warm sunshine on pale skin a cup of joe in hand
Four words.
“Does that feel good?”
It's the only thought
In pushed down fog
That comes through
Like lightning.
I was nine,
Feelin’ fiiiiine
And he was sixty and change.
He groped when no one was lookin’
But I talked it off
Laughed it off
Scoffed at the thought
Of
When I heard
“Does that feel good?”
I cried and was silent
I shook my head,
I remember.
Or is that wishful thinking
A wanting end to what happened.
But it didn't end
Did it
“Does that feel good?”
Turned to
Face in pillows
In those positions children make
When they snore
And hang half off the bed.
Positions children make in adult situations.
“Does that feel good?”
I don't know
I don't think
I weep
So so silently.
“Does that feel good?”
I can't feel anymore.
More often than not, I chose the feel-good road.
The road of instant gratification.
Everybody smiling within the veneer of hardship.
The lazy man's road, lined in devil's blood and madness.
The other road was long and tedious.
Lined with breadcrumbs and thin-ribbed people.
Playing dominoes with beer-painted fingertips.
They were born within the cocoon of reality and truth-
It came naturally to them. They were the struggle itself.
BUT THEY WERE HAPPY-happy they were.
On the feel-good road, thin slippers slap the vomit of untruth.
Unattainable wants and unsustainable happiness.
I existed on the feel-good road and became spiritually broke.
A paper mâché skiff upon a reef made of metal.
Though urges could empty a vault
Obsession to splurge cannot halt!
Surge spending can’t pause
Ending it might cause
Our mental gestalt to default
Feel Good !
Say it "I feel Good, you're alive so allow the "yes" thought to survive,
"Who said Good? And what's survive?
We here, we do Great and we want to Thrive!
We think Bounce out of bed!
And we Bound without pause, Because...
Positive, Can Do & Will Get is our daily cause.
Stop for a second if you need to know why..
Look up at the sky, survey the land, it's all wonderful and it's in the palm of your hand,
Back to the cause, lets emphasise our reason to be clear, our existence, our core.
Happiness, Positivity, Kindness & More,
They are a contagious & infective cure,
Ours is the duty to spread this Joy,
Make the people we meet happy, this is our ploy.

I find inspiration in the rain
Soul-searching while it withers away my tears
There’s no inspiration greater than that of the rain
Small droplets on my windowpane
Slowly caress away my pain
I listen closely to the melody it makes
As it hits my terrain
I find inspiration in the rain
soupçon droplets on my skin…
Lu Xun rhymes begin to reiterate, as it wanes my heavy heart away
There is no inspiration greater than that of the rain
if high or low tide
when in us God does abide
will feel good inside
Gifting day! Fill a box.
Receiving or gifting, a feel good day!
Happy Boxing Day!
Sporting day! Watch them play.
Competing or watching, a feel good day!
Happy Boxing Day!
Feasting day! Feast of Stephan.
Feasting or fasting, a feel good day!
Happy Boxing Day!
How sweet are the messages of affirmation,
Enhancing our self-image when we are down
Often providing reason for contemplation,
But should not be worn like a golden crown.
To give someone else a simple feel-good nod
Elevates the spirits of both giver and receiver,
Now and then, everyone deserves that laud
Being noticed for being a creative achiever.
Affirmation gives a special boost to the poet
For most poets are their own harshest critics,
And if we do not give them the praise of merit
How can they know we appreciate their lyrics?
When we feel good about a poem, let’s share it
For we all hope our works will a notice inherit.

Shaking on pins and needles,
awake can’t sleep , no time to waste;
Breaking away from everything
take a bite, savor the taste;
Running on that ‘feel good’
fun, adventure, it begins with a hunch;
One minute two, a smile starts to creep;
Undone, the buzz devoured in a crunch.
All humans have a need, to feel good and be happy
but humans need of greed, is destroying earths granite
Mother Nature has a need, to feel good and be happy
but it’s turning to weed, and feels very unhappy
Its death is short, with a dying nature
no one seems to give a dam, about destroying our planet
Where is the caring attitude, to get rid of this evil virus
We need to find an anti-dote, to cure Mother Nature’s life
Walk the feet to begin with a lively deal
Walk to be health all illness to heal
Walk to break all systems kept sealed
Walk to enjoy the life long to good feel
We all have things that makes us feel good
Some of us only have one special object
As for me -I have several special items
They are as follows:
A book I read from time to time
Is a book by Louis Hay
She has written a book of Affirmatoin
It makes me think clearly
Eating chocolates makes me feel good
Seeing Romeo a grey cat he romes the yard
Listening to classical music relaxes me
Blue Grass,Niel Young,Gordon Lightfoot
I enjoy to watch romance movies
Or reading romance novels
I do day dream of my life
Enjoying the song of the Dove
Then there is meditation to relax
The body mind and soul
Eating dark chocolate makes me feel good
Thes are some of the things that make me feel good
