Meadow Valley

This grassed non-place; no-name scent-depth.
Hearts, thereout which bound
Young rabbit-furred, yearling-spotted
Filled with Earth-breathed love.

As free they, and ever fresh, to
This feeling state alone
Left; as I! Floaty peacefulness.
Still yet to drop out of!

Afar, In Another Time Zone

"Here is rest; and privacy.
Floaty, straw-like grassed.
What hangs is, boughed and buzzed
Unearthly, of
Earth's own bloomed love".

Up on these warm currents of
Passionate longing
Retrace, in what are thought-steps
Dreaming, for her's
A daydreamer's.

Rustling

Jumped up like a chair with tree legs.
I have enough exasperation.
And cheering for nothing.
That there’s all overhead.
And also dropping down like floaty puffs.

Currently, I’m within flat plane.
Wormy, and breathless.
Left behind jokes and deathly tree trunks.

The said it was instant as a paper printed with a single letter.
Typed out whirling sounds.
Rustling.

A Slow Boat, For A Bed

Sick of this impetus.
Life's, keeping up with.
Nerve-taut, no time to unwind;
With that running mind!
Breathless, batty, borne along
Too frantically.

A slow boat, for a bed!
Surest heals took to.
Cool blown, puts to sleep the best.
On its infant's rest
Of waters' gentle rockings.
Floaty-dreamily.

Skyscapes

Alternate scenic world's
Stupendous landscapes.
Grass-lain, gazing up to!
Tallest of growths through!

All our wishing, dreaming
What floaty, cloudy
Is tinted with; morns, eves.
Bright its trace soul leaves!

Premium Member Munster - county hokum

  daft colleen from precipitous Clare
bold like the Burren, grey bedrock stare
  turloughs flowing, born and bred
  banner county, father Ted
Cliffs of Moher she jumped for a dare

floaty accent, wayward man of Cork
  culinary city, knife and fork
  horizon dreams he was fed
  Cobh harbour past Mizen head
around Kinsale then off to New York

bad tempered Kerryman lost his ring
by the Killarney lakes he did fling
  butt of jokes, very cruel
  Dingle berries, Carrantouhill
  his MacGillycuddys reek and sing

  Limerick poetess made you think
five lines she wrote then, ran out of ink
first, second and fifth must rhyme
shorter third and fourth are fine
but must keep their rhythm all in 'sync'

  Tipperary jockey rode with pace
sure she won the Grand National race
cheered from lough Derg to Cashel
  from Nenagh down to Clonmel
loud bells were rung for her steeplechase

  Waterford witch, many followers
  her crystal glass, many swallowers
  toast to the oldest city
  viking girl, very pretty
  velvet voice. plenty polymers

Premium Member A Natural Dancer

Agile body, creative dance expressions ...
floaty, graceful, high intensity, joyousness, keen,
lithe, musicality, natural.

Outstanding performance ...
quite riveting, stunning, terrific, ultra,
vehement, winsome, xany, yielding, zesty.

Baby Platy

In the tank are eighteen fish,
Or maybe there are twenty.
It’s hard to count them, but to me,
It seems that there are plenty.

The tank is not too spacious
But with pebbles and live plants,
The black and orange platys
Do their slo-mo floaty dance.

Yet I was shown a baby
Hiding underneath the leaves
And there might be another one,
Or so my son believes.

It’s cool to see how creatures
Have their instincts kicking in,
Doing what they can to stay away
From hungry next-of-kin.

Premium Member Floaty

Let's float together
Laugh alot
Combos, nachos
Hit the spot
Other things
That feel so good
You know, I know
Understood

Premium Member Some People Are Like Clouds

Some people are like clouds
Not wispy, floaty, fresh and clean
But angry, gray, cold and mean
They also seem to be the louds.

Grass-Lain, Upgazing

Of the same consistency
Sky's, soft and floaty.
These petite-rounded features.
Even more dreamy!

Grass-lain, when upgazing bright
Warm-swept of this fright.
Your face, though air, does enhance
A heavenly sight.

Premium Member We Upgraded 70s Happy Face

We upgraded the seventies happy face she said.
I was horrified, because I liked it the way it was.
My flexibility extends to almost everything except 70’s stuff
I want my lava lamps to be fat and floaty
On a silver base, that is rough, not polished
I want my bell bottoms to have ruffles and rickrack
I want embroidery down the legs of my jeans
I want to drive a car with fat daisies painted on it
And I want the seventies happy face to stay the same
I am persnickety about almost nothing else,
But the seventies are sacred to me.

A Goodly, Gainful Thing

"A goodly, gainful thing"
Caribou told me
"To leave, once in a while
Home's high-ground safeness;
To roam, for what as sun-grassed
Lies in wait sweetly
Fills which need, Surprise's;
Feeds on vast Newness."

"And the most jubilant!"
Dragonfly added.
"To up and go, but now
Out which comfort zone
With that relief's burst, once deemed
Unthinkable sped!
Isle-eying, isle-engaged!
Floaty; no more lone!"

An Autumn Woolgathering

As the time of long light gathers dark and draws near
Frosty days appear to host falling leaves and rainbow showers
I sit adrift dreaming while I wile away the grey hours
Or reading a book left behind in summers overdrive gear

It’s time to change my August dress for sleeves of Autumn wool
I spend blustery ripe afternoons adorning my porch swing
While in my mind I swim backwards to have a jolly good fling
Still prone on my floaty at the local neighborhood pool

Yet I love all the colors of pumpkins and apples delicious smell
Falls glorious season of beauty is a tangible delight
To ramble and stroll pathways or fly a windswept high kite
If only I could motivate to move out of my warm summer shell
