Mistaken Identity

Some crooks are dumb as they come,
these thieves should get what they deserve
as they won't go so very far
now they're done taking a ride
in the stolen Police car...
with, 'To Protect & Serve
Dial 911,' printed on the side.

When the judge asked them, 'Why?'
and stressed, 'It's best if you confessed.'
The wiseguys both admitted,
while facing five to seven,
(have you guessed?)
'We thought it was a Porsche,
a Porsche 911.'

February 13 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Numbers 5-6

Key Verse – Numbers 5:6 Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the LORD, and that person be guilty.

Stabilizing our commitment as His holiness we acknowledge

Shouldn't've Confessed

I shouldn't have confessed that i loved you,
for now my heart aches with a burning blue ,
i wrote each and every word with nothing but the foolish truth,
and now look at me, i am the fool.

i had thought you felt the same,
but now i see it was all in vain,
for you my love was just a game,
and i another pawn in your play.

i drank my own poison,
choosing to live in a lie rather than have us die

I Asked, I Believed, I Confessed

Once, my days were lived as a feather,
wind blown, and without fixed direction.
Unknown to me, life’s storms I’d weather,
until God changed my life’s deflection.

Looking back, I see, only faint shadows,
of days when I had no message to share.
But from sin’s depth I abruptly arose,
God had answered my sinners prayer.

Confessed Obssessed and Possessed

Is this what ACE Hardware
stands for:

they had been abrupt
could end up being corrupt
when they did erupt

player selected
when he died as drected
monument erected

for game he had prepped
on home field is where he slept
when he was inept

did with deep regret
on loser we placed a bet
who had been a threat

we read latest news
he would live ike a recluse
wearing worn out shoes

of hope was beacon
found who we had been seeking
out we were freaking

moment was dire
poor player woud acquire
when draft chose higher

was over and done
entire world they would stun
all games will have won

according to tape
from reality escape
had committed rape

when he was obssessed
all his sins should be confessed
had become possessedConfessed

Inside the Heart of Housman

Beyond the moor and mountain crest
In valleys green and still
Ten thousand times I've done my best
And all about the idle hill.

When first my way to fair I took
Beneath the blue of day
For willows in the icy brook
In valleys miles away.

When in the moon the long road lies
And down the sighing wind in vain
Spent in star-defeated sighs
And what's to show for all my pain?

Oh, when I was in love with you
To-morrow I shall miss you less
The knot that makes one flesh of two
For a faith the world confessed.

Premium Member Six People Confessed To the Murders

Six people confessed to the murders of four.
Police detectives were consternated.
This many confessions had never happened before.
This was totally unanticipated.

Other homeless people lined the police station door.
Police said “Now, these jail cells are overrated.”
In a week the confessions numbered twenty-four.
Free room and board for all those who participated.

Premium Member Confessed Confusion-

If bottoms up seemingly means down
And if square circle means being round I
I am confessing
 I've learned the lesson
Triangular infuse portions
Lay dormant decimal misplaced
Dollar signs erased
No monies have I
My pockets are turned inside out and empty
My mind lies dormant like my back on a bed
My confusion is My confession without breath I am dead

Confessed

He confessed, he was a thief
Who stole everything, even a leaf
Found out that he was a joke
So he quickly stole a smoke
It gave him a sigh of relief

Premium Member Love Confessed

Shall I caress the face of love ,my dear?
And find the world now lost in paradise
Bound forever by truest love sincere
To love our purest heart we sacrifice

Have Confessed I Am Hard Pressed

Have Confessed I Am Hard Pressed

Have confessed that I am hard pressed;
This certainly surely should be stressed;
About think;
Thought sink,
Or ordinarily we have been obsessed.

Premium Member The Murderer's Daughter Confessed

It was the best of the worst of the rest.
The murderer’s own daughter confessed.
Turned pale.
Mom in jail.
Took the rap herself, love’s true test.

Premium Member I Confessed To a Cold Blooded Murder

I‘ll confess to a cold blooded murder
I’ve gone down that deep dark path
But I simply had no other alternative
With an intruder lurking in my bath

I had shouted out to my husband
But that action was no darn use
He’d popped out to the local shop
To get us much needed cow juice

The trespasser was so evil looking
With eight legs and eight beady eyes
I tried to scoop it with a damp flannel
These house breakers I really despise

The intruder planned his escape
With eight legs oh boy he could run
He hovered over the plug hole
This interloper had had his fun

So I flushed him right down the plughole
I’ve never committed murder before
I’d hurriedly disposed of his body
When I heard hubby’s key in the door

I immediately confessed to a murder
and my hubby dashed to the crime scene
But there hiding under the plug hole
was a spider that looked really clean!

So my dastardly deed had a happy ending
and a day in the court I won’t be attending!

No Love Confessed

No true feelings of love confessed
Blinded by my own I was possessed
Challenges put us to the test
Gave it my very best
Filled my life with zest
Now it's all laid to rest

No love returned only lust
Soaring dove winged crashed into dust
Misleading actions were unjust
Countless times I've cursed and cussed
Restored hope in mankind I could trust
Now regaining faith is a must

Going through the motions
Crazy chaotic emotions
Grooving to the locomotion
Wishing for a magical potion
Need a smoother feel like lotion
Chemistry doesn't amount to much without love and devotion

Premium Member Love Confessed

Because love blooms in a velvet world without constraint

Where words drip as whispers from tongues
and touches pluck skin to breathe in its fragrant scent

Where each step seems lighter
and every gaze a precious prize held tightly to the heart

Where smiles convey and eyes lift, to welcome entrance without concern
releasing burdens from the day, watching them flee,
leaving silent pauses in gentle realms

Where thoughts wrap like vines, winding themselves
until they are one,
not noticing the world flooded by warm skin
from hungry kisses stolen from each breath
held warmly between sweating palms of embrace

When we confessed our love
