Like a sinking sun,
Betwixt earth n' sky,
Viz a fallen hero
Crowning melodious charm,
Braze me, to raise
As the phoenix.
Turquoise, earth, air, fire water;
Gaia’s treasure’s a pleasure;
A chemistry lesson and
A guardian stone.
facets and karats
shining, sparkling, dazzling,
in a ring or in a pendant
showing up and showing off
regal and royal
from the mines
Underground sparkling stones birth and mature;
Precious rocks to be cherished;
Look, they split the lights rays.
Girl, I cannot explain this aura about you
Emitting within you is your radiant light;
May you keep glistening like a diamond!
Pearl of great price
removed my vice
o such a gem
in Him
dark jigsaw clouds
simmer above the molten gem
ablaze in an amber sky
the flaming pearl sinks low
nestled in the hill
as its embers fade
WEIRD LITTLE PIECES FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY
TO MAKE MY IMPERFECTIONS JUST FOR ME
CREATED UNIQUE MADE TO ONLY FIT ME
IMPERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL GEM IS ME
Once I l gazed into the mirror
looked at my eyes,
there were two gems.
One was my mom and one were you.
Now I'm sitting beside my mom,
half blind.
Thank you, sorry, maybe neither,
I am the altered, for better, for worse.
Lovestruck, hateful, always either,
Confirming confusion: whichever comes first.
Collectable gem
fortifies me with power
my hand extension.
Antique fountain pen
a staff spilling poetry
full of liquid gold.
When dirty at the center of your heart
Wash your mistakes away in the harsh rain
as your deep guilt starts to unchain
a gem you'll soon become like a work of art
GEM
Hold onto your soul dearly
Treat yourself as a precious gem.
For it is when we neglect our very being….
The world spins and nothing sparkles.

What polishes
one's character and transforms it,
from a rough diamond to a gem, is
education!

a yellow lamp glows
in front of a waterfall
a gem in the flow

A gem
embodies the soul of an angel's
who sings with a celestial voice
to soothe the angriest flames,
fade away the concept of war,
and deform the illusions of society

Monocrostic (Birthday of Tarah Mae Acosta)
You would love to dance
The real gems not the plastics
Hip So Hippy chick

An echo in tone sublime
Stretching from antiquity
Chimes are heard and time
Stops!
Pulsating in all directions
Coming towards me in great hast
Whispering your name
Michael
The opals fire;
it burns so bright;
a gem to light our way.
Baked in Earth’s oven,
this spectre bright;
will never burn your skin;
it’s simply light-play.
Turquoise
A blue or green
Often black or gold veins
Mined from the southwest USA
Native Americans give reverence
Many magical properties
Hope, peace, and of course love
Beautiful stone
Turquoise
They call us Gemini
Because they look at us and witness both halves
Of the same diamond
And say we're comprised of two seperate things
It doesn't matter
We still shine
No matter which side of us
They end up seeing
Form:
Gem
Glows with a gold glitter
Given as surprise gift
Graved with their initials
Guarantees the promise
Guarded in the two hearts
Getting the love meaning
Grabbing stone in her hands

When in Oblivion
your affection brought me back,
intrigued by your love,
my dream is being actualized,
you are a real gem!,rare and..!
Dedicated to all gracious and faithful ladies in poetrysoup and all over the world*
Earth, air, fire and water together;
Transmutation births a new child.
Smoldering newborn appears;
This precious miracle,
Soon to be revealed
And worn around
Someone’s neck,
Turquoise
Dreams.
