Premium Member Never Again

The company doesn't make them anymore.
It was supposed to be a gas saver.
So, believing it to be a good buy,
I put up the 5000 dollars.
But never again.

It wasn't about the dollars.
It wasn't about the style.
It wasn't about the color.
It wasn't about the size.
It was really about location.
And it really was about me.
But never again.

It could perform well in the flatlands;
But it was a flop in the hilly places.
At first, I was upset with the car.
But later, I was annoyed with myself.
And I learned my lesson on economizing.

I bought several vehicles over the years,
And learned a thing or two about cars.
I don't often say 'Never', but about this,
Never again.

Premium Member rough

Ok, I’m hearing it
it’s rough out there in the real world

There’s even been some influencer backlash

These days, if someone starts talking about world crisis
I wave them off, “I’m emotionally booked.”

Like everyone else, I’m just coping,
economizing by reusing letters, recycling plots
and clipping martini coupons.

I refuse to ration kisses
blush at the thought
things aren’t THAT bad.

Around here (we call it 6th Ave)
things seem normal. The household staff
perform their daily chores with leisurely courtesy.

Grandmère gave them a 10% bump
because prices are crazy.

Did it help? I don’t know.
I don’t know them all that well.

Nymphomania

I have been called a sex god
It has been said that
I radiate an aura of pure sexuality
I stopped telling my friends stories of my exploits years ago
Because they don't believe me
For instance
My last lover was a 54 year old paraplegic actress
I once gave a girl dozens of orgasms within a single minute
And can reproduce this feat at any time on any woman

Every inch of my body is fantastic
Like a machine fine-tuned for sexual pleasure
My sex drive is monstrous
Unending
Makes me crazy
I only stop to smoke cigarettes once every few hours
And I don't have a refractory period

All this is true
I'm probably a nymphomaniac
But it doesn't matter
Because I hate people
Because I hate dating
Because I have nothing to prove
Because the cosmos are indifferent
Because economizing sex disgusts me

I'm generally quiet
Try to keep a low profile
But inside
a Martian sex dragon
Breathing passion and lust
Inside
Roaring madly alone, tortured
Clawing at my skin
Chomping on my bones
Gnashing on my brain like a chew toy

I pretend not to care
I like to think it doesn't have an affect on me
But it is me
And I hate it
And I love it

Children On Leashes

Children On Leashes

Children on leashes go for a walk
As they cut the lines with their minds
They jump from captivity

Running away from their crimes

Thinking about animal life...
Dogs come to mind without leashes
Biting off faces they find

But children are dangerous sometimes
So rope keeps them safely in line

Parents wave good-bye to the young ones
Hanging from their ropes with hope

Think of it as a lease on life
Taken by the portals of time

Children grow into new leashes
Provided by bosses that cry
“I have too much invested in you and your friend.”
“So I must keep you both close at hand”
“As you might guess, Mr. Y and Mr. X,
              Very short leashes work best
Should keep you close to the vest”
“Economizing and company come first in this land”
           “So kiss your freedom good-bye”
“And try this one on for size”

Children on leashes go for a walk
What they find is a job with more line
Harder to cut and works just fine

Heaven of Life

The world of iniquity and transgression
Bestowed upon the adhere nation,
Living as if the world is waging war
Upon the catastrophe of behaviour.
Tremendously people live as if
The earth is above the sky;
Likely the earth is the paradise
And the heaven is the market,
So as people liveth.

Heaven of life;
People live lavishly and lack economizing
The cozy things are admired and acquired
The elite live like heaven of life
And the pauper live the same.
Not aware that we came to to market
Very sooner we go back home.
Move from Heaven of life
To heaven of heaven and live peacefully.
Holy is thy kingdom?

Growing To Be United

Yearning I keep learning...about
what is the mysteries.
But I don't fight it,
it doesn't get to me,
for I can see the ways
of being free
in growing to be united.
Workingman is the first participant
in the fruits
of communal pioneering effort.

Yearning I keep learning about,
what is the mystery behind some history.
Such as "Time is the ultimate economic element,
and economizing is the economizing of time,
and that economic calculus has
to do with that economizing."

Yearning I keep learning ...about
born in a land that often lends'
a powerful hand.
I grasp and understand
what is a Nation under God,
and Dynamics of a Nation Building
Liberty and Justice for all.

But I don't fight it,
it doesn't get to me,
for I see the ways of being free.

Our National Anthem
of the Star Spangle Banner is recited
and I'm wondering what's coming our way.
We can prevail,
we must prevail,
growing to be united,
we cannot fail.
