Sun flow progressed from east to west,
with rays of light, the day is blessed.
Like suns imbue, rays beaming through,
my heart still shines with love for you.

Sun rays presume that flowers bloom,
and fill the air with sweet perfume.
Like flowers hue of red and blue,
my heart still blooms with love for you.

The charmed mystique of forest creek
that trickles down a mountain’s cheek.
Like streamlets spew their water through,
my heart still flows with love for you.

From Moon’s soft glow, the moonbeams flow,
and light the darkness down below.
Like moonbeams strew the silvery hue,
my heart still glows with love for you.

A candle’s light glows in the night
as shadows dance with calm delight.
Like flames that grew with heat on cue,
my heart still burns with love for you.

Premium Member Obsessed With Love

Hate is an unnecessary need
in the book of necessities.
Love is the key component
within the book of obsessities.

Lust is an unfaithful guide
misguiding towards fake perceptions.
Sincere love is the pioneer
in overcoming deceptions.

Love is that perfect song,
which reminds you of mother's lullabies.
The aroma of an elegant rose,
attracting butterflies.
Picturesque horizons staining the sky,
as birds admire in full flight.
Moon kissing her loyal stars
as curtains are drawn for the night.
An innocent child's laughter
that brings tranquillity to the heart.
A baby's first giggle,
a reminder of God's beautiful art.
Beloveds crossing upon love's path,
as each route leads to their fate.
Tingle of that first kiss,
finally holding hands with your soul mate.

I'm guilty, that's my confession,
LOVE is my only obsession.

Premium Member With Love and Laughter Linked

The sea was all he knew before they met
While she was raised on scented, satin sheets
He slept on deck and learned to hoist the net
But it was she whose spell could tame the fleets

For she had beauty, yes, and she had brains
And still it was her laugh that won his heart
Her giggle, gentle as the morning rains
And he, a tar, had tales he could impart

So when God called her home at eighty years
He cut the line and set to sea once more
To fill the ocean with his sweat and tears
With hope he’d find her on that final shore

From son to son the saga was passed down
How laughter launched a love of great renown

Premium Member To You with Love

In your eyes, I see stars align.
In my world, you are the sunshine.
Our love's boat, no waves can capsize.
I see stars align in your eyes.

Your smile, blossoming of flower.
Your presence, warmth in my bower.
With you I can trek any mile.
Blossoming of flower, your smile.

In trials of life, you stand strong.
As prop, you are with me lifelong.
With you by my side, there's no strife.
You stand strong in trials of life.

On your way, I wish every bliss.
Pray, nothing you crave, you will miss.
With you, joyously, I shall stay.
I wish every bliss on your way!

Your warm touch turns me a blossoming flower
Your love lit eyes hold the depth of an ocean
Your presence, a soft caress in my bower
May I stay by you in endless devotion.
Through trials of life, you stand like a tower.
In life, you’re careful to proceed with caution.
With daring, you face the challenges of life.
Happy and contented I am as your wife.

With each passing year, our love steadily grows.
With every breath, our intimacy strengthens.
My dear, in your company, I feel so close
Even in darkness, our love blooms and brightens.
Life, through trials and joy, like a river, flows.
When you are by my side, my burden lightens.
You are not just my partner, but my close friend.
All I wish is that our deep love should not end.

Premium Member Fill Our Children's Heart With Love

If we infuse love into our children's hearts

And teach them respect for all nature and life

Soon, many more things for peace we would achieve,

That would end humanity's destructive strife!

Premium Member Small Gifts Quilted With Love

Somewhere in the Appalachian Hills quilted with love
there are cottages and curtains clothes on sills, quilted with love.

Up high in deep where electric wires don't reach where night is dark
and the ridge the deepest blue of spruce hearts are still, quilted with love.

Across the table hewn from ancient apple, rubbed and oil, flat, sweet
lies a cloth that Gram made from flour sacks once filled, quilted with love.

The stream, miles off, had held a mill where wheat was yearly brung
our harvest gleaning we would bring barefoot uphill, quilted with love.

Nothing was wasted then, old clothes, became new, small bits of sacks
bought comfort, hot pots to hold, mended gifts, heart instilled, quilted with love.

To You With Love

So sweet your Venus kiss had felt
Under the silhouette glow in fair July
When your coral lips would burn
My forlorn face with a bright smile.

For each hell would seem an eternal bliss
And each breath is a lifetime of many moons
When embraced by your loving charms
That greets me tender in the fragrant noons.

My hands would attend to the teardrops
On rosy your cheeks that drips in the night
And when the mistless morn would rise
I'd fetch you a rose in the quivering light.

Fear not the darkness that cheats your will
Nor those sorrows your days define
And let not the troubles disarm your face
Of the beauty that God design.

For when I gaze at you then I would see
The starry candle lights of the skies
That holds the truth, love and purity
That is written in your eyes.

Its not the beauty that you possess
That draws me closer to your grace
Nor fame, nor wealth, nor form the best
That my heart has found its place.

But its your love as much as grains of sands
That is vast like the heights above
So heres my heart within my palms
To you my dear with love.

Premium Member - Burning With Love -

Falling, laughing orange sunshine
   Warmly comforting beams caress
I was blinded for a moment
   Lost searching faraway grace
A color the Angels have ordained ?
   Butterflies dancing on each heartbeat
I have to feel your tender touch
   Cotton fingertips electric sparks embrace
The days they pass so quickly now
   Watching night and day pass
The splendid color of the sky
Heavens purity through lens of one soul
A blazing light upon the shores
   Golden treasure your light shines
All of God's creation, painted with his brush
Rainbow misted angel tears a bouquet promise
Of life, that seems almost too much
Far beyond our human brain to explain
Somewhere very near, just around the corner
Hope dances with the never ending dream

For Charlie, With Love

To thee I sing O’ muse of verse,
Of our world that the Gods do curse.
For what Gods are these who cruelly play,
Their wicked games, for which humans pay.
Not content with a world of joy & love
They spite us all from Olympus above.
To try us all & break our backs,
As this is drama their world lacks.
For even Achilles was to die,
Yet his name lives on as time goes by.
So let me sing to you of a Great man,
Who’s name too lives on, after his sands have ran.
Charlie his name a heart so pure,
Full of love & passion, & courage sure.
Strode in he did to save poor souls,
One loving lady & her three foals.
‘Tis true his anger at times did boil,
But his effort was not mere toil.
‘Coz though the fires sometimes burned,
He & the foals soon were learned,
That in peace & harmony, joyous times were had,
A man found proud to call Dad.
With he at their side those foals matured,
& They to his nature became inured.
His fair traits & wit passed down,
Championer of rights, humour of renown.
But alas the Gods were not appeased,
Their unending anger had not eased,
So Zeus sent down his violent bolt
& struck Charlie down, what was his fault?
Who knows but they I shall not dwell,
‘Tis but part of the story that I do tell.
For when he passed on & spirit released,
His body slowed & heart was ceased,
He left himself without a sound
& found himself to Olympus bound.
As he soared high like the dove
To the mount of the Gods high above,
He smiled to us all & sent a kiss
To all the people that he’ll miss.
& miss him back so we will,
That emptiness which we know can’t fill.
But hush your mourning & your sadness,
As he wished it show your gladness
That Charlie came & he all did touch,
Be thankful that we have that much.
So as I close this verse I do sing,
Aphrodite’s love & the fire Hephaestus does bring.
I say to thee be angry not at the Gods,
At Hera’s scheming & Zeus’s vile rods.
For they too bow to the fates,
Who plan our loves & plot our hates.
I thank thee all for your time,
For listening to my Ode to Charlie; my idle rhyme.
How I wish though, the outcome I could reverse,
I sing to thee, O’ muse of verse.

Happy 80th Birthday Jack Ellison - With Love

Jolly is this man who fills our days with jubilingo and Jackanese
Affectionate and articulate with arms ageless as an ocean breeze
Charming and cheerful, corky is not his choice of wine
Kind in all that he does, with knowledge larger than life
Empowering his enormous heart that beats in each verse
Laughter and lightheartedness he brings in the light of each morn
Loving each day, spouting out some limerick's bout our ladies
Intelligent, irresistible and witty, inspiring to say the least
Sweet as a swig of southern sun tea, so they say : )
One in a million , so proud to call Santa Jack ours
Now sing happy birthday to the man who's an everlasting star

Happy Birthday Jack

To Her, With Love

If life is death, do live Elizabeth,
And read my words although I'm far away
Your soul is light beside my dying breath,
With metaphors I'll die to live today
I love you more than sun-light loves the day

Elizabeth, thou art a Queen of mine,
And Angels touch you with poetic rhyme,
With words you whirl a wind I never knew
You write with beauty and you are divine
So wear this ring and kiss my rhyme to you

(written for my dearest friend elizbeth wesley.
everyone has a fan and friend on the soup, and
elizabeth is my heart! thankyou my love for all
of your dedicated compliments)!

Painting Our World With Love

When held in your arms
I'm crowned by your love
I know I am now safe
Your warmth empowers my inner soul
as I'm wrapped in your sweet embrace
You've inspired me to reach ever higher
as we launch into our new beginning
No storm or perils will break our meld
It's a partnership, not a confinement
respect, love and trust are intertwined
It's in your devoted love that I'm freed
Free to live, love and share life with you
Together we'll paint the world more glorious!

Premium Member From Sally With Love

Sally, with her warm pink tongue of love
Save from excruciating pain by God above
Expressed doggie love the only way she could
Her fireman savior received her love as he should

God’s love pours out even in Sally’s most unique way
She refused not God’s request to return love that day
Most assuredly her gratitude was expressed to say,
“Thank you master fireman for your compassionate way!"

Sally’s most unusual love by action goes on to say…
“Fireman a special breed, thanks for saving my seed...

Should a man best friend be left alone in a pen
For days on end without food, water or friend
Domesticated, their wild nature having been abated
Mistreated and abused, creatures of love refused?"

Should not all humanity learn to give love as she
Pets give out service of God’s love to you and me
They present their flesh, altho their heads are bashed
Pets provide pleasure, are abused beyond measure!

Sally sums it all up, offering of her tongue a sup,
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”
Sally’s isn’t a pet by choice, she hasn’t any voice
Her Message made possible in a tongue from above!

From Sally and family love!
