The Great Catching Away part two

The friend Ray called on his cell phone was named Bob and he agreed to meeting Ray at their Open Door's church. Bob became his newest best friend and Bob was the youth pastor at their church. Their church was old fashioned and still rented out two parish houses right next door to their church reserved for their pastor and their youth pastor. Additionally, they rented out two houses for visiting missionaries, guests, students or other temporary guests. Bob was newly married to his childhood sweet heart, Veronica Miles, and she was expecting their first born child, who was their son, Tommy. Ronnie was six months pregnant with a healthy pregnancy. They both agreed that Ray could stay in their spare room, converted into a nursery, until the birth of their son, Tommy. Ray would be 'earning his keep' by being a volunteer janitor for their church. If he did a good job, Bob would write him a good letter of recommendation. Since Ray earned his food handling license while still in high school and during his summer junior and senior years he worked in a local fast food restaurant Rene's. His boss, Johnny, was more than happy to take him back for three days a week at beginning minimum wage. Johnny and his wife Marie ran a mom and pop fast food restaurant. Both of them were members of the Open Door church. Their customers were served their meals in their cars, while roller skating waiters. served them in their motor vehicles. Ray was one of their roller skating waiters in high school and he was able to get his old job back again. Great is the faithfulness of Jesus Christ towards all who love him and who faithfully serve Him. Wasn't his hardened agnostics traditional nuclear family surprised to be waited upon by their same son they evicted from their apartment cause of his dedicated Christian beliefs! Ray greeted all of them with a warm smile while taking their individual orders. He also promptly returned with their accurate orders and took his father's, Raymond's debit card, for payment. The Rene's firmly believed 'in service with a friendly smile.' His family was secretly relieved their disowned son had landed firmly on his feet and wouldn't be asking them to take him back home. After all wasn't he eighteen years old! He also would not be asking them for any financial handouts. They did not know God would bless them who loved Him and curse those who hated Him?
