Mimics all those skeptics & pundits in pulpits
Sod odd bod critics clinics their unfair optics
Hysterics but Bazball clerics are not yet relics
Despite batting lapse alright collapse specifics
The insult not horrific result of cult’s gimmicks
Got it wrong will still sing same mesmeric song lyrics
Twits witticisms & criticisms taken a toll…troll gits
Shaken has Bazball forsaken its soul..drole misfits
No more stealth or self control just abysmal skits
Dismal death roll rigmarole gambits whole Bazball in bits?
On the dole or run rate wealth in rude health call it quits
Flits their way to play their flair hits as prole media spits
Grandstand Baz Ben stable fable big band brand label fits
Aussies canned.. gawking Larrikin ti*s balking..its the pits
Goal corking victory at the Gabba hoodoo fortress venue
Folks blabber talking of Stokes blokes stalking voodoo
Oz jibber jabber fibber distress as we made history..phew
Yes JuJu mystery temptress played express Yabba Dabba Doo!

Fred Flintstone couldn’t wait to leave work and get home
To be greeted by Wilma and served a brontosaurus bone
Fred was content as he laughed and yelled * “Yabba dabba do"
The prehistoric caveman’s popularity became iconic and grew

Was a happy little ditty
From days gone by, my how time flies
Those words were warm and witty
“Lamsey doats and dosey doats”
Brings back those days of yore
When life was fun in the morning sun
Who could ask for anything more
“Skimmery rinky dinky dink”
Is another masterpiece
Jimmy Durante sang the words
To this clever little treat
“Abba dabba dabba doo”
A chimp was heard to say
I still remember Debbie singing
In a most delightful way
So when you're down and things ain't right

Here we go again -
another crazy form to try - this time
a 'Yabba Dabba Do' or so it's called.
The jury's out; I can't say I'm enthralled.
I've not made a connection to the rhyme
or figured out how best with such a silly form to dabble.
I guess it truly is no more absurd
than having wooly mammoths pumping gas,
or dinosaurs and humans there en masse,
or roasting pterodactyls like they're birds.
Wilma, Fred, Barney and Betty, relegated to the past;
methinks this jab will do the same, and will be my first and last.

I offer you the Roundabout:
a little form sublime.
Tough? Au contraire!
But do beware:
you must be in your prime.
Don’t simply trust to whether I’m
correct; just take the dare.
It helps to score
some pithy fours
that add a certain flair.
Abandon care; let down your hair.
Ideas waltz the floor:
A fine brook trout,
beer brats and kraut,
Or silly, countless more.
And so, dear poet, I implore:
creative juices out!
For fun with rhyme,
it’s party time:
the Roundabout, no doubt!

you have to have a heck of a drawl to pronounce contraire as three syllables, IMHO... Sticking with the original - PoetrySoup counts as 2, RhymeZone counts as 3, but I'm going with 2, as that's how I hear it in my head.
