This summer I lost all respect
for our modern youth.
Apparently they have been raised
that the end justifies the means
and that individual responsibility
is a virtue of dubious value.
So when they wanted to get me fired
because I was the new boss
the old retired fart
who was going to make them accountable
trained lifeguards
they lied.
Maybe thinking it didn’t matter
to their own sense of karma
they fabricated a narrative
of sexual harassment, maybe even assault
they obviously didn’t realize
matters to others.
But hey, what is youth
if not a time of youthful folly
and the chance to learn
your major life-lessons.
Maybe they did
maybe they didn’t but will,
but for me at least
it’s never too late
to learn to watch your back
in a world gone mad and rudderless.

first impressions last longer
lost in the sands of times
last impressions lives forever
penned in the mind's of men
treasured in the rhymes of mines
engraved in the tombs pains
inscribed in the palms of history
tattooed in the art of fame
last impressions edit first impressions
last impressions uneditable
so the end justifies the means.

History Repeats Itself
By: Miracle Man
6/27/2020
As past sins are remembered,
and while restitution/revenge is being sought,
evil upon the world is wrought.
History is incontrovertible,
yet history is being erased/altered.
By allowing statues to be torn down,
portraits removed, flags changed,
and the renaming streets and buildings,
Our country is becoming more fractured.
Each thing is offensive to someone.
The sins of our past must be remembered
for “Those who cannot remember the past
are condemned to repeat it.”
In the name of social justice
we jump through hoops to appease a vociferous crowd.
We’re indoctrinating young minds with the narrative,
that “The end justifies the means”
thus making violent acts acceptable.
Hatred is a heart thing,
And Jesus loves us!
Proverbs 10:12 -
Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

Protesters for social justice are advocating,
many believing, “the end justifies the means”.
While in their effort, all police, they’re berating,
who stand behind shields, and tear gas screens.
There is nothing peaceful about using force,
there’s no safety in numbers, crowds expose the beast.
Looting and burning they appear to endorse,
while martyring the name of the one deceased.
In an “eye for an eye”, where is social justice found?
I don’t mean to sound insensitive or burst your bubble.
But violence or revenge aren’t steps to common ground,
and the media seems engrossed in prolonging trouble.
We plant a tree, knowing we will never sit in its shade,
but hoping those who come later might have the opportunity.

In this life, one has to choose the best we need not the best he wants. He needs to read between the line and walk with time. Like they said,"A very moment is a chance." Truely, life is not by chance but by fate. Live your life like everyday is last and make that day a history.
Lightup,Herculean we need,achievement proceed.
Time shall come, when that day will be immemorial and your children's children, will not forget it. The best will always come at last. The last is your result. The end justifies the means. Your past may not be good enough, don't let it be a burden, cause tomorrow may see us better. As the sun shines and gives life to the trees, flowers and leaves of the earth.
Light up,Herculean we need,achievement proceed.
Far comes the destiny, what can we do with the one's near. In the kitchen come's the chimney, what about the heaven's cloud clear? I speak with one voice,it sounds different to so many ears. To some,it looks like noise, cause that lies their fears. Promises lies in the lips of some, all we get is just but none. So fast grows the trees of corn, when cut down, the life is all gone.
Light up,Herculean we need,achievement proceed.
Our gal had a big hole in her shoe
Her lack of dough made her feel blue
She met this new guy
And asked him to buy
Smiling, the poor dope hadn't a clue
All in fun..Id never! She said.
