Ethereal

Wish I was the cold, ethereal breeze, that could calm everyone....
An exquisite zephyr a child craves for, peeping from the classroom window...
Zealous enough to light a tiny girl’s heart,
Descending from the zenith to the deep, silent seas.
Rising from the ever-widening ocean,
Weaving through trembling trees.....
And slipping into every unreachable corner of the world... Carrying the soft whisper of forgotten lands,
Brushing away the heat of heavy minds... Matched with the bold thunder, I’d be a timid rain-sneeze...
Wish I was that cold, ethereal breeze ...

What a beautiful and atmospheric piece! Your imagery of the "exquisite zephyr" and the wonderfully creative "timid rain-sneeze" paints such a vivid, gentle picture. I especially love how the verse loops back to its opening line, giving the entire work a calming, cyclical feel. Thank you for sharing this lovely exploration of nature!
