My colleagues drive BMW’s and Mercedes
I drive a jalopy from the 1980’s
They think they’re so much cooler than me
though only I drive worry-free
They pay $1,500 a month just for the car
not to mention insurance and premium gas
While I paid for my beater long ago
and it runs fine on recycled vegetable oil
My colleagues used to look down on me
‘til I drove that jalopy ‘cross Russia nearly free
~ on a half-gallon of Sovietsky-era whiskey
Two best colleagues
Of the planet earth are racists and tribalists
as they know their secret codes.
Both two camps filling with haters of first class
And they always get angry whenever
they are called by their proper
names which characterise
their daily, monthly and yearly evil deeds.
Someone can say ,
" There is no better world without racists and tribalists because they are the best active drama players
of the world.
Remember , when two groups of haters
and discriminators keep pointing fingers
at each other daily
" denying their really identities ,"
the spectators laugh healthily.
Be so smart while laughing
so that you may not vomiting
delicious African caprochino which you took with pap
" fufu or ugali" before sleeping.
Hahaaah, Hahaaah, Hahaaah!
I think the world without racists and tribalists
Is the best world where majority people
living with love.
I will be so happy to see the change of some
racists and tribalists before the end of 2023
I love you.

Lucky I to have fate so sublime
And luckier yet to tribute this rhyme
To my astute, bright, superb team slime.
Foremost is Janki - a pure-heart dime;
With wise saws, quick wits, lively and prime;
Trustworthy, motherly, wonderful all time.
Next is Gautam - clear, clean and pal prime;
Helpful, reasonable, sharp yet simple chime.
Tejas - a perfect, punctual, sweet lime,
Ready with answers, active, apt thyme.
Kiran - conducive, kind, Hindi rhyme;
Talkative, approachable, yet sublime.
Vidhi - a guide, mentor and convoy mine;
Constructive, just, cool, without any crime.
Jinal - young, dashing, sweeter, fresh thyme
Gained goal: teaching those who taught – no crime.
Local language is taught by the chime
Named beauty Hetal - neat, nice, bright stime.
Ashaka, a helping hand, is fun-time.
Paridhi, another aid is beauty’s shrine;
Sensitive, stress buster, acts peacetime;
Understanding, lovely, soft at break time.
Last but not least is Shivram meantime
Shayri, history, Geo; lazy no crime.
All gems bright true and precious sublime,
Bestowed by the almighty in time
For my assistance in this school prime.
Here my mono rhyme thanking all the slime.
Snoring
A process
So natural and uncontrolled
Telling people
You're asleep and defendless
You're so innocent
And arrogance
A character so volatile
Telling people
Your peer groups
Your colleagues
Your boss
You're challenging
Dangerous and unwelcome
Inviting openly
Unforcasted enmity
The gray is more than less
And the feelings are not always for the best
Each utterance permeates through
As thought reaches a crescendo too
Do you want your voice to be heard
As it is meant not sounding absurd
The world is scarred for some
And we struggle not to be undone
So the gray does come through
Know yourself and what you do
But sometimes weep for them as they are cut down
For right is right and justice is not for all home bound.

Some people are happy to others happiness and progress
but
Most people are happier too see and to know other people’s sorrow and failure.
They tell you stories against others, make stories against others then wants to hear you agree with them.
But hey!
Not all people are the same as you.
Not the same as how you think
Not the same as petty as you
Some are just listening, won’t anything against
Not to even react negatively, instead just a drop of smile
But still, rumours still scatted not the same as the reality
Rumours, intrigues, creating stories have no difference with lies
It ties as one, and the outcome is just to ruin others life.
At parties - all my colleagues look so funny,
And very often to an embarrassing degree.
I take their pictures absolutely free,
But I delete these photos for some money.
Work with people years and years
And somehow there’s a bond,
Especially if they’re folks of whom
You’re very, very fond.
You may not see them often
Yet it’s certain when you do,
There’ll be mucho reminiscing
And a lot of fat to chew.
But the best part will be laughter
And a warmth from deep inside
For experiences shared can trump
What time tries to divide.
So the past becomes the present
And you’re unified and young
When you raise a toast with colleagues
Whom you’re thrilled to be among.
