Max is mad at Molly
Samantha’s sore at Seth
Freida’s freaking out at Frodo
While Hobbits hold their breath

Jack jokes about poor Jill
She hits him with her pail
Humpty cracks open Dumpty
For drinking all his ale

Mickey Mouse and Minnie
They both make quite a scene
Playful Pluto gave her paw
and stroked her jumping bean

Rub is furious with Dub Dub
She has another man in his tub
His bubble has been bursted
So he scrubs Dub with a club

Cats in cradles cows and moons
Forks running away with spoons
Coyote catches the Road Runner
In the end we’re all Looney Tunes

Nothing makes us happy
Sticks and stones me oh my
Kryptonic grade destruction
Broken Superman can’t fly

The Beatles Battled Yoko Ono
Because she broke up the band
They sang ‘Give Peace a Chance”
a dream they didn’t understand

So I walk down to the River
John the Baptist please begin
Separate me from human nature
Cause I’m tired of our sin

Beatlemania (The Fab Four As Lovers)

Once a choir boy, John turned to romance,
Fell for Yoko almost at first glance.
In full public view
In bed with her too -
Showed the world how to “give peace a chance.”

Quiet George played much more than guitar.
Lost his wife to another rock star.
Layla left him because
Of how hung up he was
On the music he made with his sitar!

Ringo acted in “Caveman” and met
His wife Barb (once a Bond girl) on set.
Though the film of this drummer
Was dumber than dumber,
Wise in love, he’s not left his Barb yet!

A heart breaker, Paul left Wife "One"
For Linda, and made her a vegan!
On their farm smoking pot,
They made money (a LOT)!
He’s a genius whose life sure seems fun!

Premium Member Number 9

"You say you want a revolution" screamed the four,
John, Paul, George and Ringo beat down the door.
Melody and harmony and Brit sex appeal gone anti-war
Nine times round the turn table with Yoko, hardcore.
Fab stereo artists with composite collages for musical scores,
they kicked, whined, smoked and dined in venues top-drawer.
Number 9 was the cut most radical by lore
chaos, poetry, and prose composed with sound effects galore,
a sandwiched montage of "what are you looking for?"

An Alphabet of Talent

Fred Astaire was king of tap
Biggie Smalls was huge in rap
Carson (Johnny)ruled TV
Dylan’s songs are poetry
Elvis made the girls all swoon
Frank Sinatra loved to croon

Isaac Hayes’ voice dips low
Johnny Depp steals every show
Kenny G can blow that sax
Larry David can’t relax
Michael Jackson changed his face
Norah Jones embodies grace
Oscar Wilde wrote books and plays
Peter Falk had piercing gaze
Quincy Jones finds music stars
Raitt (That's Bonnie) rocks guitars
Sally Field lights up the screen
Tony Kushner nails each scene
Uma Thurman makes men drool
Viggo’s talented and cool
William Shatner’s still around
Xin Xin Xiong in films is found
Yoko Ono married John
Zach Braff’s big on Amazon

All this talent, A to Z
Keeps us entertained, agree?

All the Things You Are

You are the hummer beside me at Carmen
The source of BO on the airplane
A loudmouth divulging the plot at a movie
And the noisy drunk at the concert I saved for all year

You are the Gilligan on my island.

You are the pop quiz in Organic Chem
And the idiot doing 48 in the fast lane
You're the spider I found in my salad
After I'd already eaten half of it

You are the Yoko in my Beatles.

You are the rain on my wedding day
And the fleas on my dog
You are the virus infecting my computer
And the cop writing tickets in the desert at 3 am

You are the Dalek in my TARDIS.

You are neither friend nor lover
Yet you never go away.
It seems my fate you'll follow me
Until my dying day.

The Love and Lost Quartet - Part Three - Over the Years

hey danny, do you remember...

...dueling 'blind melon' acoustics
on your living room floor?
...falling asleep all afternoon
on the hammock, couch or floor?

...hanging out with yoko ono
at the lennon art show?
...painting murals in the school halls
they're still there, you know?

...our first-year anniversary
returning to the fall?
...driving your dad's car
in our underwear and your bra?

...spending spring break together
while your parents were at an out-of-town event?
...how we spent that entire week
in your bed, clothes scattered and bodies spent?

...night driving up to michigan
to help a friend in need?
...melanie was heartbroken
by eric's evil deed?

...graduation summer and how
we worked till we were sore?
...you for college ambitions
and i for something more?

...seven years later
returning to those muddy banks?
...me getting down on bended knee
ring extended and giving thanks?

...you smiled and listened
even crying as i spoke?
...my worst fearing coming true,
my voice finally broke?

...how ironic our love started
with a "yes", we watched it grow?
...how you broke my heart
with antonymous "no"?

...every little moment
of those past seven years?
...how it all went so well
but managed to end up in tears?

...how you held me so softly
laying in my arms that night?
...your way of apologizing
trying to make things right?

...i told you to keep the ring
as a token of our love in vain?
...you put it next to your heart
hanging from a golden chain?

...i stood next to you
at the terminal of your flight?
...i said "see you later"
and you said... "goodbye"?

hello! hey! boungiorno! what is the date?/
this world of dimensions created duality/
no letters/ no words/ are enough to express/
someone like you/ in reality/

i filled all your emptines/ MY still quiet bay/
as Jhon opened world in his Yoko/
you searched perfect princes/ looked for "right him"/
now at only one overman looking/

i swear/ i will hold you/ as much as i can/
would become all the axes/ and outer space/
voice is speared by the screaming wind/
falling down/ flakes to your place/

going crazy just seeing your knees/
don't regret anything/ my Benito/

Nightime Revelations

After a day of mixed hopes and disappointments
I lay down upon my old mattress
and watch
the television station where thy play new age music
    and offer poignant quotes
      sometimes they have Zen koans
Tonight I saw words
     from Allan Watts
         and Yoko Ono
there is nothing wrong with being a New Age person
   Beautiful images on this channel
I just viewed clouds around a mountainside
Then a quote from Helen Keller - that remarkable woman
I will drift off into a pleasant sleep
as I keep the channel on
Enough of horrific news
   I's find peace and wisdom
here in my home in New York's Lower East Side

Freshwater Mermaids

Fresh water mermaids
Under a big crowned tree near the lake three land mermaids
sat knitting swimsuits, the saw me and sat still as rabbits, I pretended
not to see them but did use the corner of my left eye,
I notice many things that way
Thought of taking a picture but would not like to scare them back into
the lake again, inland mermaids have scaly leg and webbed feet,
not an edifying sight, but they can dress in trousers like Yoko Ono
and having the bearing of exotic artists.

Curiosity got the best of me I sneaked back to take a photo but
a bird whistled a tune they saw me and called me something bad in
a language I never had heard before, it sounded like frogs`
under a rainbow coloured waterfall made of a child`s tears,
besides they could run much fast than me so, I made a rapid retreat
while rabbits gleefully danced in the glade and crows strafed me
with the precision, a Luftwaffe pilot would be proud of.

Premium Member Imagine By John For Yoko

In the annuls of time
A song was written
By John Lennon
In love and smitten

His Japanese girl
Had caught his eye
Was it
The Beatles demise

The songs he wrote
Since the Beatles departed
It was 1971
And his new career started

In this year
His most famous write
A year after the Beatles
Disappeared from sight

His heart now captured
By a Japanese girl
Imagine that
His heart in a twirl

Her poetry inspired
For John to write
Her World War two horrors
Brought to light

For his inspiration
In his writing suit
Yoko Ono's book
Grapefruit

Imagine a raindrop
Imagine the clouds dripping
Give peace a chance
Listen to John's singing

In dedication to an Ex-Beatle whose awesome track " Imagine "
is sung all through out the world

A HOT NIGHT

Last Friday our temperature rose
To 39 degrees,
I could not sleep,
My husband likes aircon,
I like fans,
At this stage neither of us,
Had any plans,
Began to count sheep,
Off came my nightie,
The throw-over dropped on
The wooden floor,
Our back stable door
Open, no security problem here,
We have nothing to fear!
But mosquitoes galore,
Sprayed peaceful sleep around
The room,
However benign, still has a
Strange fume,
Windows open throughout
The house,
This estate is so quiet, we
Would hear a mouse!
Got up to get more iced water,
No dressing gown
Just my panties,
This place is in the country
Out of town,
Went back to bed,
Picked up a book,
Read a while
Switched off the side lamp and
Then tried to sleep,
By now wide awake,
Even counting sheep,
No longer helped,
Hey Sweetheart, I said
To Hubby, feel like
A cold shower,
Mmmmm says he,
Didn’t even look
At the hour!
Dropped my scanty
Pantie off,
Climbed in and soaked,
And played and played
And played, went back to
Bed, cuddled and both
Slept like a log,
Even the dog,
Crept out of the room,
Just Hubby and I all alone,
Was no work the next day,
It was Saturday,
Slept in and played some more,
John Lennon and Yoko Omo
Had nothing on us,
Glad we moved here,
Feels ever more sensuous
Than before,
Was served breakfast
In bed,
Bacon and eggs, fresh farm
Butter, and home-made bread!

Premium Member A Few Items At My Garage Sale

This little wristwatch is worth a look see.
On the face is a picture of Hopalong Cassidy.

Here is a Topps rookie card of Mike Schmidt.
Over five hundred home runs he hit.

This is John and Yoko on a vinyl forty-five.
Unfortunately, the man is no longer alive.

Here is a little something of antiquity.
It is an 1895 Indian Head penny.

This is a German Luger pistol from World War II.
It has authenticity that is true.

You have to admit all these items are nice.
If you are interested, just name your price.

Squamous Last Blurreds

(At 10:40pm on December 8, 1980,
John Lennon was shot and mortally
wounded on 72nd Street, New York.
Given his love of outrageous wordplay,
this poem imagines his stream-of-
consciousness utterings as the
ambulance rushes him to hospital,
moments before his death.)

In my life I've loved them all
Brian, Ono, Victor, Paul
two of us Sunday driving
not arriving
bigger than Christ
you know it ain't easy
do what you darn well pleasy
one banned band for sail
standing on the dock in Southampton
one careful onus
Henry the Ford Cortina
little old lady from Pasadena
like a dog without a bonus
keep playing that rock
and roll music, naughty girl
you let your frock
ride up sorry Mimi
getting steamy
one thing you can't hide
is when you're crippled inside
I'm going to
Strawberry Fields
nothing is real
banter, see, is paramount
tantamount to fantasy
inkspots on the platters
menlove matters
Cynthia fragrant
Yoko flagrant
I saw her standing there
day after day he silently stands
the fool on the hill
with the troublesome glands
seeing the glint from the German bint
when she rattles her jewelry
she's the one with the royal mint
Tom Jones, tomfoolery
Alma Cogan needs a slogan
Cilla Killer she's a thriller chiller
I'm just a jealous guy
what's it all about no reply

They're coming to take us away
Ha, ha, ho, ho, tee, hee
The Woke Ones; ha, ha, hee, hee
They're coming for you and me

Fluid sexual preferences, ho, ho
Today I'm straight; tonight, a homo
My gender I change like underwear, ha, ha
I can be Yoko Ono or Yo Yo Ma

LGBTQ is the way to be, tee hee
No more being heterosexual, you see
'Cos that would make you reactionary
a fate worse than being white, hee, hee

And as for race, you're in first place
if you're a minority -- though only black
or brown, so you'd better frown if
you're Korean or Chinese, tee, hee

Oh, they're coming to take us away
Ha, ha, ho, ho, hee, hee
The Woke Ones are coming for you and me
