Best Unkind Poems
Do you feel you must really say sorry,
Or are you flippant, don’t give it much worry,
Do you feel out of obligation you must
Say sorry, believe me, that’s not very brainy,
Does your heart want to break if you don’t,
Or do you simply think, why should I, I won’t,
Have you been taught as a child to regret
Do others feel bad, as this idea you reject,
Try to never let sorry linger,
And have a blaming finger
Pointed at you, do you maybe
Have a secret to share,
But think, how would I dare,
Have you have had an affair as you could
Not resist temptation,
Then my friend you surely need redemption,
Are you not able to sleep at night,
Feeling guilty,
Are your parents to blame, did
They not give you a much needed
Loving home with stability,
One needs this this caring and sharing,
Otherwise making any decision
Becomes somewhat blurred,
Maybe to others you have been unkind,
Remember that night you forgot to feed
Your blind dog Lassie,
And in a moment of anger triggered by guilt,
You swore at your neighbour next door,
Or stole money from your best friend
And hid it under your carpet tiles
On the floor,
Did not speak to your mom or maybe dad
For six months, and she or he cried,
As a little of them died,
But you were too stubborn and too angry
To end this disagreement,
They have all their life tried,
Good or bad you may think,
But always on your side.
Whatever you have done or said,
It is important that this drama should end,
Say sorry to those you have emotionally,
Hurt, and with your heart and soul, ask to be
Forgiven, cuddle and love your blind dog,
Do all of this during today or tonight
Before you go to sleep in your bed,
Experience a watershed moment,
Make your choice count,
For we have been given the gift of choice,
We have a free will and have been granted
Logic, our omnipresent God is ever so kind
But don’t let him loose his cool,
He knows who you are,
You know what to do, you are no fool.

Deceit and duplicity, vengeance and vanity
Exploit our weaknesses and dissipate our souls’ strength
As arrogance cockroaches multiply their insanity
We diminish the strength of our faith
The more we immerse ourselves in new technologies
Stung by advances in artificial intelligence
Deluding our ignorance and bestowing empty eulogies
On partners we loathe despite pangs of conscience
That work harder to retain a semblance of humanity
In souls gone dead and mad with material wealth
Accumulated and concealed from established authority
In the mistaken belief that the theft we perpetuate in our stealth
Shan’t leave a trail auditors will pursue
In our bid to aggrandize an increasingly hollow ego
Gone insensitive and unreceptive to the moral malaise and torture that ensue
As the moral compass hitherto central to our lives we forgo
In preference for catalyzing the rat race that the vulnerable
Crush underfoot
To splurge with disgust as the horrible and the irascible
Thrive in the sight of the sycophants we recruit
As cheerleaders
With unabashed shame
In the midst of death traders and peddlers
On whom we’re not able to pin blame
Cos together we rot
In body and mind
Our consciences bought and caught
Up in webs of ego-tripping that render us morally blind and unkind.

Through my lifetime I have seen
too many things that are obscene
injustice hate all things unkind
the more I live the more I find
for all these things there is no use
they are all brothers to abuse
the deviation from what's right
with countless victims of this plight
in endless ways they're torn apart
by wrong that's in anothers heart
the twisted deeds that plague mankind
that damage body heart and mind
the slaughter of the innocent
this is where my anger's spent
judging mocking vicious lies
evil acts that compromise
things no one should ever see
the ugliness of cruelty
designed to cause anothers pain
these are the things that I disdain

In the ancestral call of righteousness
They failed the almighty creator
There in the Forbidden Garden of Eden
Who could tell where the sinful garden is now?
That smal pretty hut where sin began in deceitful manner
Then to the days of brave Noah
And the Sodom and Gomorrah set in immorally like dogs
Which kind world we are, where man is so unkind to mankind?
Doors are shut in mysterious manner then broken aftermath
Women travail in pain whilst men labour
Children are left naked swinging in pain
The footless human snake materialized all this crime
I watched as it hissed and moved about
The ancient curse to mankind in unkindly tongue caused it
Men are so unkind to mankind yet satisfied
So unkind to the universe, our little china doll
Treating her against the will of the creator
The creator wanted us to treat the universe
LIke a fragile creature he had created it to be
But sound of war sounds nearer in the image of Lucifer
Tears streaming down from the eyes of men like river flow
Man unkind to mankind, things sway and fall apart
Rolling, turning like the sun round the earth
We catch new birds each day tempted by their hips
Babies now know the distance of the journey at back
Corruption dwell and feast bread with men, blood shed
Forget not the world wars, forget not homosexuality
Remember masturbation, remember child abuse, same sex marriage
The righteous tattoos on human bodies
The death of Abel in the bleeding ground
Remember, remember, the ransom of the only son
Of what profit is wickedness anyway when sand we return?
Beautiful image of the deceiver paying tribute to mankind
Why man is unkind to mankind?
I smile not here as evil generate in our world
When would mankind problems be solved?
Is it after the messiah comes?
Pretty look betray pretty smiles
Evil has overshadowed righteousness and
Man unkind to mankind

Personification
There once was a man named Keith with perfect lingo
‘Till an unassuming stranger changed his name to Dingo
It blew my mind
It’s so unkind
To fabricate, that he’s an ape, with me she scores no bingo!
I followed the poet thought I was on her team
The naked eye, it makes me cry, that which is unseen
She had me thinking
That he was stinking
Some poets call that feisty, but I call it really mean

Limerick
To the owner of the minivan conveniently blocking my exit:
May the sweat of a thousand footballers invade your nostril
May the sound of a truck hooter invade your thoughts so shrill
May you freely step into the dung of hundred elephants
May your journey be accompanied by a thousand chants
May your daybreak end in a two kilometer traffic standstill
May your thoughtlessness be repaid in proper and full
May your windscreen need cleaning at every stop
May a red paintbucket on your bald head drop
May you be mooned by a tribe of impis
May a hundred roosters awaken you tomorrow
May your every step result in a wish
A wish that you never blocked my exit!

Free verse
In the twinkling of an eye
A smile it took my soul
The world just drifted by
As Cupid took control
Besotted by her spell
And held in constant bliss
Oh what story could I tell
That first and tender kiss
The Gods of love so kind
Lips with mine did bless
And paradise I did find
In her holding tenderness
And so with love I danced
That warm and wistful day
My heart and soul romanced
Your scent my sense play
But love can be so unkind
So fickle with its charms
Can prick a tortured mind
As you lie another's arms

Her palsied mass depicting hapless shape,
A victim of heartless human rape.
This deathly site against a post,
Still so much alive like most.
With a wizened look and grotesque stare,
Breasts exposed,the rest too bare.
Assets devoid of former glory,
Reaching out to tell their story.
Agony encrypted on lips and brow,
You cannot help, but ask but "How"?.
Emaciation in stages beyond anorexic grace,
More like a skull than a womans face.
Like a shivering banshee in Alaska,
You're feelings' cold, can't stop and ask her.
Anticipating death she stands aghast,
Waiting patiently to breathe her last.
A whistling wind beckons ever slowly,
What succour now would help one so lowly?
Once a babe of parental kindness,
Today discarded by a world so mindless.
The end has come the throes begin,
Saying Goodbye to a life of sin.
From a deathly look and furrows of anguish,
Freedom at last! Death comes with a flourish.

Dramatic Verse
in our hearts we build a temple
and then we call it love
with sacrifice and sacred thoughts
we lift it high above
we feed the fantasy of our mind
with beauty and a hope to find
for the love we placed
above our divine
we also find can be unkind
to those not compared to the swan
those not desired but still wish on
those whose hearts belong to someone else
that possess the love we would have ourself
to those not given the gift of time
who death separates at the dawn of the find
to those that love simply ignores
that will never marry or be adored
to those forced just to pretend
the victims of kingdoms and family fortunes
to they to whom marriage was not a gift
a momentary pleasure a mere instant of bliss
to they who chased the illusion of love
whose wealth was the attraction and not true love
idols destroyed the temple we built
idols stole our sacrifice and defiled our worship
we feed the ones we hope to find
with our fondest love divine
but most of the time love was unkind
and show the secrets we try hard
not to find

Man unkind
A Real friend don't betray
Be careful of friends
Some are friendly physically
But in heart they grow hate
Man unkind
Around you
They pretend to love you
They share with you
All as friends
But in their heart
They grow jealousy
Man unkind
Some friends are for a while
This kinds of friends
are always easy
To come around
A true friend is rare
A true friend is divine
Man unkind
Life is great
When you have
honest friends
around you
For no doubt
You can always
Feel love with them
Man unkind
Don't be so sure
In a hurry to trust
A new friend but
Be nice and patience
With time is clear
You will certainly know
Who is who
Man unkind
Is easy to come by
Friends
But not all
Is a meant to be
a real friend
Beware of double
Face people
Cos in a face they are
man so kind
On the other face they are
Man unkind

Epic
Roaring winds swirl the brittle leaves,
Undressed and cold stand tenuous trees.
Birds silently sing a mournful song,
Curtains of clouds are thick and long.
Immutable wheel of time moves on,
Stunning spring and summer are gone.
Pain and unrest, are intertwined,
Autumn regrets for being unkind.
In every leaf, in every bare tree,
Sorrow soars autumn steals their glee.
Formidable storms sweep gardens glow,
And whisk the roses from every row.
Spring is far, with winter interlude,
Bereft of green robes, earth stays nude.
Smearing the clouds sun demurely peeps,
Why sketch of sadness autumn seeks?

"Why do you stand and stare,at that girl over there? So judgemental, and oh so cruel, you have no right to ridicule! CNNshe looks so diffrent, she stands out,you have no right to point and shout, just remember she has feelings too, that girl over there oneday could be you! She has a story of her own, behind that smile she stands alone, why dont you approach her,why dont you say,hi how are you and hows your day"....

Life, is he unkind
When my sweat can't clean my mind
And my hands can't hold the time
It's hard to make things rhyme
B'cos life is not that kind
At times we get very high
Observe the world with an eagles eye
Riding on colorful swag of her wings
....and then life, becomes all things
And life, is not that unkind
When times change, did life move?
When wings fade, is life rude?
As with age, taught some wisdom
And some with time are gone
Life is not kind nor unkind
The meaning of front comes from behind
All cannot fall into the right line
Not when life is time
