A shadow falls, where sunlight used to dance,
Five years, a fleeting, joyful, vibrant chance.
A world of laughter, innocence, and glee,
Cut short beside the road, wild and free.
The school bell rings, a sound that jars the soul,
A simple message, taking its cruel toll.
Words spoken softly, yet they pierce like a knife,
Shattering dreams, stealing vibrant life.
The world transforms, a canvas turned to gray,
A brother's laughter now a memory's sway.
A heart that aches, a silent, endless plea,
For moments stolen, that can never be.
Though grief may linger, love will find its way,
To paint the darkness with a brighter day.
His spirit lives, in every gentle breeze,
A star that shines, bringing gentle ease.
The most beautiful poem suits you,
written simply, like your own beauty;
with the soft dawn breeze
dancing lightly upon the curtain
as it drifts through the open window;
like a rose half-open—the bloom of youth—
a stanza paused at the break of day.
May the breeze blow ceaselessly,
and you unfold from the curtain’s folds
like a butterfly emerging from the shadows,
your face a trail of light at daybreak
awaiting the rising sun,
your beauty revealing itself in full splendor—
a verse that touches the firmament.
Let the breeze rise from the depths of your soul,
stirring the curtain with a flickering pulse—
your form, a cherished vision,
drifting through the open window;
in your dark eyes, the sea
becomes a mirror of the sky,
with words like lighthouses in the boundless blue.
And should the time come for the breeze to fall silent—
as if a hand had closed the window—
you will dance lightly upon the curtain,
moving eternally within its graceful folds,
your beauty shining in the firmament;
the words in these verses
will speak only of you, forever.
I am what I am!
I am a positive breeze
blowing now between us,
with a clear sky in my mind
and a blooming orchard in my heart.
I am a sense of certainty
in our stride,
along the labyrinthine paths
of a world that keeps on growing.
I am a clear voice
amidst our voices,
our inexhaustible speech
heard in every language.
I am a warm smile
amidst our alienation,
with a tender gaze and humanity—
an embrace for all.
I am the strong, rapid heartbeat
of our love,
a revitalized pleasure
in the pulse of happiness.
I am love—
true love,
given without expecting anything in return;
a positive breeze,
a sense of certainty,
a clear voice,
a warm smile,
a strong, rapid heartbeat;
I am what I am!
Hooray autumn is on it's way,
the long summer has been way too too hot.
Cooler days are what I want,
with a soft cool breeze covering me.
Pretty leaves falling down,
colors are a patch quilt carpet.
The welcome mat now reads autumn.
In spring the thaw begins to creep,
Thin winter’s hold, soon starts to sleep,
Quiet murmuring, slow and deep,
Secrets that rivers rarely keep.
Earth awakes from its desired rest,
Rebirth of lawns and trees redessed,
Soothing breeze greets the tender chest,
Heralding promise to be blessed.
early morning breeze
scent of foreign lands traveled
through open window
Wish I was the cold, ethereal breeze, that could calm everyone....
An exquisite zephyr a child craves for, peeping from the classroom window...
Zealous enough to light a tiny girl’s heart,
Descending from the zenith to the deep, silent seas.
Rising from the ever-widening ocean,
Weaving through trembling trees.....
And slipping into every unreachable corner of the world... Carrying the soft whisper of forgotten lands,
Brushing away the heat of heavy minds... Matched with the bold thunder, I’d be a timid rain-sneeze...
Wish I was that cold, ethereal breeze ...
golden sun descends
fall`s soft breeze begins to stir
leaves turn red and gold
nature`s cycle starts anew
a quiet peace settles in.
Can you smell the autumn breeze
Wood burning fireplaces creating
Puffs of clouds unlike gray sky
Where blue birds sing with wings fly
Can you feel the autumn breeze
As it whips up above majestic tall trees
Inspiring the dance of colorful leaves
That poets recite like artists painting
Can you see the autumn breeze
On a crisp fall day as it’s raining
How strong it is a pattern slanting
We run for home out of breath panting
Can you taste the autumn breeze
Like a red candy apple delicacy
Or warm cocoa hot tea or coffee
Pumpkin spice treats we all eat
Can you hear the autumn breeze
It’s howls like a wolf as if calling
Ushering out the summer heat
Welcoming winds cooler refreshing
Blows swiftly
Beyond boundaries
Beaches and land become cool
Beautiful feeling, although invisible
Beats the heat,spreading around
Blows across miles
Brings the nicest feeling, when at the beach
On the back of a chair, a plastic bag
Hangs by one of its carry loops
The other free to move in the breeze
Which enters from the window nearby
Back and forth, fitfully waves the free loop
Calling me, or something near me
Passing on a beckon from the atmosphere
To whom addressed?
What elements are signalling each other
Beyond my understanding, if not notice;
What their arcane subject?
Within my being, something shivers
As the unsecured loop
Waves me on.
Years are flowing, like breeze
Taking my sunshine away
To the flashing fate
Awaring of your arrival date
To settle the falling leaves
For dreams to breathe
Nothing could stay forever
Of a child's small hope
It's the sun's story
Urging our blood flow
Like the creeks
Awaring of your arrival date
To settle the dreams
For our hearts blooming
Charming likes the sunshine
You are a breeze , my love
As bright as the sunshine
Dancing with creeks
Day and night
I keep the count right
Work and rest
Provide vigor and zest
The heart accepts the pure breeze
The mind thwarts the evil and freeze
The wonderful souls leave a lasting memory
They bring happiness, smiles and glory
I was directed towards the path unknown
Everything seemed puzzled,nothing clearly shown
It felt like a heart,so helpless
The feeling was so weird and breathless
Not a single word, left to utter
The heart shivered and shattered
It is a voice in my head
A voice by which,I am always led
With passing time, I do change
I follow the right,from a range...
I always try with the effort best
Though,at times I fail in test
I get inspired by birds flying high
Those regarded as kings of sky
I feel honored to hear my name
It's a grace,a regarded fame
It is the voice,in my head
A voice,by which,I am always led...
Somewhere at the early dawn
Sparrows chirping on the lawn
And I’m lying in my bed
Halfway through the dream I had
Curtains flutter in the breeze
So are leaves of the elm trees
Scattered clouds of dirty white
Run too fast to stop the sight
Come tomorrow or today
Take me back, and by the way
Tell me what the reason for
You’re not coming anymore..
A breeze when it’s hot
Doesn’t count for a lot
Though we can’t assign blame to the trees,
For their branches that sway
Try to cool off the day
But their efforts can’t really appease.
It looks lovely outside;
Still, the time comes to hide
In the house with a blasting A/C
When the temperatures rise
And humidity tries
To sap all of the oomph out of me.
