Girl, I cannot explain this aura about you
Emitting within you is your radiant light;
May you keep glistening like a diamond!
I am Blue
I am the blue of a clean sky
Where every bird yearns to fly high,
The azure hue of a calm sea
Where every fish loves to be free;
I`m the blue of a mountain peak
That imparts peace to minds that seek,
The sapphire gem eyed in the air
That instills solace with a flair;
I am the blue of worthy trust
One can rely on without fuss.
Grown apart
we became after
a long while,
Remember those days?
Daily talks upon hours,
endless laughter,
countless stories,
shared struggles,
emotional break-
throughs,
as we both sit next
to each other in
silence.
I always remember
my best buddy,
the one who saw
me when others
left without looking
twice and held my
hand with genuine
love.
A rare gem, one of its kind
The time continues to
pass us on,
memories sealed
in a photograph of
black and white,
your smile for-
ever imprinted
on my mind,
as the years tick
one two three,
in a blink of an eye,
you’re gone…
A gem more precious than gold
A supreme treasure in this world
Its brilliance is hard to see
No one, not even you or me.
It’s in my soul’s fathomless deep
In profound reflections creep
I feel its ardor love in silent hymn
I hear its voice as I speak to Him.
A calming balm that heals, peels
Its passionate scent pacifies, reels
A fervid rubdown alleviating my stress
Drifting to constraints’ looseness.
Oh, spiritual gem residing inside
You give me strength, you’re my guide
Your light shines zealously forever
An indivisible link to my Heavenly Father.
Spiritual Gem Inside Me 7/3/25
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Spiritual Gem Inside Me
A jewel breathes inside of me
In a chrysalis where a rose
Breaths the covenant
Promise born from the heart of perfection
Where intoxicating remnants of a garden
Linger
Whispering,
Beckoning me home
Through the sweet scent of grace
Humming lullabies
As my petals open
To leaves of reconciliation
My Hope waits in silence
With the promise to circumcise
My uncircumcised heart
With sacred oils
Running over my head,
Down my chin,
As I put on the mantle of mercy
Bathed in balm and incense
Enfolded in this troth
I, a child in waiting,
Readies to bloom
Like the lotus flower
Rising
From murky depths
Where I have planted my roots
Seeking
The alabaster bouquet of the Daystar
In floral facets of fragrance -
Goodwill and kindness
My gem,
My gift, this rose,
No hardened stone
A crystal still forming
Unlike wilted blooms
Refined
By the perfume of the Refiner
A prelude
To an unblemished jewel
Abiding
Among many
Worn in the victorious crown of glory.
Within my heart, I carry a gem
A compass that continually guides me
Through storms that rattle
My light doesn't dim
During stillness' healing,
I'm set free
At these times, I know
There is a gem hidden
Inside us all
Unless it isn't bidden
Does a spark linger there
A spiritual gem abiding
Waiting to be unearthed
To illuminate all dark paths
Both near and far away
In quiet or in noise
In every breath we take
The gem waits and waits
Give me the colors of a rainbow and I'll be your heart's extol
or a petal from your favorite rose so I can place it in my soul;
Send me the pillow the fairies have gleaned with watermark
I'll hold it to my chest until I hear the melodious coo of a lark!
Be a Spiritual Gem inside me, I will polish and make you shine
like a soaring star I'll glitter so you know "I'm truly~truly thine."
The self-obsessive free-will seemingly dormant,
envelopes the possessed mind with an illusory veil,
obscures the ordained destination God decides,
l need to reach, for I’m subservient of His will.
The unseen glow of the omnipresent light
floods my possessed essence, but I don’t perceive,
for I formulate the free-rule tenets enslaving the ego
in the realm of fantasized self-deception.
The stain of murky disdain blemishes the spirit,
as I traverse the slimy ground of cardinal indulgence.
Life is stifled by the corrupt clutch hidden within,
in penitence I feel the pernicious pangs of pain.
I travel unshackled out of the dark abyss of anguish,
on the inward journey through layers of consciousness,
perceive in the soul the shine of the spiritual crystal,
radiating in the inner sanctum with divine bliss.
Within the deep space of my godly awareness,
my soul sparkles with the brilliance of sacred sapphire.
In my self-searching odyssey at the edge of eternity
the luster of devout acuity turns me into a living gem.
Heartbeat drumming
Inspiring soul song
Blood flow of red humming
Inspiring life along
Pregnant with purpose
Bold boisterous blue breathing
In goes the indigo ideas
Out flows the light like chandelier
From gems inside me
Darkness is transforming
For without the onyx sky
How can one know appreciate light
The beatitudes are within
Soul is glowing and mends
Wounds of the wilderness world
Turning purple pain into Pearl
Gems inside me keep faith
Like a white water tea kettle
Ready to serve and refresh
Eager to help to bless
For no one deserves less
The spiritual gem inside me,
sometimes sounds like a huge buzzing bee.
This rumbling sound makes me want to flee,
flee to peace and not for glee.
I know when my soul needs to rest,
as I put it back into my chest.
This crazy world has it dressed,
now my soul needs to pass the test.
Even when we are both all stressed,
quietness and prayer will fill us with new zest.
I considered a gem today
A gem that I will one day own
A gem that brought such splendor
A delight that I had never known
I considered a gem today
A gem that I intend to keep
A gem that brought such beauty
A brilliance that caused my heart to leap
I considered a gem today
A gem that I desire to hold
A gem that brought such happiness
A joy that laid bare my soul
jade gemstone dangling
gold trim, made for royalty
