shore
tell the next swell there’ll  be
more
powerless against the
tide
on vast seas and oceans
wide

WATERWAYS COLLIDE

are we helpless hearts off
beat
as life sweeps us off our
feet
shipwrecked souls that sink
deplete
island egos too far 
 to reach
