough
Money for education
medicine and other stuff
We protested for others
Sacrificing what we could
It was not just about us
We considered the greater good
Right mixed with left
Divisions all blurred
America became Great!
“We the People” had the final word.
The above is my hope for America.

Don’t tell me change is impossible.
I’ve done the math.
3,000 people.
$10 a week.
That’s $30,000 every week.
Invest it wisely, even at 3.25%.
That amounts to $1.6 million per year.
Enough to start a small business annually.
Enough to buy homes outright.
Enough to give dignity without debt.
And if thousands of groups did this?
Poverty wouldn’t need handouts.
Governments wouldn’t bleed through welfare.
Education, health, pensions—they’d thrive on the dividends of collective care.
I don’t care if you follow this.
Just don’t complain when you didn’t try.
This is how we fight unemployment.
Not with blame—
But with unity.
Not with pity—
But with the possibility.
The greatest gift you can give a child
Is a career that lasts a lifetime
Wages provide money to feed your family
creating employment worldwide
would overcome both poverty and starvation
creating independence with employment
lets everybody thrive
If every working person that could invest ten dollars per week
Invested in groups creating employment for the unemployed
You could create better lives for everyone

You Have All Of The Answers
You never listened to me.
I’m not blind you see.
You acted like I was dumb,
And stupid.
Like I have no life experience.
Another brick wall.
You took everything for granted.
Never appreciated.
You're so young.
You have all of the answers.
I guess I’m just old.
I have no clue.
Don’t ask for any more handouts.
I’m not blind sided.
Disrespectful generation.
You don’t even need me.
Just do as you please.
You always need money.
Can’t wipe your ass forever.
You have all the answers.
All the wasted talks we’ve had.
Maybe one day, you will understand.

Blurred clouds disappear from the sky
It’s dusk, my favorite hour of the day
You’ve gone, and you will never tell me why
And never you will hear the words I say
It’s the banality of horror that I live
Without your smile, your loving guiding light
There’s no spiritual world I can percieve
I wasn't wired for the tricks of loser's mind
A dry bread crust I cannot pick to carry on
Life’s cheap handouts I don’t want to get
Its only you I want, my love, with you I’m home
Though it’s a home of memories you left.

black boy hungry
feed black boy crumb
black boy needs education
black boy dumb
but the black boy
don't need handouts
he wants what he owns
government take and take
but they say
all black boy do is moans
black boy stolen
black boy broken
but they'll put him on tv
black boy token
black boy whipped
his black back breakin'
black boy cries
it's black boy land they're takin'

This morning I woke up to a new world.
It was indeed an imaginary world.
It was a longed for, utopian world.
A world of dreams and not nightmares.
A world of neither red nor blue.
A possible but not probable world that's
Free of hate; but filled with love.
Free of conflicts and wars;
Filled with goodwill and peace.
Free of sickness, pain, or grief;
Free of homelessness and hunger;
Free of assaults, murders, or rape;
Free of welfare; filled with work;
Free of handouts, beggars, or poverty.
Free of greed; filled with opportunity.
It was neither communist nor capitalist.
It was neither regionalism nor globalism.
It was not a dictatorship nor religious state.
It was not a republic but a kingdom.
It was The Kingdom of God.

Undeniably these are weird times for US all
Maybe they have been for a very long time
Where the hard working and law abiding
Are used and abused, ridiculed and punished
But now it’s beyond weird
Where those who come illegally
Are given a red carpet
Flown around, deposited at five star hotels
Given thousands a month in handouts
And slaps on the wrist
When they steal and assault anyway
In thanks for our kindness.
And when we, bearing the costs, complain
Then we are the bigots, the racists
Fascists, and, well frankly, garbage.
While those who come seeking refuge
Are recognized as the princes and princesses
They really are
In this fairy tale fantasy of El Norte.
Viva la revolucion for it is here and now
Forget your protests
Dance and celebrate while you can
For in the morning there will be work to do
And streets to clean, of all these rats
And their rotting pumpkin carriage.

"Vision newly sprung with it’s calm, and tranquil weave of seductive fragrance and sound, flirting with heart and mind." Quote by poet
Timely appearance golden sunshine
Filtering flawless infuse of brine.
Cool, caressing breath awaken dawn
Piddle round ebbing waves, spring sun's yawn.
Upward flight gulls dance in eager crowds
Handouts underneath thin wispy clouds.
Turquoise offshore breakdown short proem
Wind's odyssey bends and churns sea foam.
Breadth and depth water life beneath brief
Womb ever pregnant and coral reef.

The real America is not divided into states of red and blue.
The real America is united stripes of red, white, and blue.
The real America is 50 states, and each one is a shining star.
Like an ever-winding river, she flows from sea to shining sea.
From high on the Great Divide, she descends, inspiring and serving.
Through canyons, valleys, and lakes; over hills, prairies, and swamps;
From mountains high, she watches the wanderers and the weary,
helping them to find an abode under the sun, a place of belonging,
a home of their very own. And she offers them hard work,
opportunity, and freedom, not entitlements and handouts.
The real America has already been greatly blessed by God.
Presently, my most humble request is that God will graciously
hear our humble cry to be saved from ourselves.

Exasperatingly eccentric extrovert elicits cousin’s calls.
Fabulous forward fashions formulated in front of Niagara Falls.
Generating generous patrons because Dennis has the galls.
Honoring Herbert’s handsome handouts, he lurks in designer halls.

The elephants and asses are battling again.
To maintain power over the masses.
We the people, on the verge of colossal collapse.
These beasts (of a forgotten Eden).
Have ceased working for (we the people).
They've forgotten virtue and oath.
They bleed us dry and parch our throats.
We the feeble are far beyond bloated.
With government doublespeak dope.
Handouts galore to pacify the freeloader...
The media slinging race baiting trope.
While careening down the slippery slope.
Our forefathers taught us to fish and pray.
We've forgotten how to tie knots and fold our hands.
Now we lay down in the wrong shade of meek.
Awaiting the blade of the mad shearer.

I've never seen a more comical face
than that of a giraffe begging for corn.
Its black tongue makes it look like a nut-case,
as its eyes stare down with an air of scorn.
Giraffes have a long triangular head
that sits high atop a serpentine neck.
And yes, they get disgruntled; enough said,
they are known to leave car windows a wreck.
Don't let its eyelashes play with your mind;
it's batting them for food; it's not a wink.
And don't think it's harmless, gentle, and kind;
it's far more belligerent than you think.
It stands aloof with a smug expression,
impertinently demanding handouts.
I don't want to give the wrong impression,
but stay alert when giraffes are about.

Fate did not concur with a peaceful pact,
Of Miranda rights I was unaware,
Unpleasantry presented as a fact,
No compass 'round a minefield, unprepared.
Tenebrous was my search for the path out,
Of dull maze, where Monarch of Darkness reigned,
Dispensing wholesome handouts of self doubt,
Quelling my quest for exit in restraint.
I since encountered magic in a quill,
Rewrote my destiny's lustreless plot:
Clean slate, new chapter, and ebullient will -
Cracked and crumpled, yet broken it was not.
