Empted Poems

Premium MemberSo As Not To Waste My Insomnia---

The coverage of night...
hides the sinners' plight

Therefore Poor Clares rise
...Before the sunrise! :-D

At midnight to pray
To scare sins away!

Mama Mary shows---
How His Mercy grows

If prayers pre-empted --
When we've felt tempted

Thank Him as we should!
Our God is sooo good!! :)

Scribe's Note To Godson

I've played part
Part for part - next, you wonder?
Don't wonder ; for the excesses of night!
Quite a candour, our mingle was.

These battles, I've tales to tell for!
The creamy, basking sunset cools, off the air...

Dominus Vobisvum!
Et cum spiri tu tuo!

Innocence was this cry-
Pre-empted by a cry- a cry for freedom!
For Padre et Madre welcomes - innocent
Padre - experience we pray for? Yes!
Sweet mother's world is a blessing to view

Innocence, a moment we wish for...
Innocence, a life I desire once again

Oracles must bow,
Giants must pay allegiance to your fleet
Legends must pay respect
Generals must salute ,
For once cum many,
Innocence is born.

Premium MemberOn Halloween Night

On dark Halloween Night
The moon will lose its light
The goblins will hunt you
To cook your entrails into barbecue

There will be loud screams in town
Cry of crows will be heard all around
Ominous howls of wolves will be the worst
They’re Draculas’ Foreboding Blood-thirst

Ugly wraiths will hung themselves in gallows
On ghost gum trees with monster shadows
Hunchback men will haul caskets with their spade
Putrid carrions will soon be insidiously laid

Witches will set scalding poisons in cauldrons
Tarantulas will scuttle out from their alley holes
Be wary and wear your red-lighted horns
It pre-empted them from feasting your eyeballs

On that very dark Halloween Night
Your friends will be out of sight
Grave yards will be widely opened
Zombies will be searching all hunky men

If you are really one of them
Better hide from those arrant Zomb-women
A warning for both adults and children
To ignore a bloody and one’s horrifying mien

There will be more scary creatures
On that Halloween night if you go out and venture
Just wear your spooky costumes and make sure
You cannot only walk but fly and crawl

Remember You

the
depth
of
my
heart
feels
like
its
been
emptied,
 the
sadness
within
can
never
be
pre-
empted....
 I
remember
the
stories
you
incesantly
told,regardless
of
the
brewing
weather
so
cold,you
were
what
i
would
call
so
bold...
 Strong
you
made
me
feel
even
though
you
were
old,i
may
not
have
been
given
a
chance
to
say
that
i
love
you,but
regardless
of
my
failure
to
say
it
i
know
you
felt
it
 i
hope
to
see
you
again,but
not
so
soon
because
i
still
need
t
fit
in
my
fathers
shoes.
 I
will
miss
you
so
dearly,
 it
hurts
the
world
took
you
cruely,
 and
i
guess
its
time
for
me
to
accept
that
youre
gone,
 it
hurts,but
i
know
you'd
want
me
to
continue
living
my
life...
 Thank
you
for
being
my
super
hero
Grandmother
i
will
always
remember
you.....

Pedis Oralis

Poker face attempted
pretense at being calm
Speech also pre-empted -
stuttering with aplomb.

What I should have said was...
I mean, I really meant...
You see, I didn't see...
Who'd have thought that she was

Classic diagnosis
it's foot-in-mouth disease
a verbal sclerosis
sometimes called, greenhorn-ese

There is no known antidote
no medical solution.
Bandage which has my vote -

Tempted

Each of us gets tempted
By the things we shouldn’t do.
Judgment gets pre-empted
As excuses we construe.

Dieters give in and claim
Just one bite wouldn’t hurt.
People in relationships think
It’s okay to flirt.

Sometimes we are lured into
Temptations so enticing
That we convince ourselves
We’re worthy of both cake and icing.

Spending what we can’t afford
Or volunteering time;
Starting up a mountain that
We know we cannot climb.

It’s easy to get sucked into
Temptation’s sticky web.
So many foolishly expect
To have desire ebb.

But always things will tantalize
And no one is exempted;
It’s our decision to be made
Each time that we are tempted.

Paper Vapor Trails

hello blank white fog of empty
familiar you of wrapping guilt
standing in the sands of time
catching at my thoughts pre empted
claymore buried to the hilt
chuckling at attempted rhyme
tilting tattered wind blown kilt
watch it lar I’m sorely tempted
Words are forming in my rage
Soon to fly at empty page
Spitting splatter
What’s the matter?
Is it time to clean my cage?

Can You Hear Me Now?

Can You Hear Me Now?

I shared all my dreams with you
I shouted out loud and screamed many times
I cried and told you how I felt
I empted out everything that I have ever experienced in life
I asked if you understood
I thought I had your attention
I realize now I did all the talking you did none
I know now you never listened
I know now you never cared
I left you and moved on
I never looked back

Can you hear me now?

Domino Effect

Barbarian heroes, men of respect
Amazon women, plotting to barter
And legends preach of Russian roulette

And legends preach of Russian roulette
Ritualistic roles, a common martyr
Barbarian heroes, men of respect

Barbarian heroes, men of respect
Are icy cold in mountain flakes
And legends preach of Russian roulette

And legends preach of Russian roulette
Far from warm light, raising stakes
Barbarian heroes, men of respect

Barbarian heroes, men of respect
The pre-empted massacre looms
And legends preach of Russian roulette

Acoustic sounds, resourceful doom
And purpose lost, enforced, entombed
And legends preach of Russian roulette
Barbarian heroes, men of respect

Stargazing

The restaurant revolved in fractions of time,
the blackness without stood still;
astrology blazed in the clear night sky,
I felt thirsty enough to kill.
Your grey eyes shone like swamp fire,
skin glowed like china and lace;
I drowned in the well of your parting lips,
drank the beauty and love from your face.
Then for moments I had you entirely,
sweet instants of perfect design;
then the moments fell short of my dreaming
and I saw you were no longer mine.
Through my tears I took to stargazing
and the dark glass reflected my pain;
constellations and galaxies shimmered
on the roof of the earth like a stain.
I do not read stars or take notice
of anything people foretell;
I pre-empted the death of your caring
and the death of my caring as well.
So I wait for a merciful ending,
for the saving of both of our souls;
rueing the day when the light blew away
and my stars became empty black holes.
