My beloved Cats and Kittens
My Loving cats and kittens
Show me the higest form of love-Unconditional Love
Love without bounds or boundaries.
Unquestioning and unwavering Love.

Africa, India and Asia too
leopards can be seen out in the blue
scary up close, these spotted cats
a threat to small voles, mice and rats

on three continents these big cats are seen
if they are hungry, they can be mean
the females are the ferocious ones
their big teeth gleaming in the sun

Was it tuna?

The world in black and blue,
no visible outline, the colors 
blur. Headlights bright red,
and the people covered
in smoke as I stand in the back-
alley surrounded by old graffiti  
stains and a half eaten tuna fish
sandwich. The alley cats
devour the carcass leaving
the bones and eyes behind.
I look at the eyes and I see  
my

yard will soon be camouflage for big cats

our yard is creeping with dandelions
clover and wild thistle growing too
soon it will be camouflage for full grown lions
black pumas, spotted leopards and king of the lions too

some fight each other
     some learn to play together
           others co-exist

Used to think rain was fired
by rain bows
boughs break

Why Are Cats So Cute ?

I love my tabby kitty's tummy dots.
all those swirly, soft, downy lovely spots;
she likes to jump, spin and leap,
sometime, behind me will creep . . . 
I wake each morn with kitty in my thoughts !

Do they find a new owner to lay around with?
Are they ever recovered? Does anyone know?

War And Peace

Altho' 'tis something
any sane man would disdain,
should abstain from and abhor,
there are those I condemn
who choose
to cry, 'Mayhem!'
and let loose the dogs of war.
Meanwhile,
no need to think twice,
I prefer a 'purr',
to play nice and release,
tho' they may be old hat,
the pussy-cats of peace.

CATS AND DOGS

Animals make my day
They're so smart and witty
They're also very cunning
They know how to plot
To get what they want
They pout and throw
Tantrums when they
Can't have their way
They love cuddling time
Love and affection, but
They get jealous too
They're personally traits
Are more like humans
Which really amazes me

Kids and Cats

Kids and cats have much in common.
Cats don't talk, but
kids' questions startle us so!
