Dawn wakes nature; gold sun I see.
In orange sky it rises bright
with radiance enchanting me.
Dawn wakes nature.
Peeking down, sun shimmers its light.
There is a river running free
where birds are floating – a sweet sight.
As if it heard King Sun’s decree,
one bird, wings spread, prepares for flight
to follow river to the sea.
Dawn wakes nature.

I'm juggling confetti balloons,
Floating a wayward, up in the air,
Falling wherever, when they will,
Begging my cares to be ever still.
I’m the ringmaster of chaos.
Rid'n a tightrope chair.
Poised on tippy-toe, piqué.
About to lose an arm 'n leg.
My heart beats a drum roll,
To dare the cast-of-die fanfare,
To begin before its begun,
Before I've got the hang of
Juggling these bobbling balloons.
I’m dancing with gravity’s strings.
I've lost my weightless things.
They've fallen all around my wings.
With my hopes slip-sliding away,
like confetti spaghetti, al denté.

Paraphrasing Non-Literal try
(148: Tagore/Geetanjali/verses)
With one humble nudge, o dear reverie
One humble nudge
Every grain of soul, submissive in all,
may bless you in thee, tranquil serenity.
Dense downpouring clouds, thick with a may, rainy day
Humbled with a gentle gesture that long induced, understood
With one humble nudge, o dear reverie
One humble nudge
Mind in entirety may place thy soul
to hold thy name, embraced.
Diversified yearning underneath, floating a melody, brimming
Quench the soul in sublimation, to humble beyond a delight
With One humble nudge, o dear reverie
One humble nudge
The flight of a song may reach the destined
A silent nuance of cozy warmth blessed is she!
A mindful caravan of pilgrims, a swan as she
then the days run through the dawn to dusk, entirety
With one humble nudge, o dear reverie
One humble nudge
My life may serve in flight, delight
Surpassing the grandiose death, beyond, instead.

Blood curdles
the entire room just startles;
Floating a banshee howls loud
proud;
Dire message
of an impending passage;
Not a thing could make this curse
worse.

A JOLLY FISHERMAN
Jolly fisherman jocund Jack
took well knitted drag-net on back
and long fishing rod to catch fish!
Strong wish for fish fry to relish.
Floating a boat he loved to trawl.
Caught small fishes:Those were to crawl.
Fishing rod pulled fish, gigantic.
Large fish ate small ones! Drastic.
No disappointment for Jack.
He put the large fish in a sack.
Jolly jocund Jack cooked big fish.
and enjoyed a palatable dish.

I long to be on the mainland,
I’ve trekked waters freezing,
I’ve traversed oceans rough.
I long to be on a mainland,
I’ve seen rocks jutting and jagged,
I’ve heard men howl into the night-time surf.
I long to be on your mainland,
I fled from bombs, blasts and waves,
I escaped whirlpools of fear.
I long to return to my mainland,
to kiss my wife as saltwater laps the sunset shore,
holding hands with my son as shells sing their seabed verse.
I long to belong. To no longer
be an island floating, a jetsam migrant
adrift and at sea - whom you might
view from afar on a screen shrouded
in flashes - but whom you don’t truly see.

We went swimming
The blue sky reflected in the mirror surface,
the forest covered hills all glistening in the sun
No clothes, tanned skin, soft, wet, your eyes smiling
Our bodies breaking the mirror in laughter and splashes
Breath taken from the first coldness
Then warmth
Circling, floating, we swim in the expanse
Surrounded by green under open skies
Caressed by clear water, refreshed in it’s clasp
We approach, hands take hands
Arms encircle
We kiss the water drops from soft tender lips
Eyes softening, we hold tight
Legs entwined, floating, a freedom seldom felt
Laying back, gazing in love, adoring such beauty
We went swimming

Would you believe
Light on a bubble
Reflecting a dream
Floating so supple
There is a stream
Of relief from a dream
Here is the bubble
I carene
Down the alley of me
Why am I in trouble?
The rusty colored buildings
With warm window fittings
Curve around me
In a wave
And the sidewalk is
Soft with moss
I have been here before
And there are mystery friends waiting for me
Around the corner
They are up on the roof
Somehow I know the way
To the up top
To the roof and the sun
To have fun
I am intrigued
Floating a dream
I float up the stairs
The rooftop is free with the air
From street the bubbles float
With the sun and I breathe
Like a cloud
Reflections magnify with the sky
And the blue, gold and green
Rectangular screen in larger dream
Can’t wait to find dream friends in an endless light
I walk alone
In through the left door
I am on top
Here comes the bubbles
Would you believe
Why am I in trouble?
Reflecting a dream
Floating so supple
There is a stream
Of relief from a dream
Here is the bubble
I carene
Down the alley of me
Why am I in trouble?
Pink, blue and green
Coats the dream
Reflections on a bubble

An innocent small girl is crying on the roadside
her face seems very candid and
expressions look naïve, but
nobody knows the cause of her sadness and
and no one can ever feel
the hidden wounds inside her heart
Why does she scream?
Why does she shed painful tears?
Her eyes are tired of crying and
her tears are frozen
today there is no one to wipe her tears
maybe she is missing her childhood
when she used to insist on Barbie Doll
holding the fingers of her mother
and holding the hand of the father
used to chase butterflies in the garden
Used to kiss the droplets of rain
while floating a paper boat in the pond
Will her days come back?
Listening to mother's lullaby at midnight
used to fly with the fairies in the blue sky
Maybe she is still crying
now her tears must be tired
she still is waiting for her parents to come
But she does not know that
her parents will never return
God has called them to heaven
because her parents, at the hands of cruel terrorism,
have been killed
in the Menchester Bomb Blast
on 22nd May 2017.
Let us pray that the soul of her parents
rest in piece!

Majestic shades of green
rise with spring awakened scallion spikes;
Hunter greens edging into the forest hues
blended in jaded moss clusters pacing;
shamrock stepping stones low upon the grass,
amidst fern colored harlequin dreams;
minting limes scent the valley lily fields
with fragrance of spring rain blooms set free.
Shaded emerald pines stretch tall and regal kings
touching an arctic blue stone spruce assembly;
mixing morning azure navy skies creeping in
wafting untethered upon the ocean cobalt waves;
longing criers wail at the wind swept of peacock plumes
floating a wavy carefree farewell to Aegean lapis streams;
Each call out - come hither with scent and fragrance of the seas
released surf to pantone Persian midnights
and all the hidden repressed dreams
of spring in early bloom
and oceans writhing in storm tossed summer stills
blending earth and sea with colored dreams.

the gods are crying they tell you from the clouds
the thunder of sins created to flood your house
if only you closed your window from the voices
do not ring my door bell it is a decoy for the like of you
the teal duck singing a song of blue and green
the algae in a pond to not strike me to your will
the frog swim the lily pads and kiss the lotus
to catch a fly as the carp sashay the water
come ice you will survive the winter of a shovel
the ark really must be a mad man collecting
a zoo in his apartment and floating a mini boat
in a huge aquarium to see the sun rise
but an apple really to be tempted as golden
as you rather like your mustard of a salad
and not call Waldorf the acorn of squirrels on a subway station
could go on and on but stop me I am eve
the virgin and saint Mary of fish mongrels
want to smell my pussy

I came across a body of water -
not a waterfall or rain.
I'm not sure if 'twere a lake
or something else.
I'll go with the something else
as 'twould be more exciting...
I saw a handsome man there
floating a raft towards his doom.

Who Owns the Day?
Awake carelessly;
No connection to the internal dialogue.
Floating, a gentle space of minutes.
I wonder, how do I join the day?
Oh, go ahead, just pick a project,
find meaning in your life!
Hurry, make good use of the time!
The ego rattles on.
Fear stomps in.
Do I have a mission, some higher calling?
Have I missed it?
How do I fix the day I’m wasting?
His voice calms my mind.
I’m in the stream flowing with life,
it runs through me.
Lord, what a glorious day!

ALL ALONE
She’s alone with a new life inside of her and no where for her to bring it home she feels isolated like one who’s head has been decaffeinated why is she floating a stray oh yea because he left her the day he found out she was going to be changing day by day now she doesn’t know what to do what to look forward to she sees no reason to seek virtue madly in love but the companionship she once had has turned into dust “why would he does this to me “ the thought that runs through her mind constantly she sees no hope that lies in the future behold she feels likes she left in the cold why is it that she is so young with this new life because persuasion and love are the two things add up to be a bad drug now she has lost the one she loves and nothing left to do but look to the man above hold her head high and soar towards the skies you shouldn’t be all alone but look forth to a future and a place to call your own for all you young women who have been deiceived often from the way you are perceived don’t let some one use you for just them to say u were just the next but instead make it your goal to be somebody and strive for the best

Enervated little child
could not guess from her tender mind
about where has she gone?
She wonders and looked around
later there was a continues cry
looking at the dad.
Poor dad didn’t utter a word
but pat tenderly on her back
How can he explain the real mystery?
Mum has depart from the little family having a divorce
Before that there was unaffordable patience
Suspicions, quarrels, disagreements and arguments
Can she realize the dissension between them?
Little one cried for want of mum
Dad exhausted, and put a glance at the couple of sun birds
making a melodious note
Resting on a fully blossomed branch of hibiscus bush
He murmured affectingly to the baby
in a perceptive manner
Look! Nice little birds… calling you,
Would you like to go their nest?
It is beautiful, neat, and peaceful,
Ostracized little girl
did not realize what father says
And she cried and cried
Poor man looked at the cloudy sky
Where floating a lonely kite
