Bureaucracy
A System of Regulations
Red Tape, Paper Shuffling.
Regulations, Status quo
Bureaucracy
Inner Circles, Imperfect Officials overworked,
Underpaid, costly oversights caused by
Local, State, and Federal Agencies.
Bureaucracy
Assumptions of fault finders to divide, ruled
On the regulation of the people by Jane Q.
Public and John Q. Public.
Some faces are bright and some faces are
Dimmed.
Bureaucracy
Our world leaders bar none
(vultures each and every one)
are no more than hypocrites
if their talks are doves of peace
(they say it's purely politics)
why let fly the hawks of war
dropping bombs from drones
reducing towns to rubble
people blood and bones
bringing in the carrion crow
when will it ever end
who's to gauge assuage or know
as that (coal mine) canary
died oh so long ago
All decisions are made
at a desk in another country.
They pass through
‘in’ and ‘out’ trays,
collecting signatures along the way.
Then, one day,
they become a concrete wall,
where once a few
tired weeds grew.

Love grows deep within one's heart
Let us all just come together instead of growing further apart
We must not allow hatred to become the norm
Let's send out waves of warmth and happiness to weather the storm
If we all just work together we can make the world a better place
We only have one choice to make for the survival of the human race
A better world awaits if we could just stomp out negativity along the way
People you interact with smile at them and tell them to have a nice day
Bureaucracy and constant red tape stop things from getting done
Someone might want to ask the Egyptians how the pyramids got build in the scorching sun
Working together is the only recipe for success
A surefire way for getting us out of this mess
We have all been given the greatest gift that being life itself
Let's pick up the pieces and put them back on the shelf
Bureaucracy comes...
But it never seems to go
It brings along attached to it
Endless tales of woe
Copious piles of paperwork
(Mostly useless forms)
And calls that go unanswered
Are typically the norm
You quickly lose your rag
But you know there's no escape
What you need are giant scissors
To cut through that red tape
Petty, mindless officialdom
Drives you up the wall -
It's a bloody miracle
Anything gets done at all!
Bureaucracy of Heaven
David J Walker
Lightfall dreams spill
Illuminating waters on
Everything except
Excerpts of canvas lakes
For which it is meant
While bipartisan saints
spill lyrics on
Every letter mailed
from every failed attempt
of Redactions
From the prayers
of the faithful
prayer sayers
For which
each candle is lit
God
Cannot do His job
Without the bureaucracy of heaven
Democracy That Became a Bureaucracy
What we first discovered was a democracy,
That later became a blatant bureaucracy;
Irritated;
Saturated;
Reason for had been blamed on hypocrisy.
Jim Horn
Today I met a storm, and
It washed away my muse,
It left my mind dripping thoughts,
In an ocean, to drown in blues
My tender became too steep,
Became the obedient moan,
Became a ferocious lost “Yes”
That slowly turned to stone.
I’m now a parking violation,
A brief interval in the way,
I’m now a wonderfully weak dot
From a pen to destroy each day.
Rules are not always rules in a democracy
Governments can get wrapped up in bureaucracy
A simple rule can get twisted
One needs to be assisted
Our brain goes bonkers with the silly hypocrisy
Bundle of rules elongating the short distance between a problem and its solution
Unnecessary layers compulsorily placed on a mounted ladder with very few steps
Road expectedly smooth and direct is created with uneven stones and many bends
Every step is an independent process making the system tiring and liable to corruption
Alternating procedures and changing routes heavily function in the handling of issues
Under these so many ambiguous limbs is the fertile ground to germinate yet more problems
Complication storms out of these processes lined up in a queue with undefined relevance
Rare is the accuracy of timing respected as it is bastardized in five to ten folds
Add-ons a very possible side effect embracing the commotion of the mercy of many hands
Cruel is this system, especially in the 21st century of advancement in data processing
Yet loved by establishments of worlds without regard to maximizing human services.
