Come back to the refuge; Lets take a trip inside. No shadow can see you here, the perfect place to hide. Come back to the refuge, the largest space of all. Theres room for all your hopes and dreams, so you can bring them all. Come back to the refuge, there's power you can find; Silence is the kingdom, lost somewhere behind your mind. Come back to the refuge, the great ones wait for you; Through white light to fields of green, and skies the bluest blue; Come back to the refuge, i know its been a while; but time's a lie so please dont sigh, just come back with a smile. Come back to the refuge, do you still know the way? Let go of thinking without any effort and sit like that all day. Come back to the refuge, the journey is alone; but once your here, youl feel me near, because the refuge is my home.

How Long Will I Wait Before I Come Back To the Light

How long can I wait in the blaze of the sun,
Before shadows drag me down from the height?
The stars are a choir, but they do not speak,
And the sea keeps knocking with a blind white fist.

I am held by the flame, yet I ache for the dark,
Where my bones know the cool and the silence is loud.
I have wrestled with angels whose tongues were of fire,
I have drunk from the well where the dusk must still rise.

Do not ask me the hour, for time has no hand,
It unravels like smoke through the teeth of the night.
My voice is a bell, but the clapper is gone,
Still it tolls in the marrow of my mind and my bones.

How long shall I wait with my back to the sun?
Till the earth calls me down with its patient green mouth,
And the worms write my name in their winding script—
Then perhaps I’ll return from the light to the dark,
Or perhaps I will burn into nothing at all.

CAN I COME BACK HOME?

It’s never too late
to pause the chase
to stop running like a mad dog
after a world that never turns back.

It’s never too late
to stand in the open sun
after years of hiding in shadows
to finally thirst for the light.

It’s never too late
to shed the robe of shame
to return to the road
you were always meant to walk.

Home never shuts its doors.
A father’s arms never forget.
Even the prodigal
still has a place at the table.

Come Back Colorful Butterfly Faerie

colorful butterfly faerie flew into the garden today
The marigolds, lilies and lilacs all leaned her way
Wanting a favor, a glimpse, a look at her gown
She had a terrific personality, and no kind of frown

She is such a beauty! The elves and dwarfs did agree.
Tomato worm never saw her; he was watching TV
The radishes and carrots tried to get her to come over.
She was adorable! said the cat and an old dog named Rover.

Colorful butterfly faerie told them she would be back soon.
She had promised a relative she would meet them on the moon.
As she flew away, the garden waved and yelled out good-byes.
Within minutes she had entered a large cloud up in the skies.

I moved out of our house 
everyone sees me on the street 
I'm not homeless 
My home is gone 
I wait everyday outside where we met 
Just in case you come back 
You'll know where I'm at 
There's no home without you

CHILDREN'S DAY VIBES

Children never fake it!
True love comes from them
I've never seen
A child fake a smile 
Whenever they laugh 
It comes from their heart
Portraying their beautiful soul 
Without pains or hidden intentions.

Children never fake it!!
With innocent 
They emerge earth
Without sin
Imitating whatever 
They see
Watching whatever we do
Doing more of what we do than what we teach.

Children never fake it!!!
I've never seen 
A child fake love 
Whoever they love
Unconditional love they gives 
Loving without intentions or reasons 
Even when you beat them,
They always come back running to you for a hug.

Come Back

They came back for me. 
Not right away, but a week goes by fast when,
You have magazines and windows. 
Write with crayons, and don’t stay up too late.  
Stay up late, and write on the walls. 
They carried another person away. 

They came back for me, they came back for me…

On day two, one of my crayons got too short to use. 
And they told me that’s what hospitals do. 
They give you something. 
Then it disappears slowly. 

They came back for me last night. 
The car ride back. 
We ate dinner. 
I can only sleep if I’m alone in my room. 
When you have a roommate, it’s hard. 
When you’re back?
It’s even worse than all the sludge that would come from the drains sometimes. 

They came back for me two months ago. 
I go outside sometimes. 
Sometimes, I remember. 

They could have come back after day one. 
They should have. 
I think of my roommate sometimes. 
And wonder if anyone came back for her.

In Search

Those gifted with wisdom and cleverness
Come share with me your empathy
In selling my troubles I need some success
Pay a little attention currency
Tell me where to find the spiritual world
I suppose it is hidden too well 
And I have to investigate somewhere beyond
The experiences one can tell
It was never my strong point, the keys to unknown
The secret knowledge, all this sort of thing
I’ve a vague suspicion that we never know
Why the winds had to change in the spring
Half-conscious, half out of mind all the time
I search how can we meet again 
Come back, love, whatever the dress suits you fine
Hear my calls across time that was spent..

Lost in your sights, 
I lie down closing my eyes,
Just to recall memories so nice.
From our moments together 
To how we knew each other 
Every day,
Felt like the summers of May!
Those endless talks
And the moon walks 
Days passed by,
And the life lived is now just a sigh!
Oh! How I long to have you again 
Could you touch and see that pain!
For reasons I know not,
You company I've always sought.
I may not be the best for you
But, I really wanted to!
If dreams were true 
I want to see only you
The chair across the table is vacant,
The seat beside me on the swing is still not taken.

Dear Father
Because I am always
Worrying too much about me

I also worry about my health

I want to improve my health
I still go for my shot of ozanpike
Every Friday morning
I inject the ozanpike on my tummy
I am slowly getting used to it
Also every month I take my shoot
Of abilify on my hip
The ozampike cuts my appetite and keeps
My weight down
Yes father I am so fat still
I am dying to lose weight
AND I know it is harder to lose weight
Yes Father I am sleeping fine every night
Also when I wake up I am always
Having the winter blues
I hate having the winter blues
Father please take the winter blues
Away from my life
Also I am happy that you keep me
Alive every single day
I have nothing to complained to you
About my life
Because everything is going ok in my life

What can I do, what can I say, anything to help take the pain away. 

Feeling so helpless, I brought you into this world, but can not save you, 

I say goodbye every night, with hope your still alive when I wake,

I know you're fighting, every minute, every hour, every day,

But you are not alone, just pick up the phone, lean on me, even fight with me,

Just don't say, there is no other way, I just want you to be okay, I just want you to stay.

I pray for release from these demons, I pray for you to find happiness, and for peace within, this inner war we can win.

Will it come back

I have made my decisions in this life I'm living.
Put forth my best to bring you happiness,
but I'm still giving.
I watch my family regather,
Sharing moments of joy and laughter.
I too am pursuing what everyone's after—
a happily ever after—
Just one without you being shattered.

I decided to forgive and forget,
because I'm not ready to lose you yet.
I realize that if I let you win,
we'll commit this painful sin,
and I'll never see your pretty face again.

So I put down my boxing gloves,
Resisting resentment to bring back love.
With gratitude I thank God above
He gave me you—my one and only—my dove.

How many times must I apologize?
I don't know; I don't care.
At the end of the day,

No, it isn't fair, but
I'll stay right here, not disappear
