I look at the sky as an ocean of freedom, a realm of boundless flight,
where birds sketch their destinies on the blue canvas of infinity,
and I wonder why I remain where wings are just unlived dreams,
but the mirror shows me the answer, a truth hidden deep in my heart,
for my wings were never broken, just taught not to open.
Every time they flutter, a voice whispers to me of gravity,
of duties and guilts dressed in the cloak of false love,
carrying in my chest cages built from old promises and unspoken rules,
their doors have always been open, but fear shouted louder than the wind.
I have grown roots in places I should have left long ago,
I called them loyalty, I called them home, but they were just the comfort of familiar pain,
and now, I lift my gaze to the sky with longing, not because I cannot fly,
but because I have not yet learned to believe I deserve to be among the stars.

There's so much more to life/
Than wasting it/
On drugs, alcohol and crime/
Which steals your life away/
Things can get out of hand real fast/
Spur of the moment/
Can cost you your life/
Life is too short to fight/
If you care about life/
Take the time/
To think about things/
Before being stupid/
Life is powerful/
Anything is possible/
Life is the limit/
Make something of it/
Enjoy your life/
Don't live in the guilts of sin/

Reason for Change

There are always reason
why we change seasons
The reason that changes day
to night and days to months
 and years, why it unfolds.

I find reasons why we have
to prepare for the new year.
To stretches ahead with new
experiences and adventures,
new friends and fresh opportunities.

 Embracing new chapter
 start with cleansing,
 from throwing old and broken
 stuffs..and before making plan
 ahead , make a serious
 self-evaluation to start anew.

 In order to see what
needs to get rid of.. like
 old habits, doubts, guilts,
 regrets over past failures
 and sin stained heart.

 It constantly changes
 moods, decisions, opinions
 characters, depending on
 every situation and persons but,
still promises to do what’s best.

MY BROKEN PAST

The wind stroking my eyebrows
As I try to assuage my sorrows
The guilts of my past
Lie await in my path

My yesterday has become an assassin
That exterminates the enthusiasm of my tomorrow
My today whiffs with the redolence of sin
As all my drives are engulfed in sorrow

Cherubim

Away now pure soul

This world of strife and pain
Like a loose noose enclave
Untamed maned unashamed brave hailed praised
In the depths of your disdain

A new life with insight
With strife proofed frames
And a burnt bush cane
To fight through sinister nights
Till their darkness burst to flames

May your name be proclaimed
May your joy be the stain on the face of the shamed and wicked enslaved
That are chained
By bitter guilts crocheting their quilts that causes their light to wane

Away now pure soul, upward and away

Premium MemberThe Disconsolate

To all the lonely people out there feeling deserted,
to those whose joys were cut short,
to the unloved, unsought, unknown.
to those who wait in vain for love,
longing for relief from their pains,
to those who had to walk alone
on these dreary paths of life,
to the castaways, reviled and shamed by men,
to those judged and misjudged,
unable to voice the conscience's truth,
to you never given a second chance,
to all accused with no guilts and those admitting wrongs
now banished and abandoned to die,
to those whose friends are now accusers,
and those from whom family withdraws,
to you whose friends have become foes,
and relatives have turned into strangers,
treading the lonely path without a happy wish,
To you I say,
quit your inner pain,
come to the banquet of friends alike with love,
for we are many so despised,
It is but a phase,
a passing phase in time,
leave em all to time,
who dresses all aright.

A Dog's Itch

Sepulchral presence seeps a dream,
Nightmarish thoughts spirit the theme,
Fortunate beseech blest pleasance,
Seeps a dream sepulchral presence.

Endless priors fruitless outcome,
Undying fail roughly succumb,
Deathly hallows a field day fires,
Fruitless outcome endless priors.

Zenith star wilts forsook expressed,
Powers that be affect possessed,
Imagined ills astir the guilts,
Forsook expressed zenith star wilts.

Subdued impulse like a dog's itch,
Favors the nine saved timely stitch,
Daydreamers revive to repulse,
Like a dog's itch ... subdued impulse.

The Cure

Being a Mother
Is about being unsure
This choice and that choice
It can be such a blur

How can I make
This child do good
And no matter your choice
It's misunderstood

So you just try your best
But then sometimes you don't
Because other life things
They don't stop, they just won't

Then the morals, they come
And the guilts there to stay
Until you wake up and get up
And fight through your day

See, being a Mother
Is about being unsure
Until your child surrounds you
And their arms are the cure

The Mark of Cain

Death twisted history,
guilts conferee
the liar unmasked
revenge by decree

His legions unfurling,
their flag through the smoke
the volunteers hailing,
preserving all hope

With dark days upon them,
no fear to be found
the women, the children,
in place underground

Around every corner,
behind every door
their liberty sacred,
today—evermore

The Well

THE WELL

The emptiness inside,
unfathomably deep,
indescribably wide,
a void that will not fill
though pack it tight we will
with endless striving:
relationships, places, things.
Hauntingly, the space remains
a vacuum.

There is a well, a living spring,
meant to baptize everything:
the emptiness,
the blank charades,
soul voids that hunger,
pain,
sorrows that wrench,
guilt that gnaws,
the Destroyer’s grasping claws
feeding his own emptiness.

Plunge in the Well, the flowing spring,
immerse the soul,
drink fullness, clean,
Christ alone, the water living,
fills every void,
all forgiving:
haunting guilts,
all crushing sorrows,
blessed hope for each tomorrow.
He fills us, fills us ever
that we thirst again
never.

Premium MemberA Disguise

A lot of ways to disguise
Beautiful dresses conceals ugliness
Makes us feel confident
Happy and proud
Arts reveals the beauty of the surroundings
Concealing the destruction of man to the nature
Adds pleasure to life
Music, the melodies from heaven
Concealing the sound pollution of the surroundings
Beautifies life
And reveals the inner beauty of man
Literature
Praises or criticizes
Find the meanings of life
And the inner self of man
And the real state of nature
Speeches from the mouth can be everything
It narrates, it speaks out, it advises, it praises
Or it cheats, it exaggerates, it slanders
We may enjoy disguising for the time being
But a disguise may not be successful sometimes
As our hearts and wisdom know everything
And we'll carry the guilts to the last destiny

Premium MemberA Bribery

A bribery
Can be great or small
Even sweet as the cake icings
Enlightened as the rustles of the night worms
Stonely silent as the night darkness
Secret murmuring as the stars
Unmoved and unconcerned as the bright moon
But suspended and burdened is your own heart
With a prolonged confrontation
Amongst your secrets, guilts, reputations, expectations, greeds
And the truths of life
Your choice will be your destiny

Premium MemberA Constant Ratio

Life was only gifted once
Now is to be divided into portions
More work less rest
More ambitions less leisures
More output more stress
More input more burden
More benefit more contributions
Less greeds less guilts
Many a fraction
But just a simple Mathematics
And a constant ratio to follow

The Deepest Hurt

I'm stripped of all possessions,
nothing can soothe this deepest hurt;
what cure do I seek, if I brought it upon myself?

I'm troubled, unable to find serenity anywhere,
even in places where no wind hisses;
where do I lay my head on and finally rest?

This earthly life has been worthlessly thrown away,
will the heavenly life be a lot different...
teaching me what I refused to learn and admit?

I'm stripped of all possessions,
as awareness takes away the veil of blindness,
and reveals how vain I've been trusting in gold!

I doubt if God, in the afterlife, will be fully compassionate
and I won't be judged too harshly for my guilts and sins;
is repentance enough to enter Heaven without knocking?

There are certain scars that can be healed from pain...
if forgiveness wipes every stain from that repentant soul;
and if nobody is willing to forgive: I'll remain the deepest hurt!

Premium MemberScotsman's Warmth

Bagpipes conveying the delight
Of a country filled with insight
Swinging their kilts in accord
With their song of joy, so adored
They color the world in green
Appreciating the good queen
Awakening a world to glean
~
Gaelic poetry and prose will sigh
Through the echoes of a blue sky
That reminisce with kilts so bright
Laughter harmonizing despite
The blessed stanzas and rhymes
Poems alive with a joyful times
That focuses on more than crimes
~
The Scotsman has reported the fact
That we shouldn’t ever overreact
We should keep remembering the past
History and the mystery so steadfast
Lives that knew blessings to the hilts
And hearts that liked wearing kilts
Certainly never feeling swell of guilts
