Premium MemberHands Are Buried Last In Quicksand

I breeze through endless of the trees,
I lose my way in which I choose,
Broken souvenirs will appear,
Fears jam and stuck in first gear.

Hands buried last in quick sand,
eyes focus to ears whispering,
silver stars, captured in jars,
glittering like your eyes, focusing.

There's a horizon I can't reach,
A cliff that hands can't withstand,
A hawk soars above my shore,
As I sink further to thoughts within.

Flowing with ease, in mode embrace and release,
looking neither ahead nor backward in time,
seeking no outcomes, no demons to appease,
leaving behind no residue, as we climb,
all doings are done as God Himself does please,
making all our actions blissful and sublime.
No karma’s attracted since there’s no one here,
as we thus breeze through life sans desire and fear.

At My Leisure

a blank page
when I awaken
and walk barefoot
across the carpet
and when I embrace
the song of nothingness
it wants more

a cool breeze through the window breathes new life

onto the page in front of me
and the sun peaks through the window
as I sit at my laptop
and slide my feet under the desk
I love my muse and learn to let go
the moment when I follow the path
where inspiration leads

Premium MemberGREENSCAPE

A Glimmering veil of mist adorns the dawn,
Where Rippling brooks through emerald meadows glide.
The Earth's soft breath in dewy hush is drawn,
As Eagles soar above the mountainside.

Nectar breeze through blooming petals weaves,
Sapphire lakes reflect the skies' embrace.
Cascade tumbles, whispering to the leaves,
A silver thread embroidering nature’s face.
Peace blooms in silence, timeless and profound,
Every root and wing in harmony is found.

Muse of Dusk

She walks where day and night entwine,
A whispered breeze through aging pine,
With eyes that hold the fading light,
And secrets born from end of night.

A veil of roses, oud, and rain,
A kiss of warmth, a touch of pain—
She lingers soft on lover’s skin,
Like velvet shadows tucked within.

No dawn can cage her amber soul,
No noon can grasp her scent’s control;
For in that hush where silence sighs,
She dances under bruising skies.

A bloom that wilts, yet still ignites,
A poem etched in twilight’s rites—
She is the hush before the stars,
The scent of dusk in crystal jars.

Storms form peace

Storms rolling through,
A sense of peace within you,
As you hold on to what's true.
Knowing exactly what to do,
With the emotions within you,
Cultivating energy within you,
Using it to plant your seeds,
As the power of storms feed,
Filling their needs,
Speeding thoughts breeze through,
A tornado within you,
One only you can view,
You'll know what to do,
Peace lies all around you.
Let it ride on through,
Ride the roller coasters
ThanX for the company Soulsters ?.

Overlooked Delights!

In the hustle, often we stray,
From the little things, that sparkle the day,
A golden elixir, the beauty of a day unfolding,
The chirping cuckoo, greet your day,
A melody plays, lifting your mood.
Racing clock and rushing feet.

Afternoon's radiance, cotton balls on sapphire sky,
Soft whispers of breeze, through curly hair's gentle care,
The murmur of voices, in discussions so free,
A vibrant atmosphere, of curiosity,
A gentle reminder, of life's simple delight.

The gentle flutter, of wings homeward bound,
Sunset's fiery dance, on the horizon,
Stars beginning to twinkle, like diamonds,
The moon becomes the highlight.

The golden ambiance, of streetlights shining high,
A reassuring presence, as the stars go by.
Night's silence, with shadows so deep,
The rhythmic hum, of crickets' gentle beat,
A soothing serenade, all night long.

In the hustle, we often stray,
From life's little moments, that make each day.
So let's slow down, and take a deep breath,
And cherish the beauty, in life's everyday depth.

Premium MemberThis winter, like a dream, will slowly melt into hidden memories

This winter, like a dream, will slowly melt into hidden memories,
Carefully wrapped and left to sleep until the coming year,
The cold tap water, which once trembled in our palms like a whisper,
Will seek solace in the coming summer, wondering: who will touch it with cold fingers?
The breeze through the window, which once played with the curtains like a mischievous dancer,
Will now lay sunbeams over afternoons drowsy with gentle slumber,
Where you will sink into reverie, floating between wakefulness and sleep,
The evening flame, where part of the night quietly burned away,
Will scatter its ashes in a gentle wind, carrying untold stories,
This winter will slip away quietly, leaving behind a part of itself,
Hidden in the pocket of an old sweater, waiting to be touched again,
To return with the touch of a hand, brought back to life from memory.
Thus, in the flow of time, winter transforms into a melancholic echo,
A spectacle of nature that laughs and cries, leaving subtle traces within us,
And reminds us that every ending carries the promise of a new beginning,
For memories live forever in the heart, waiting to be awakened again.

Premium MemberSilence Quiet

Silence.
Quiet.
A rustling of leaves.
A whisper of wind.
Dancing of thieves.

Silence.
Quiet.
A small child’s sighs.
A breeze through the curtains.
Behind dreaming eyes.

Silence.
Quiet.
A heartbeat asleep.
Drowning in blankets.
Breathing the deep.

Silence…

Quiet…

The Loneliest Road I Have Traveled

The loneliest road I’ve taken winds, unseen,
Through shadowed woods where no bright of day can find,
Past bushes low and trees of whispering green,
Each root and leaf in tangled paths entwined.

The bees drift softly, droning round my ear,
In solitude, their gentle hums resound—
A music sweet, yet haunting, sharp and clear,
Among the hidden corners of the ground.

The ocean’s breath is far yet finds me here,
A murmuring breeze through every pine,
It stirs the leaves like distant worlds I see,
A ghostly touch, a presence soft, so heavenly.

I walk alone, yet never quite alone,
The wilds my heart with tender sighs you console;
For on this path, though every steps unknown,
The earth itself is keeper of my soul.

Now You Are Talking To Me

Now you are talking to me, your words so tight are now unbound,
In whispers of dusk, where lost echoes are found.
A symphony silent, yet pulsing with sound,
Drawing our spirits from dark to light.

Now you are talking to me, in this fleeting hour,
Your voice like a breeze through a garden in flower.
Each syllable dances, a waltz in the night,
Casting away every trace of our fright.

Now you are talking to me, with truth in your tone,
Breaking the barriers we’ve long outgrown.
In the heart of the stillness, where secrets once slept,
We forge a new language where dreams are kept.

Now you are talking to me, as stars softly gleam,
In the hushed conversation of soul and dream.
A moment eternal, where silence has flown,
Now you are talking to me, and I am found.

Winded

I’m sitting on my lawn chair
Outside the night is cool
I hear the trees swaying
The breeze chills my skin
It knocks on my hippocampus
Am I here or where it blows?
Breeze, you are timeless
From queens to divas, the same
You carry me back to my childhood
You go from high to my lows
You leave me bereft as you leave
You come at my like a windmill
Alone I’m ash on your windy night
It takes a Starry Night like tonight
It takes a Van Gogh to go with you
I would go mad like the wind
I would chase that lonesome boy
I would ride his Sirocco to him
But I am too sane to be a zephyr
Enough wind, it’s time to go in
Make sure the windows are closed
No wind, you can’t get to me
No, you will not breeze through me
The nostalgia you profess is shuddered
The lonesome boy is here within
I wish you would take him with you
But, that would mean we are you
When I’m dust we’ll both join you
We’ll chase the highs to lows
Come and visit me next time
I’ll bundle up and be ready
Just in case you carry me away
I won’t repeat what Vincent did
When he met you on a …
Starry, starry night

days of yesterdays

In the golden corn, the sunlit dawns
we lay in each other's arms
seen babbling brooks, the craggy nooks
In sweet Perth with all its charms.

Gone are the days of yesterdays
since my Maureen went away
the summer morns have now all gone
my Maureen could no longer stay.

We watched the sun fast sinking down
on many a glorious day
we even watched it going down
in the beautiful Dalgety Bay.

Now I find I'm all alone
gazing out to sea
I think of all the love we had
and how much you meant to me.

Gone are the days of yesterdays
since my Maureen went away
I long to kiss your sweet Irish lips
but my Maureen you could not stay.

A gentle sea breeze through my hair
creates the the sound of a sigh
It seems to feel the way I do
brings a teardrop to my eye.

I miss you more as the nights draw in
we kept each other warm
we always snuggled close together
on many a winter's morn.

Gone are the days of yesterdays
they will not come again
though the days of yesterday have gone
our love will still remain.

Gone are the days of yesterdays
the memories of our love maintained
Gone are the days of yesterdays
they will never come again...

Premium MemberKnowing by becoming

Each morn we ready ourself for a bout
Flouting laws of God without feeling shame
Conscience that once whispered, begins to shout
But we heed it not, unable to tame
Ego urge that offers excuses lame
So we dwell in darkness without a clue
That deluded is ego’s claim to fame
Diffused komorebi light will not do

Partial awakenings shroud mind in doubt
Heart knows for sure when soul becomes the flame
Divine love, light and bliss begins to spout
Held flicker-free in our mind-body frame
Distanced from thrust of lust that tends to maim
Whence we garner wisdom known to but few
Knowing for our follies we are to blame
Diffused komorebi light will not do

Recognising God’s laws we ought not flout
We see God’s light in all souls as the same
Then gentling our touch, as we go about
We breeze through life as though it is a game
Yet holding firm focus and our soul’s aim
Making our heart pure like fresh morning dew
Eternal light of Self, we thus reclaim
Diffused komorebi light will not do

Transmuted as living light, we exclaim
If thoughts be but still, we’ll get a clear view
Of heaven within heart, scriptures acclaim
Diffused komorebi light will not do

Flow throughout space and time

Flow throughout space and time
By Michelle Morris
19/02/2024

A soft breeze through the window flows
Birdsong carried from skies unknown

Sunset hues bring closure to the day
Remember you got through it, come what may

Moments calm and moments peaceful
Focused on all the good within our reach

Flow as one with the Divine
Flow throughout space and time
