Exit Poems

No exit allows egress

No exit allows egress...

forever dooming how the missus and I relate
where interplay, foreplay and coldplay
insinuated themselves within mine pate,
once I espied and entered trap door to late,
thus now ensnared and inextricably
caught into the web of deceit
courtesy my own making
detritus of sundered scattered corpses
a stark prelude of unpleasant fate
awaits yours truly,
whereat once harmonious convergence
between the

The Newness of Now

Now is not categorized as such because it rose out of the sordid ashes of a yester-moment

Now is not classified as fresh because it arose pristine and bleached from yester-hour’s horror

The uniqueness of now is assigned according to a mind vision that gives permission to peer with a microscopic lens

Along with the realization that there

The Quiet Exit

Amidst the unsettling crowd of animals,
I still feel alone, even if you're sitting by me.
There is no cure for my loneliness.

The feeling is similar to what great poets must've felt—
that forced them to ascend from this land,
by escaping through a beautiful route called death.

It is a path with many pitfalls,
but I feel at home, drifting

"Exit music for a bad movie"

that shining kingdom
waits and watches
numbed now to nightmares
its falling cuckold leaders
deliver fools gold
hungry homeless open palms receive
broken promises overflowing
forgotten hymns and collection plates
souls are worth blood in buried pain
borders are drawn all are caged
the marriages not made in heaven
shelved for another day

The Quiet Exit

He wasn’t fragile—he was tired,
tired of holding back floods behind his eyes.
No one told him sadness could be sacred,
that tears aren’t weakness, but proof of staying.
So he left in the quietest way possible,
and we buried him with all the words he never said.

Exit Stage Right

Someone slowly makes a move
Somewhere in the night
A light switch, a lighter
Some razor blade laughter
Making someone alright

For an hour or maybe two
Any more, you’re getting greedy
Drive her home in the morning
Any more, you’re getting needy
And who’s got time
For that in their life?

The dark bishops dismay
At this bleak array
Of black pawns hiding
Just out of

It was always hard to understand you, like a maze without an exit and without meaning,
Your problems always flooded me, a continuous and relentless wave,
Day by day a new challenge, a chaos in which I sank without escape,
In every moment, another mystery enveloped me, an unsolved puzzle.
I tell myself "fake it till you make it,"

I took my date to see Mick Jagger

But later she started to stagger

Said "I have some bad news"

Then she puked on my shoes

So I just decided to bagger

Good Exit

If not, the past has been
The past has long passed
Be your own self
Choose to escape
Is your best way
Then I choose to leave
No worries behind
Life has many exit
To continue life
Not to delay growth
But to deliver good result.

Premium MemberLast Exit For Gas

Spreading fast from West to East

Did it come from Man or Beast

The pungence just hit my nose

Everywhere a foul wind blows

We've got winds to the North

And winds to the South

But the winds West to East

I can taste in my mouth

It floats through the air

And sticks to my clothes

Everywhere a foul wind blows

I said

But not.

Early to exit

Sweating profusely while staring at six grams of pure pleasure on the coffee table.
My stomach is deprived of relief two days going.
My spoon gives the tea a burned taste that elevates my nausea.
The nights feel longer as the days burn brighter.
Depression is compassion in the time leading to the death of my former self.

I would have wished your departure to be a labyrinth with no exit,
To feel how each step of yours futilely fights against the longing that does not yield.
Every sleepless night, until the morning embraced us with its warm rays,
I knew, you were there, a participant in our ephemeral paradise.
Ah, if only you had left a

Exit

It’s finally the day to come,
blood mixing in.
Flows like a river
through oceans of sin.

Long past the point
where the numbness was new.
Long past believing
that anything’s true.

Steel against flint,
only flash in this night.
Desperate to see
but it only ignites,

the gasoline soaked
twisted rags in my soul.
No way to stop it
and nowhere to go.

You can only get up
til the falls
